For us to repair or replace the Micro Touch Max it would have to be returned As a courtesy, we will send the customer a prepaid mailer

[redacted] placed an order over the internet on 9/25/for the Comfort Click Belts The order was processed and shipped to the customer We never received any communication from the customer until July 10, which is months after the order was placedEvery time we receive any communication from a customer either by phone, email, regular mail it is recorded on the order July 10, was the first time he contacted us to say the belt is not properly made The buckle slips The representative advised the customer that the product was outside of the warranty period but they could provide him the belt at a discounted price which he did not accept the offer As a courtesy we will send the customer replacement buckles at no charge even though the order is outside of the warranty

Customer placed different orders over the internetOne order was for $and the other was for $ The orders have not been returned as of today, 10/2/ As a courtesy we will enter a refund to each order as a courtesy even though we have not gotten our product back from the customer

We received the defective Micro Touch Max units the customer sent us and mailed him out new replacement Micro Touch Max units on 11/19/Our phone number here is [redacted]

[redacted] order was entered and is waiting to be shipped Unfortunately with the holidays and an overwhelming response to the product it put us in a backorder situation There was a production issue in the manufacturing plant As soon as the product comes in her order will ship Her credit card has not been charged and will not be charged until the order ships We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:We have called your customer service department times to inquire about the status of our order Each time we were assured that the set of Tough Knee sleeves and the individual knee sleeve would arrive on a specified date(4/call, will arrive May 29; 6/call, will arrive June 18; 6/call, will arrive July 20; 8/call, will certainly ship no later than 8/5; 8/call, will arrive Sept 8)As a result of this repeated disappointment, we won't believe you until the items are in our hands When you have them in a box with our name and address on it, call us for a new credit card number You have delayed so long that the number you have is no longer valid (The whole replacement with a chip thing.) I don't know why there was a note in the package to return to us This is a Corporate Office All products that are purchased from retail stores have to be returned to the store for a replacement or a refund because the store was paid for the product not us We reimburse the stores for any defective or damaged merchandise so they do not lose any money

I never received anything in the mail regarding this order, and I did contact the company, but was not able to reach anyone, so I had not been informed about the backorder of this product Please cancel my order immediately Thanks
