Aldi does not have ANY Truth #, they are lies and 50%, not a chanceTry 20-30%Recheck the stores vs*** or another chain storeNot saving 50% at allMost of their meat is junk meatLike I heard about them selling horse meat

Mr.*** comment about horse meat likely relates to a news story from two years ago regarding horse meat found in beef products sold within the United KingdomIt's important to know that ALDI US is independently operated and managed from ALDI in other countries and no ALDI US products were ever affected by that situation
While we understand that Mr*** is disappointed that our milk prices vary between stores, we do not anticipate making any changes to our current pricing processAs noted previously, retail prices for milk are affected by several factors including state regulations and constantly changing wholesale costs
Finally, we'd like to further clarify how we define our pricing claimsWe clearly state that customers who switch from national brands to ALDI exclusive brands can save up to percent based upon a price comparison of comparable products sold at leading national retail grocery storesWe have never claimed that the price of any particular item sold at ALDI will necessarily be percent less than the price of a similar item at a competitor, particularly if that item is not a national name brand itemAlthough savings may vary from item to item, we are confident that our claim about total basket savings is accurate based on competitive pricing research that we regularly conduct around the country

ALDI will be sending the customer a $20.00 gift certificate for the inconvenience. In addition to the gift certificate that will be sent on ALDI's behalf, the supplier has sent the customer a refund check in the amount of $21.39. The District Manager has attempted to contact the customer directly to speak with him further in regards to his concerns and to attempt to accommodate him in future purchases. An ALDI Customer Service Supervisor contacted the customer this morning to explain why the Double Guarantee had not been offered in this particular instance. The Double Guarantee is an offer that ALDI stands behind on all of our food products that allows a customer to receive both a refund and replacement for items which they are not 100% satisfied with. In this particular case, however, because the customer's concern involved a foreign material, our supplier wanted to retrieve the product directly from the customer, making it impossible for the customer to return the product to the store for the Double Guarantee. As a result, ALDI offered a $10.00 gift certificate to return the value of the purchase price, as well as the value of the replacement item. This was explained to the customer and the customer understood why these actions were taken. The customer will continue to wait to hear from our supplier, who is still reviewing the retrieved product at this time.
