I am rejecting this response because:customer is filing under manufacturers warranties not seller warrantyCustomer has requested manufacturers legal counsel contact information three times and has not been provided this information.manufacuter still remains in breach of their expressly written warranty, implied warranty and suitability warranty for specific product usage.this is a manufacturer issue and through the Revdex.com customer has provided manufacturer the model information regarding this order. This is actually becoming comical because manufacturer is in default of legal warranty(s) over a missing part that likely only costs $1- - imagine if there was an expensive warranty claim

We were reached back regarding the product not working correctlyWe have spend long time with customer over the technical issue to determine the problem.To make sure we provide customer with good service we agreed to send charge controller replacementIn total we have send charge controllersCustomer was send of the original charge controller that product comes with (Charge Controller CD.) plus the new more powerful that guarantees good quality Upon sending charge contorlings and going over technical support we can say that the issue is the unstable voltage customer is having that has nothing to do with the quality of the productWe have been selling this product for many years and had not issues like that As we have send many replacement, we believe that we went above and beyond to help out customerWe have advanced that customer needs electrician that can install the product professionally which should resolve the issueCustomer is out of days return period and we believe that replacements of the controllers or units will not fix the issue as the problem is in the actual installation and wiring. I am rejecting this response because:The business response is incomplete and not factual in many regards.Th res-ponder in this complaint should identify themselves as to location and access to the complete records in this matter It would appear this res-ponder is foreign, most likely based in China, where the units are manufactured and not from the US based contact center which I have been dealing directly with This is in no manner defamatory, it is to simply point out from the response the use of the English language and the clear incomplete correspondents and situations that have already occurred.To clarify all the facts, which has all been submitted to Aleko US prior to this escalation, the complete facts are as follows:1) The order of the wind generators via Amazon is correct.2) We began having problems with the controller units on these wind generators immediately upon installation Both original units had shorted out within only a couple pf weeks of installation We requested replacements, which was honored However, both replacement units also shorted out within a short time I then contacted Aleko technical support directly via telephone and spoke to an actual technician The technician informed me that the CDcontrollers were never suppose to be sent with these wind generators, due to the size of the wind generator's power rating.3) To clarify, the first controllers short circuiting was specifically due to the manufacturer sending the wrong controllers, which should have never been sent/used with these wind generators Therefore, 100% manufacturer error.4) The technician did send CDcontroller units, which were suppose to be the proper sized controllers for these units However, both units were defective/broken upon receipt of these replacements One unit, the meter dd not function properly The second unit was a complete disaster out of the box There was a "screw rattle" very noticeable from within the unit immediately after removing it from the box I opened the casing to find screws and washers roaming freely within the case The main circuit board was hanging freely, without proper support and these unattached screws were from the mounting platformTwo of the ribbon cables inside the unit were not even attached to the circuit boards Pictures were immediately taken of this and sent to Aleko directly The mounting screws could not be reinserted because the mounting holes were completely stripped out.5) I again contacted Aleko directly via telephone an sent emails with the information, pictures, etc I then asked the Aleko rep to please do us the courtesy of taking two of these units and inspecting/testing them BEFORE they shipped, to ensure we would have two properly working units, due to the tremendous time and resources already spent by us in this situation The Aleko rep informed me that they had no *** of testing any equipment and could only ship out the replacementsThis signifies to me this res-ponder and claims of any problems being on our end is ludicrous There can not be any type of wiring problem on our end, when the controllers that are sent are never able to be placed in service, because they are defective/broken when pulled out of the box! 6) We have explained in detail our engineering portion is professionally installed This is a very simple configuration, with a simple wiring configuration of #copper wire (strands to match the wind generator wire configuration) and less than a foot run, with direct connection from wind generator to controller (no other connections..period) However, again, this can not be a factor when the controllers themselves are not able to be placed into service when the controllers are defective/broken directly from the manufacturer I have attached the video clips of the last replacement controller that was sent back in May, which shows the controller in its packing box, direct from the manufacturer, and you can hear the "screw rattle" before the box is even opened, then you can see the interior and even dents in the case from a brand new replacement from the manufacturer.7) All this information, pictures, video clips, etchave been sent to Aleko US I can even include recorded telephone conversations with Aleko in this regard as well.8) We have made every attempt to properly resolve this issue with Aleko directly We have spent a huge amount of time, resources and money (building the towers alone was over $1,000.00) and due to the constant failure for Aleko to provide proper controller units, we have now abandoned out attempts of using Aleko We offered a simple and fair settlement of a refund of what we had spent on their products Aleko has directly refuse any refund, or any replacement of these defective controllers, that were defective/broken directly from them, with clearly no quality control of any kind.9) We have also taken notice that Aleko is falsely advertising its relationship with the Revdex.com in their advertisements They listed "We are Revdex.com+ rated and certified company", giving consumers a very misleading reference The Revdex.com has now been made aware of this and I just noticed, at least part of these claims have now been removed from certain portions This, in my opinion, shows how deceptive Aleko's practices can be.Conclusion: I have made every reasonable attempt to resolve this matter with Aleko directly They have not only refused, but are clearly either misinformed of all the material facts (miscommunication between the manufacturer in China and the US affiliate), or is possible of simple fraudulent and or misleading trade practices, such as the case of their Revdex.com affiliation claim(s) in their advertising.Again, it is physically impossible for any "wiring" problem on our end to cause this problem, when the controller units are defective/broken before they ever have the opportunity to be installed Therefore, their claim(s) are totally invalid You may refer to the last video clips sent to Aleko, which shows how these units have been shipped to us from the manufacturer.The Revdex.com system does not accept video or audio clips, however, these can be produced upon request and a form in which they can be sent to the Revdex.com.Sincerely,*** ***

