I apologize for the miscommunication with our companyunfortunately [redacted] is no longer with our company and we should have done a better job getting back to you soonerpayment will be sent this week certified mail thank you

we appreciate the opportunity to respond and the concept of due processour bus was dispatched to provide service, once it arrived the driver discovered condesation from air conditioner left seats wethe transported aproximately passsengers, then returned to our facility and changed buses minutes later he returned and transferred additional guests to the eventwhen I spoke with compaintant she acknowledged the bud did return and transfer passengersshe did mention that a few did walk to the ceremony and requested a refundwe went over the agreement and I offered her an $discount ( over20%)service was provided we apologized for the inconvenience and discount has been offeredthank you

I am disappointed that I did not received the tour I purchased. The add too is still advertising my purchased tour. I planned a trip and did not get what I paid for Reservation #***
They down sized me to a city tour (hop on hop off) and stated they no longer provided tickets to the *** Saloon and Museum and the tour did not include the Japanese Sunken Gardens.
I called a day early for pickup no one told me at that time
I upset ?? too with the time I now had to investigate and find out why?

First let's be clear on what really transpiredWe provided a quote for service about a month prior to date of serviceAbout a week prior to the trip we were advised ( still no contract or payment) that the park service would issue payment for serviceWe advised we still would require a signed
contract and payment in order for bus to be securedWe never received an executed contract or paymentBus was not sent for those reasonsI then had a conversation with the principal and explained our positionShe advised us it was her understanding that payment had been sent by park serviceI explained we had not received payment nor was informed payment had been mailedI also explained we had not received a signed contract from her staff memberA week later payment that was said to have been mailed still has not arrivedIf we do not have an executed contract and payment or payment arrangements we will not send a bus to a customerSomeone dropped the ball and it was not our company

The trip to Hill Country Tour, started late.The ticket price raised from one day to another dramatically, with premeditation, considering the tourist will not come back anytime soon to San Antonio.The office person was not helpful, even more she was Very rude , which damage the friendly image of other customer service persons we met. we were under pressure during the trip,therefore we couldn't enjoy part of the trip in Frederisckburg as advertised, just time to have lunch in restaurant at their pace.We returned baxk late from the timeframe scheduled to San Antonio.We won't recomende this tour agency to anybody.

This company turned out to be a nightmare. The owner Mr. Torres is very rude and unprofessional. He feels that booking online is done by a third party company and if things go wrong he has nothing to do with it. I would strongly recommend that if you book tours online with Viator make sure that if you are in San Antonio you do not have to deal with this company. Mr. Torres does not feel that he should follow up with customers because he is the owner. Mr. Torres is not someone with compassion or professionalism he is someone whom is only interested in make a buck off of anyone he can.

AS PREVIOUSLY STATED I LISTENED TO THE CONVERSATION AND AT NO TIME WAS OUR REPRESENTATIVE RUDE. SHE OFFERED A REFUND A NUMBER OF TIMES BUT THE CUSTOMER WAS ARGUMENTATIVE AND COULD NOT BE SATISFIED. WE HAVE DONE OUR DUE DILIGENCE MADE AN APOLOGY AND OFFERED THE DIFFERENCE FOR THE TOUR. AT THIS POINT  WE ARE CLOSING THIS FILE.

I am rejecting this response because: the vendor did not comply with terms of contract while leaving customers waiting for transportation. The transportation vehicles were not what was paid for on contract terms.  The representative did not apologize nor showed any remorse for unacceptable service. Contrary to his statement, he was extremely rude, threatening and unprofessional.  Full reimbursement is warranted and justified.

Unreliable, unethical company. I reserved and prepaid a round trip service for two from San Antonio airport to my hotel The Grand Hyatt . We missed our connecting flight from Dallas due to a late departure from Orange County by the airline. I called to inform Super Shuttle of the delay and updated them on the expected arrival time. When we arrived we were told it would be a 15 minute wait. One hour later , we were still waiting, no guarantee that we would receive the service we had paid for. We were repeatedly lied to by the super shuttle representative at the airport. Due to the poor service we tried to cancel the return trip only to be told there was no one there who could help us.
