Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: it takes two weeks to receive those contacts I got them on the 30th of June the 16th is the day I put my deposit down for those contacts I really feel as this is a scam if you can't simply read a receipt that shows you everything you need you could even call the price Optical to get the information this is very terrible customer service and is not appreciatedYou should make things more clear on your website! The fair that I paid for your contacts and there was a rebate on it and now and now I'm out of my hundred dollars that is a scam you should feel ashamed of yourselfIf I did not log into my claim I would not have known that it was rejected and the person I spoke to told me it was rejected in August it is now September why was I not notified about that if this is legitimate

I was given that answer 7/28, 8/23, and 9/ I was told on 9/that my order was "elevated to a supervisor" so immediate action would be taken to process my rebate The response just received from Alcon is that the rebate was processed on 9/ Six days to process a rebate isn't what I would consider an immediate action, especially since this has been pending since May I feel there is ample documentation to verify the company's neglect--and the pat days I don't believe you

10-9-Hello,Our investigation shows Ms [redacted] purchase date was 7-31-and she submitted her rebate on 8-15- The rebate submission was declined on 8-27-because she did not submit her eye exam Attached is a screen print of our online rebate process The second page of the process lists all the documents needed to complete a rebate submission A copy of an eye exam receipt and/or a contact lens fitting receipt with the date circled is the third document in the listUnfortunately, by omitting this document, her rebate submission failed to meet the Terms and Conditions of our rebate process and was denied Our consumers are given a tracking number in the process of submitting their rebate to allow them the opportunity to track the process of their submission Thank you,Alcon Laboratories, Inc
