Revdex.com spoke to Jennifer at business and the following was relayed: The consumer did to talk to my assistant on the 17th and had decided to remain a customer. I will call the customer and we will resolve the issue.

didn't want to start the subscription and receive a refund of the initial $12 that was charged to her credit card for the subscription. Even though [redacted] who received the premium the refund of $12 will be issued back to her credit card by our sales vendor.  thank you. Jennifer

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]. In fact, at the time I called to follow up on the new charge post-cancellation, the refund had not been issued. In addition, the entire process took far too long and there was no reason I should have needed to spend time talking with someone for a simple cancellation. However, this resolution is satisfactory to me.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
LIES!! I've tried to attach a picture of the mailer from the Times Union clearly stating I'm paid till the 25th but It's not working. I've received no phone call or message and have not been refunded any money. [redacted]!!!
