Normally when a product is purchased from a retail store it has to be returned to the store for a replacement or a refund because the store was paid for the product not us The stores get reimbursed for any defective or damaged merchandise that is returned so they do not lose any money As a courtesy, the customer can return the belt to Idea Village, [redacted] and they will send her a new belt

We will mail the customer a check for the $3.34 from our Corporate Office. He was already issued a refund of $27.98 to his credit card.

I will send [redacted] a replacement buckle for his belt
We issued the customer a full refund today 1/19/to his credit card It goes over electronically and will show on his card in 2-days