I did not get an email form your first responseIt was not in my Spam eitherI did get your unanswered email however, but I did not check my email for the past week due to the holidays.In response to their statement: #Their website showed that there werein stock and I was told they were in stockThey just chose not to break up a complete set, and replace the missing parts that way. Instead, they made me wait instead of the company#That still does not excuse sending me to the back of the shipping order when the parts did come in #This still does not address the lack of an actual apology letter via the post office.I am still not happy with this retailerThey lied to me multiple timesThey cheated my dog out of his playpen while it was still nice outAnd they sent an incomplete package each timeTheir attention to detail and customer satisfaction is poor at bestI will not use this retailer againI will buy extension panels from another retailer as their product is just a generic Chinese product and not limited to just themThank God for that.Please let the company be advised that I want this listed complaint listed as CUSTOMER UNSATISFIED/UNRESOLVED

numerous emails and phone calls and have sent out many different replacement partsWe have done our best to assist the customer through the whole process.

I am rejecting this response because:   Aleko is doing everything in their willpower to not have the sauna pickup and removed.  On countless times they have refused my refund and have been caught lying about scheduling a pickup.  My tenants are now moving out which is costing me $2000 upfront in lost rent.  My car has been sitting outside in the snow since Monday in my neighbor's driveway.  I need to be compensated for this and I cannot waste any more time with ALEKO lying about returning and scheduling pickups.  Amazon needs to guarantee my refund regardless if ALEKO can pick up the sauna that has been sitting in my garage since DECEMBER 16th and process a return (which they have never done as a company).  ALEKO should not be an Amazon reseller as they are telling me that I have to close my A-Z claim.  This needs to be addressed immediately as they are not being cooperative or responsible for any damages this has caused me.  Please see attached emails. 1/29 Monday On Friday, Aleko promised that they would pick up the Sauna Monday morning.  Amazon and I called them and they never scheduled a pickup.  Monday night they called me and told me that there was a 90% certainty they would pick it up Monday night.  At 5 PM the confirmed that they could not pick it up. 1/30 Tuesday I had a friend drive 4 hours to be there for the sauna pick up between 2-5 PM.  The pickup company called me at 10 AM asking to pick up early.  I declined and they reassured me that they would be there at 4PM for pickup to meet Angela. ALEKO ordered a truck for pickup without verifying the weight limit.   The truck company arrived and could not pick up the 990 POUND Sauna. 1/31 Wednesday Aleko promised pickup on Thursday 2/1 Thursday The truck company failed to pick up the sauna. ALEKO promised Friday. ALEKO ASKED ME TO CLOSE AMAZON A-Z CLAIM 2/2 Friday Truck company failed to pick up Friday 2/3 Saturday ALEKO delivered my product on a Saturday but didn’t try to have it picked up on a Saturday 2/4 Monday They sent the wrong size truck again2/7The sauna has not been picked up Please hold ALEKO to thier 30 day garentee

I am rejecting this response because:First and foremost, their claim of "with TESTED replacements numerous times" is bogus and a lie!  Attached are just a few of the pictures taken of the claimed "replacment units, which clearly show the replacement units were DEFECTIVE upon receipt and IMPOSSIBLE to have ever been "tested" before shipment , since in certain cases the internal components were NEVER CONNECTED! It was also clearly stated by an Aleko "tech" they had no [redacted] of testing these units at their facility and could only ship out "replacements" To, again, clarify, the original 4 units (2 originals and two replacements) of the CD5 controllers) were the WRONG controllers and should have never been shipped with this product,  Therefore they did send the first CD10 units as replacements, which BOTH were DEFECTIVE!  Refer to the "unit 2-1" picture attache which clearly shows the internal parts were not even connected inside the unit!  Therefore IMPOSSIBLE to have EVER BEEN TESTED as they are attempting to claim.  Additional pics and video clips have been submitted to both Aleko and the Revdex.com showing our claim to be true.  Yet they continue to attempt to claim it is a "wiring problem on our end.  How can it be a wiring problem on our end when the replacement units are defective from out of the box and NEVER connected on our end in the first place?This company has been misrepresenting "facts" throughout this case, including their clear misrepresentation as an "ACCREDITED Revdex.com MEMBER" to consumers!  This clear evidence has been submitted to the Revdex.com and the Revdex.com is taking action, however, this company has had such listing for YEARS and only now removing this simply because they got CAUGHT!Now this company s clearly misrepresenting the facts in this situation, making such outrageous claims as these replacements were all "TESTED" before shipment.  The evidence is CLEAR, it is IMPOSSIBLE to have "tested" any unit when the internal components were NEVER CONNECTED! This company continues to avoid/evade direct verification as a legitimate business entity, in which the Washington State Dept of Revenue can not even verify Aleko Products as an actual business entity, although they list several business names located at the addresses provided, however not "Aleko Products"  These matters need further and proper investigation by the Revdex.com, the Attorney General and the FTC and other authorities

