I reviewed this customers account and they called to cancel on 11/30/The stop was processedCustomer was on an automatic pay by their credit cardWhen a customer is on ezpay the card is charged days prior to the expiration date which the charge was processed on 11/28/for the new billing
period of 12/3/When the cancellation was processed on 11/30/the customers card was automatically refundedThe refund was issued back on the credit card for $Thank you Jennifer

Customer was contacted by our telemarketing company offering a sample subscription for 13wks. The customer would as well receive a gift card that could be applied to the subscription. The customer was told once the subscription ends they would receive a renewal notice to continue. At that time if...

they didnt want to continue after the initial 13wks they would have to contact cusotmer service to cancel. Customer was sent 3 bills. I have currently cleared the $12 balance owed. thank you Jennifer

longtime customer who has received 7 day a week delivery at a rate of $10.75 went online to our website to see new subscriber offers. Customer decided to just make a payment on their account at a new subscriber introductory rate of $2.75 for 26wks for $71.50. Customer never contacted us to discuss...

their current price. Due to just paying a different amount on their bill this didn't pay customer for their term. I called and spoke to customer and offered to lower their rate for a 26wks period and they agreed to the new offer. thank you, Jennifer

Client gave us a 30 day notice of cancelation.  This is a contract stipulation.  We billed the client for the first month (as we should have) and the second month to follow the 30 day policy.

The reason that the customers billing dates adjusted back to Feb 9th from the 25th was because of premium issues that were delivered. This is stated on all of our bills as well as the time of sign up for our subscriptions how premiums effect the billing dates.  We will go ahead and refund $8.00...
