Alanita Travel

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. 
Please note, based on advise from our pediatrician for my daughter we (me and my wife) decided to cancel the trip. Though my yougner brother-in-law is getting married we had to cancel the our trip.Few things to note about events after initial request for ticket cancellation1. I agree to have contacted the Airline directly and requested cancellation after a very placid response for the 'request for cancellation' from Alanita Travels. The Airline happily agreed and asked me to contact the Alanita Travels to request the airline for cancellation. This happened well after (4 hours later my initial request to Cancel the ticket) posted to Alanita Travels and they assured to have contacted the Airline.2. Secondly after seeing this kind of placid response from Alanita I again contacted airline and requested cancellation. Airline stating the refund and refund amount is subject of Alanita Travels. Now, in the earlier response I don't see any mentioning about how much money Alanita will or will not deduct though I understand Airline has agreed to full refund.3. I've been made to go to and fro between the two agencies and still no clarity on the refund amount.
