In response to the complaint referenced aboveWe do have on file a signed credit application allowing us to apply for and obtain credit for this customerOnce the application is processed if the bank chooses to approve the application, the account is automatically generated and a card is sent to the customer whether or not they decide to purchase anythingThis process is automated and we have no option to accept or decline the banks offer of a credit lineThe customer did in fact back out of the deal while speaking with a finance manager, and accordingly, the finance manager did not process any transactions on the customers account per his request.Once an account is generated, the only person that may close that account is the customer, as that is now his accountIf he no longer wishes to have the account he just needs to call and close it [redacted] General ManagerRideNow Powersports Peoria

Hello,I do not accept the response made by the business as there is does not provide detailed explanation of the refunded amounts and of why the make the deductions they madeI took my motorcycle for maintenance only onceI was explained over the phone that they charge $per maintenance check-up, even if I have taken it twice, it does not justify the refund they sent. There is not explanation of how they refund approximately $1,out of $2,I paidThe paperwork I signed does not have any deductions on refunds at all and I was told by Polaris that RideNow is responsible of the total refundsI attached the paperwork I signed

Mr*** has still not reached out to me to discuss trying to find resolutionThere is no factory warranty on this machine so in order to help rectify some of his issues I am willing to take a look at the trike if he would be willing to bring the trike to us. Most of the concerns can be addressed without chargeFuel tank has not been altered, Reverse gear would need to be diagnosed, and if we need to correct some paperwork than we would be willing to do soThis trike is as I said before, a customized unit that does not have a manufacture warranty. When mounted, the mechanic's @ Red Hills Indian of Tallahassee, FLhave found that the tank "Only takes/holds Gallons of gas." They further stated, "After we pulled the tank off, fixed the leak, twisted, turned, leaned & rotated it, we found that we were 'only able to put in a total of gallons of gas'The advertisement stated, "gallons". The radio antennae: We were told things1.) There is no FM radio between L.A& Phoenix on Interstate & 2.) There is no FM radio on Interstate between Barstow, CA and Las Vegas, NVWhen in fact, the FM Antennae that was, "Installed in the front faring".yea rightTry a Rubber hose w/a cut out that had a metal box, silicone added, that was 1.25" long x .75" wide x .5" deep, that had a wire soldered to it, that was plugged into the back of the receiving AM/FM unitThe only thing that tube did, was push the headlight up so far that when on low beam, it was like having a straight out lightWhile the high beams were on, I watched the power lines on the side of the road, instead of the blackness in front of me.The Reverse mechanism: It has never workedHOWEVER, if we want to, we can pay $4,for a new onePlus installment. The rear shocks: Were locked down in the shipping positionThat is what caused the fork seals to leakCost to us: $+ $= One upset wife. The contract in itself is bogusNo where was a signature taken, on ANY piece of paper, that had my wife's MAIDEN NAMEHOWEVER: The bike is registered to *** ** ***

I spoke to *** *** on 05-07-and apologized for the lack of communication within his dealings with the sales & finance team at Ridenow Peoria.Mr*** certainly understands the difference between installment & revolving type financingWe have at this point assured that his revolving account is closedI have personally apologized for the mis-understanding and assured Mr *** that we would try to further our internal training in attempt to avoid this in the futureMy *** has my cell # should he need anything from me to help explain the situation.Thank you,*** ***General ManagerRideNow Powersports Peoria

*** & *** *** purchase their Indian Roadmaster as a customized Trike conversion. This unit is not a standard motorcycle and I have had multiple discussions with Mr*** in regards of why he may be getting less fuel capacity due to the extra weight of the conversionThe
Trike is heavier in the rear which puts the tank at an altered level than stockHis tank has not been altered from stock so it is the same size. The stock AM/FM Antennae was likely altered with the trike conversion so located the line would need to happen to determine a better location for itSome conversions have them tucked under bodyThe fork seals were previously discussed and are a wearing component on any motorcycleI am a managing partner for the dealership so I made Mr*** aware that should he need help he could call my Cell # as an easier way to get some helpCalling me direct would be his easiest path to finding resolution to a problem. This was in no way a method for keeping conversations from a recorded lineI have left a voice message for Mr*** and have not heard from himI do know that there is a extended warranty on this motorcycle that will cover some repairs as neededNot sure if Mr*** needs help in processing these types of claims?? We would be happy to discuss and assist as neededBJ General Manager RideNow Peoria

To whom it may concern with the Revdex.com,   I did review the cancellation of the service agreement and the warranty on [redacted]’s Indian motorcycle. I was able to confirm the accuracy of the refunded dollar amount to be correct. I also called Carolina and left a voice message to call me for...

further explanation of the refund dollar amount. The warranty cancellation was 147.00 of 200.00 paid and the service agreement which is normally non-cancelable but, given the circumstances of the motorcycle being a total loss we were able to obtain authorization to refund the un used portion of the service contract. There were 2 services rendered on the motorcycle plus the in use depreciation. There was also a cancellation fee. In all refund amount came to 1737.00 of 2800.00   BJ     Bill "BJ" J[redacted] GM RideNow Peoria / Indian Motorcycle of Peoria [redacted]r
