Hello, My experience with Dataqom was nothing short of seamless, quick, and gentleThe sales rep, [redacted] ***, was extremely polite and compassionateHe assuaged all of my concerns with switching my processing overThe administrative/customer retention team was also very kind [redacted] took over from [redacted] in the transition and told me to sit back and relaxShe handled everything from helping me install QuickBooks to confirming that my credit card processing was "greenlighted." I wholeheartedly recommend Dataqom to anyone looking for a processor that treats their clients as family and follow through on their word Best regards, [redacted]

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.*We were billed for "QB's $for non returned or refunded"- WE NEVER RECEIVED ANY QB PRODUCTS, EVEN AFTER SEVERAL REQUESTS WERE MADE! Please review part of the complaint *$swiper *** has made no request for a return of this product, nor were we told in any customer contract or agreement that we would be billed for this product upon cancellation Provide us with a mailing address and we will gladly return when you reimburse *ETF- We have no idea what this charge is for, nor is listed in any of our customer agreement/or contracts I deny all charges on our account after 1/13/15, as NONE of them were listed in our customer contract/agreement I did not agree to any cancellation fees nor was I told there would be any when we signed the original contracts Regards,

I just started my merchant and payroll account through this company, but Id have to say that so far its been greatI spoke with Adam C*** and he's has been an awesome helpNo matter if you have a question or concern with something he will be there to solve it at anytimeI never have a problem getting a hold of himAmazing Sales Rep!
On the payroll side Davey T*** is the bestHe's so helpfulAlso very reachableThe SweetestIf you want great help for you business this is the place to go toI so recommend it

I have been very happy with the service from this company*** *** has been a lifesaver and has gone above and beyond! Lindsay is a great help as wellI never feel like I am a "number" but I receive personal serviceThey know me by "first name!"

I was reluctant to change merchant service companies as I was using Intuit's merchant services integrated with *** but these guys walked us through the process quickly and with very few problems Now, we're enjoying considerable savings!
I'd recommend anyone who uses *** software to consider these guys You won't regret it

Swiper ordered: [redacted]5/28/14 Left message MM6/2/14 Left another message MM6/10/14 Left message MM6/12/14 Appointment set for tomorrow AM. MM6/13/14   Activated and PCI completed. Email to [redacted], merchant is looking for software but that is not noted anywhere. MM6/17/2014 Sent [redacted]® download via email. AR6/27/2014 Sent shipping invoice. AR11/21/14 Has not processed since July. In rebates. Tried to contact and received no answer. AR1/12/15 API, left 3 messages with no response. Wants to close. MM1/13/15 Sent request to credit annual per [redacted]. Sent forms to close as well. MM1/13/15 Received form to close merchant account. Forwarded to [redacted]. MM1/14/15 Received form to close. PCI removed and sent to [redacted]. MM1/20/15 Account closed. MJ [redacted]® was emailed. If we call and she did not use the license we can refund.  Standard cancelation fee applies. If [redacted] requests refund, it can be refunded. If she were to ship the mobile device back she would be refunded. She knows this.  It has been explained to her.

I have been working with this company for serval years. They are also their if I have any problems or questions. I would highly recommend this company.

Dataqom/Datainsure is the best company I have ever had! They helped me learn Quick Books, and got me a great payroll reduction. Anytime I need to reach them they respond very quickly. The best part is that I have a relationship with a human being instead of different people I have never spoke to before. They really bring the meaning of customer service back. I would highly recommend!

No matter if you have a question or concern with something he will be there to solve it at anytime. I never have a problem getting a hold of him. Amazing Sales Rep!
On the payroll side Davey T[redacted] is the best. He's so helpful. Also very reachable. The Sweetest. If you want great help for you business this is the place to go to. I so recommend it.
