I was reluctant to change merchant service companies as I was using Intuit's merchant services integrated with [redacted] but these guys walked us through the process quickly and with very few problems. Now, we're enjoying considerable savings!
I'd recommend anyone who uses [redacted] software to consider these guys... You won't regret it.

I have been very happy with the service from this company. [redacted] has been a lifesaver and has gone above and beyond! Lindsay is a great help as well. I never feel like I am a "number" but I receive personal service. They know me by "first name!"

We have signed contracts with all fees upfront, transparent, and detailed. We will look into this immediately to see if we have any record of communication with the merchant, and if we can refund any fees.

An email was sent to the merchant in November, with no response. Our admins have reached out as well, to no avail.
