This process is automated and we have no option to accept or decline the banks offer of a credit line. The customer did in fact back out of the deal while speaking with a finance manager, and accordingly, the finance manager did not process any transactions on the customers account per his request.Once an account is generated, the only person that may close that account is the customer, as that is now his account. Even though they have agreed to provide me with an oil cooler of my choosing to compensate for their ill treatment, in the future they still need to correct the way they do business with their customer's. The company determined that they had mailed my plates to me but not paid the postage on the envelope so the U.S. Post Office returned it to them for insufficient funds. By that time the company had ordered me a replacement plate and I now have that plate.

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I acknowledge that RideNow Peoria, AZ has a signed credit application to apply and obtain credit “to purchase a motorcycle”. I made it very clear going through the process that I DO NOT WANT A CREDIT CARD! It sounds like RideNow Peroia, AZ has their customers apply for a credit card and a separate loan for a motorcycle. I don’t agree with RideNow Peoria, AZ having customers apply for a credit card and a motorcycle loan.On April 8th I received 2 pieces of mail which the second piece really added to my frustration with this whole process. One was from [redacted] confirming the credit card account was closed per my request. The second was from [redacted], Minden Nevada. They are offering me a motorcycle loan in the amount of $14,516.00. I went to RideNow Peoria to purchase a motorcycle for $6999.00. The total after delivery and assembly charges, tax, title and license, was $9,999.00. That’s when I said no way.Again, after making it very clear that I DO NOT WANT A CREDIT CARD and to cancel ALL paperwork associate with this transaction, I was approved for a credit card for $16,000.00 and a motorcycle loan for $14,516.00.Why did RideNow Peoria, AZ process paperwork for a credit card AND a motorcycle loan combined amount of $30,516.00 of credit? That's $23,517.00 more than the base price of the motorcycle!