And as you can see, it says that it comes with gas tank & battery box tie down, not this parts in particular, just tie down, place where you can tie them down so they would not move in the boat and be fixed. Sorry, but we would not be able to provide this parts to you because they do not come with it.

Hi – My complaint #[redacted] remains UNRESOLVED yet on Revdex.com it says resolved.3-weeks ago I “Accepted” the business’s proposal to ship back to them at my cost the defective item for a refund…. at that time Revdex.com said I had to do nothing but await further instructions. Checking on my complaint on Revdex.com now shows it resolved… which it is not…. I have not heard anything from the seller, I still have the defective item, and am still out $851.I want a return authorization from the seller to be sent to me so that it is clear they are asking for return of the item.…. And for the record I DISAGREE with the shipping being on-me but said “yes” as I was grateful to get most of my money back, shipping was never “free”, it was certainly in the cost of the original sale, so now I’ll pay to ship a defect both ways.Please advise.- [redacted]

Hello,  We would like to mention once again that customer needs to work with the seller. This product according to customer was purchased from different seller therefore all inquiries regarding missing parts need to go to the seller. We have no information of the order details nor product specifications. Once again ,all inquiries regarding missing parts need to go to the seller which in this case is Wayfair. Aleko did not take the payment, nor they shipped the product therefore customer need to go to the seller who can assist.Customer was kindly provided the phone number of the seller therefore if they just give them a call, the issue will be resolved. We request this claim to be closed as we are not the seller and cannot assist the customer. Thank you

Hello,  Thank you for contacting us  As we have stated numerous times before, we have been working with customer to resolve the issue. We sell many if this units and if it was all "DEFECTIVE " as customer states, we would of have many more Revdex.com complains .WE PROVIDE 30 DAY RETURN POLICY.CUSTOMER IS WELCOME TO RETURN THE PRODUCT IF THEY DO NOT LIKE IT. IF customer agreed to accept replacement parts instead of return for refund, we are not responsible for ending of the return period. IT is really unlikely for 2 brand new units not to operate and to have the same issues.  We have provided the customer with replacements . Each part gets tested upon shipment from our manufacturer. We have no interest to sell defective items and deal with replacements which cost a lot of money for the actual unit as well as shipping cost. Pictures that were provided show the product after attempts of installation which is why it is not looking like new. We have been trying out best to assist the customer but since they are out of the warranty ,we are UNABLE to provide any more replacement or refund. We must follow the policy of the company which clearly states that customer has 30 days to return for refund and 1 year warranty. [redacted] was assisted over the phone and emails for technical assistance. Since customer was send brand new TWO wind generators with replacements of NEW  charge controllers that customer was unable to make work,we recommend customer hire professional electrician that can assist them with installation.Once again ,we are really sorry that [redacted] is not happy with this transaction. We received a letter from your law office regarding customer of us [redacted]. We have reviewed his case and pulled up records...

indicating that we did provide a few replacements for customer already (copies attached), provided a technical support on how to fix issue. First they have requested a shipping of missing parts (due to the incorrect handling of package by [redacted]), overnight shipping is optional and totally up to the customer but we have split payment with customer not because we wanted more money but because customer requested this shipping service and we have made a favor to them and took responsibility that we did not have to. Some replacement parts were damaged (again, due to incorrect handling by [redacted]) and we have replaced them as well. Still after all of the replacement parts were shipped, customer is claiming that it is impossible to fix issue with provided information and parts, and asking for a full refund. It does not work for customer not because of the parts or item itself, but only due to incorrect installation. He has opened a same type of claim on [redacted] and lost it (we have provided same information as we are doing for you). We would not be able to accept it back for a refund because customer has passed 30 days return for refund period, but purchased product does come with 2 year limited replacement warranty and we can replace it for customer if there is any issues, but once again, we have to get them back first with return authorization form from customer. We sell this product for about 10 years all over the internet and have been always able to help customer resolve issues like that because customers were following instruction that we providing.
