Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] I would like to make MrRobert T**, legal counsler for Atlantic dealership aware that on Jan [redacted] 2017, I had indeed left my license plates at the business with my registration and informed Richard L [redacted] that they had to be transferred to the new vehicle so I could insure it, he assured me that it would be taken care of, the following day he spoke with Brittany K [redacted] from customer service at [redacted] Company who explained what needed to be done and also sent Richard an email confirming what she had told him, she said he wanted to know if I made my payments on time which she thought was an odd question, none of his business, again he was told about the laws here in Massand still it took until I filed a complaint with you on Feb [redacted] to get something done ( my goodness, it only took one day to get my registration after that ) I was never informed of anything you have said and again I was told by Richard Links partner that it would take at least two weeks to get this vehicle registered and I could drive this vehicle legally with the papers I had and my ins.company was misinformed that it was illegal to drive and nothing would happen if I had been stoppedAnd there are issues to address if you read the complaint Mr.T**, also was overcharged $350.plus finance charges for the registration, no I do not believe this is resolved as of yet In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

I have spoken to the customer today and he has stated that his Revdex.com Complaint with the Dealership has been completedWe could not find an applicable solution to complete this transaction and the customer purchased the same type of vehicle at a different dealershipRobert JT [redacted] Legal Assistant General Counsel’s Office Atlantic Auto Group

After reviewing the Customer’s file and complaint, we have concluded that the Customer’s complaint is with the manufacture of the vehicle, Chrysler and not with Atlantic Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. This complaint should not reflect badly on Atlantic Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram nor any of its’ affiliated... companies and the dealership has not made any demand or claim against the Customer.

I have lost count in how many messages I have left for the manager Sam I am ether told he is not there or I am put on hold and then the person comes back on the phone to say he is busy with a customerAs requested from Atlantic's last response I called Sam's cell phone I left a message on 6/*/at 3:and have received no response againAs far as Sam's statement that there was confusion with the deal is extremely falseI had in writing and still do the deal that was given to me from Atlantic when I was there with my sonAtlantic had me put insurance on the car while I was there for two hours and then the sales person stated the manager decided not to do the dealWhere is the confusion when you have a deal in writing with the vehicle vin number and then they say they changed their mind and will not do the deal they gave me in writingBut they will do the deal for $2,moreIf this is not considered a scam I do not know what isPlease document this case in your files and I will put this on each social media site I canI have been told to report this to the attorney general and not to do any business with AtlanticThank you for trying to resolve this for us!

[Your Answer Here]When I initially went to the dealership my intention was to purchase my previous leased vehicle because of the excess of mileageI even negotiated the terms of the buy out with the sales person and was quoted a monthly payment of between $507.00 and $515.00, to which I agreed and left the dealershipI received a text message from that sales person shortly thereafter offering me a lease at $1000.00 out of pocket along with DMV charges and first months payment, I was assured at that time that the overage on my previous lease mileage would be forgiven. Again when I spoke with the finance officer on the day that I closed on the new lease I was again assured that I had what he described as a "non conventional" lease (prior to current lease) and that I would not be responsible for the overage on the miles. I MADE IT CLEAR TO BOTH THE SALES PERSON AND THE FINANCE PERSON THAT I WOULD NOT BE INTERESTED IN LEASING A NEW VEHILCE IF I HAD TO PAYOUT ON THE OVERAGEThey both told me it would not be an issue and that there would be no payout!!!
