I was charged double the price once they showed up.I was quoted around 300 dollars but they added charge after charge till I ended up paying 600.
I feel like I was taken advantage of by being quoted $275.00 for pumping.Also additional charge for extra solids. They came out and the price went up from there till I ended up paying $610.00. I was charged additional charge for bigger tank then also charged for extra solids. I did sign consent for this but I felt like I was pressured into a no win situation.I feel like they knew that I was in a bad situation and I couldnt say no . A backed up septic tank is bad, so really I was in no position to say no. This morning I called them and told them my concerns. They had closed ears. They were in the right no matter what I said according to them.I explained to them that all I wanted to be satisfied,was to be credited back $100.00 onto my credit card because I felt like I was taken advantage of and over charged. They replied by offering $50.00. I turned them down due to $560.00 is still being overcharged. One of the other reasons I believe the charges went up was that 2 trucks showed up instead of one,so they covered the cost of the other truck. I may be wrong but it makes a person think.Why did the price double? I feel taken advantage of. I feel like its a game of bait and switch.I would be willing to bet that 98% of all of their pumps,have had to pay extra costs. Its a hustle.

I am so sorry to read this review. I was the person that did speak with Mr. about your concerns about our service. I am so sorry that we could not come to an agreement as I tried to do everything I could to explain the charges and the service. As he explained to me, he was uninterested in our charges and felts that the service was done professionally and completely. He just didn't agree with the price. We did quote that pumping a 1,000 gallon septic tank is $275 which is the most common size of septic system in our area. When we arrived we found that you have a 1,500 gallon septic tank at your rental home. This septic tank had not been serviced in 20 years and as you explained it was over full. At that time we wrote up an estimate for pumping the larger septic tank at $500 which is our normal price and the extra heavy solids charge that you discussed as well as cleaning the sanitary filter at your request. All these services were listed out and presented to you prior to starting work. As a company we offer absolutely upfront prices with no charge to you. Mr. did express his dislike to the pricing and offered to only pay $500. We did offer many different options such as: pumping the 1,000 gallons for $275 or removing only the 1,500 gallons for the $500. You refused those options and opted to have the full septic tank serviced with cleaning the sanitary filter which I charge only $35 for. At this time we always get an consent authorization signature to start the work. This consent signature is so that we can insure we avoid issues like this. At the end of the service you did pay and sign another consent form that the work was completed professionally and to your liking. I am not sure how I could have been more fair with offering many different options and offering to not charge you at all if you didn't feel the pricing was fair. We are a family run business as I explained to you and we price our services at such a fair price that I could not offer the $100 back. I did offer to give you back $50 which you said you would take, but would still write bad reviews everywhere unless your demands were met. I am very sorry that we could not meet your demands and I do feel that we did offer a professional service with upfront pricing. I am not sure how I could have bee more fair. Please except my apology and know that I truly care about each homeowner we service. I personally respond to each review I receive because I am so thankful for everyone business.

Excellent customer service and excellent job done. Called on Sunday a.m. One hour later was here for my estimate. Came back Monday a.m. to do job. All good, all done within less than 24 hours. Even called to let me know Plumber was on his way. Pete did a great job on my outdoor plumbing. He even assisted with putting my pipe insulation material, in the small area where the parts were that he replaced, so I didn't have to worry about it. Recommend highly.

Richard and Brandon arrived promptly at 9 am on a SATURDAY morning to correct a problem with our dishwasher. They were cordial, courteous, and skilled. Problem solved. As a bonus, they were good humored when lobbied (hard) by our two dogs for scrunches.

We've used All About Plumbing and Septic multiple times and have been very satisfied. Richard Wade has been the plumber who came out each time and he is both extremely competent and very fair in his pricing. They will always be our go-to plumber when a need arises. Richard came out today to fix our ejector pump for our lower level and he only had to reset the GFI switch, which had tripped, and refused to charge me for that quick-fix. Great people!!

Total Rip Off. Charged 455 for taking a valve off.
I am very sorry for your dissatisfaction with our plumbing services. I do see that you had a low pressure issue and we found that you had an additional pressure regulating valve installed on your water service. This second prv was reducing your pressure and needed to be removed. We called and offered an absolutely free estimate and got approval to remove the prv and repair the water service line. All this work was completed through a trap door in the decking on galvanized piping. I am very shocked that you are not happy with your service and approved the free estimate. I really wish you had called so we could have discussed your disappointment. We have a 99.9% customer satisfaction rating and we are always striving to better our customer service. I have reviewed your invoice and will use this as a topic at our next safety meeting to ensure we are always growing to serve our community the best way possible.

I have used All About Plumbing several times and have always been thoroughly satisfied with their work. The latest example: I was experiencing excessive wetness in my side yard. Richard checked to see if the well was leaking or the underground pipe which carries water from the downspout to the drainage area was broken. He finally found the culprit: a tilted rain gutter that was allowing water to flow off the roof and into the yard like a waterfall. He spent at least 45 minutes on the job, but declined my offer of payment because he said he hadn't fixed anythingjust looked around. I would certainly recommend All About Plumbing to anyone in need of a reliable plumber.

The service was prompt and very professional. All my questions were answered about water heaters -- estimates are free. I chose to replace my hot water heater and pricing was fair and competitive with other firms. I feel I got my money's worth and definitely would hire them again.
