My experience working with this moving and storage company has been an ordealFirst the owner will not return calls or emails back to the customerI set up an appointment for my storage unit with Bob, he did not bother to show up I have had furniture delivered from a storage unit, the delivery people were unkept, and definitely needs baths and to not smoke on the jobAlso when I was called that the truck was on it way, the time between the call and the arrival of the truck was hoursThe move also took much longer than I was quoted, which in turn cost far more than was expected The most upsetting is the fact that while speaking to Bob to strange to more out of my storage unit that I help for years , he agreed with me to remove all the remaining furniture send close the accountWhich I told agreed that would be a perfect solution to ending our businessI also informed him he could sell and keep all profits from the rest of the furniture in the unitSo far I have been be subjected to harrasmentI was under the impression I owed nothing and the unit was closedApparently not Very upsetting experienceAlso the owner Bob harassed me to drop the Revdex.com complaint I had on the company

I am writing to inform you of the great care and attention we experienced in dealing with Alberta First Choice Moving Systems IncFrom my first phone call in the winter of up until now (April 2015), we are continuing to have nothing but help and concern in dealing with our move and the complications that have arisen since then that don't even involve First Choice MrBob M***, the owner of First Choice, was friendly from the very beginningHe appeared knowledgeable about moving seniors, was able to accommodate our time frame and provide a good price for the moveMy parents needed to be moved from their home in one seniors' living facility to another which provided extra nursing careAs such, they were in no position to be organizing or seeing to any of the practical or financial details of such a moveI was managing that on their behalf On the day of the move, two movers arrived and started workingThey were personable, friendly and quite cooperativeUnfortunately, they ended up hitting the building of the seniors' facility and damaging their signThe movers immediately accepted responsibility for the damage and indicated that their company/boss would take care of the cost required to fix the sign [redacted] MrM***, however, has continued to be involved and concerned that my parents are paying for the damage his company caused and has made many calls to attempt to get the matter resolved appropriately [redacted] He has gone above and beyond what would be expected of anyone who has been hired to complete a move It is obvious that he cares about the work he does, the people he deals with and the impact that his customers may experience if something hasn't gone right [redacted] I would do business with Alberta First Choice Moving Systems Incin the future and recommend them highly to any of my friends In a society where businesses don't necessarily take the time or effort to do a good job or go out of their way to ensure that their customers are satisfied, Alberta First Choice Moving has proven that reputable, caring people still exist in the business world
