a minute long callShe agreed to the terms and conditions and gave her credit card number as well as expir date and last digits on the back of her card
We're sorry that she is no longer satisfied with her membership or she is not using it We can refund the charges from Feb - May, that is as far back as our merchant account will allow
So that is $X She should see these refunds in the next day or two depending on her credit card banks policies

We have no record of phone calls, emails or letter of cancellation re: club membership.
The most we can do as we also cannot track club usage is 120 day refund.

complaint has NOT been resolved because:

When I had called the company to ask about my membership, which I had called to cancel two weeks prior the woman I spoke with said there was no record of me calling so it was not canceled. I told her then I did not want the membership and to cancel it. I also still have yet to receive anything from the company as far as promotional items, or even a notice of cancellation. I would still like the final payment of $39.95 from Feb ** refunded.

This person has been refunded $39.95 for her membership.

Review: When I signed up for the service I was told I would receive a $100 grocery card. It was a trial for $4.95 the $39.95 for every month after. I tried to call multiple times to cancel because the website that it supposed to have all of these amazing deals had absolutely nothing on it. After trying to call and no one ever answering and not receiving all of these emails I was supposed to I just assumed it didn't go through and the sign up process didn't work. I recently checked my account to find that they have been charging me. I have received nothing that I was promised. So I [redacted] the company only to find that this happens to people ALL the time. I called to cancel and get a refund for services that I didn't receive and was promised. The lady laughed at me and raised her voice. She told me I was joking about asking for a refund. She did say she cancelled it and then hung up on me.Desired Settlement: The 2 months of services I paid for. $39.95 for each month, adding up to $79.90

Review: I have been receiving calls from All About The Baby several times a day. These calls cause disruptions to my work calls and interfere with my performance of my work duties.

This evening at 8:35 PM Eastern Standard Time I answered the call. There was so much noise I thought there was nobody there. Finally a woman named [redacted] claimed to be a representative of All About The Baby. She fraudulently said that I had registered at a web site to receive free merchandise for my young children. I have never registered at their site and I am 56-years old and certainly don't have little children or babies. When [redacted] lied and told me that every single supervisor with the company was in a meeting I told her she needed to go into the meeting and get one. Within 30-seconds a man who had obviously been sitting right beside her picked up the phone. He said his name is [redacted] and that there was no way for me to contact the company. He said that there is no corporate phone number. After telling me this at least six times he finally admitted he just didn't have the number. He told me that I would not be contacted by them anymore although given their lack of credibility in this one harassing call I find it hard to believe.Desired Settlement: I never want to receive another call from this company again.
