Hello I had emailed you back about my complaint with joseph subaruI hadn't responded to subaru's response because it said that they agreed to paint the car out of good willWhen I went up there to talk to them they said well we are only going to paint the top hood and trunkThat's all fine however the damage is on the side doors as well and that was part of the panels that they fixedI also found out through closer inspection that they rushed the job and didn't put the inner door panels on properly leaving the window switch tweaked to the left and clips weren't put back where they were supposed to be, and there was a few broken screw covers that were just placed back inThis has been nothing but a nightmare and I just want my subaru to make it through without rustI do not know why they would agree to paint it online but then tell me they are only painting half

For me, there is no winner in this situation Regardless if they feel the transmission shop diagnosis was right or wrong, my car has been running well for almost months and about 6,miles with no transmission issues I also do not understand why they sent me out the door with a car with very little transmission fluid knowing that running it dry would cause catastrophic transmission failure They did not even inform me it was leaking and almost empty!I did receive a check to reimburse me for the work done at the transmission shop and for that I am thankful I am still upset that I had to go to the Revdex.com and a local news channel for them to attempt to make amends for the situation Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, [redacted]

My girlfriend and I both own the car I cosigned for her to get it so my name is on it but she is the initial owner

I reviewed all of the service records and history of the Cadillac CTS in questionI also reviewed the work done (invoice) at the independent shopBased on all the information I was able to gather from our Service Technician and Service Director, I must most humbly disagree with Ms
*** opinions of our service practices and also the diagnosis done at the independent shop. To explain a bit further, as Cadillac experts, our diagnosis may certainly differ from a smaller shop that works on many different makes and models over time. We have built our reputation over years and would not jeopardize that over a single customer. That being said, as a matter of goodwill, we will contact Ms*** to bring this matter to some sort of conclusion as I do understand and am sympathetic to her situationShe may expect a phone call from our service director in the very near future.Sincerely,Andrew H***

(***): I have spoken to Jeff S***, body shop manager. He had reviewed Ms*** vehicle with her and was made aware of some very small nicks in the door. Although we are not convinced that we caused the nicks, in the name of customer satisfaction, Jeff S*** offered to repaint and blend a large portion of that side of the vehicle. I understand Ms*** wanted to repair the vehicle elsewhere at a cost of $696.33. I will refund that amount to satisfy her. In return I would expect her to sign a release holding us harmless and recognizing this action as a goodwill gesture. *** *** *** Dear ***:Please allow this letter to serve as confirmation that you were sent an $invoice in error by our companyThe billing was caused by a disconnect between our service and billing departments, and it has been
correctedA recent service/repair to your vehicle was supposed to be billed to and covered by an insurance company per an agreement made at the time of your vehicle purchase.Your credit rating can’t and won’t be affectedIt is impossible as we do not report to any credit services in these instances. My most sincere apologies for the confusion, delay, and errant bill.Sincerely,Andrew H.General ManagerJoseph Cadillac Subaru

In the spirit of customer goodwill, we will paint the areas affected by discoloration. We do stand by our diagnosis that the discoloration was not a result of any work done here by us or any third party vendor. We encourage Ms*** to contact our body shop to schedule the work.Thank You.Andy H***

[redacted], as General Manager, am taken aback when anyone claims that we have "switched" a price. I have reviewed pages of e-mails that salesperson [redacted] saved regarding this internet transaction. 99% of which support [redacted] and the dealership's view on how the pricing was agreed upon. Mr. [redacted] had been in the store to have his trade appraised, but all other communication has been done via e-mail. There can be confusion regarding pricing and taxes being included or not included in a "out-the-door" or "final" price. We typically do not quote prices including tax until we finalize tax rates based on a customers home address. This is one case where taxes and how they were addressed came into play.Again, based on the pages of e-mails I reviewed, I can find one word on one line (out of several clear price quotes) that may be construed as taxes being included ("with" Indiana tax) in a quoted price. All other clearly state that quotes are "plus" tax. It is based on that one word that I have instructed [redacted] to contact Mr. [redacted] and honor the price he (Mr. [redacted]) thought he should be given. In no way is this an admission that [redacted] or Joseph Subaru did anything intentional to mislead the customer. Any accusation to that effect is offensive, and our track record backs up my feeling. In summary, Mr. [redacted] will be contacted, and his price will be honored. I apologize for any confusion regarding this entire matter. We also welcome Mr. [redacted] as a customer and look forward to a long and happy business relationship.Sincerely,[redacted]General ManagerJoseph Subaru
