we appreciate the opportunity to respond and the concept of due process. our bus was dispatched to provide service, once it arrived the driver discovered condesation from air conditioner left seats wet. he transported aproximately 25 passsengers, then returned to our facility and changed buses....

15 minutes later he returned and transferred additional guests to the event. when I spoke with compaintant she acknowledged the bud did return and transfer passengers. she did mention that  a few did walk to the ceremony and requested a refund. we went over the agreement and I offered her an $80 discount ( over20%). service was provided we apologized for the inconvenience and discount has been offered.
