Review: I never signed up for this service. I didn't receive any of the products, services, coupons or discounts. I didn't hear about this company before I check my bank account and understand that they taking money out of my account without my knowledge. When I call them I heard only voicemail. From November till May I lost 279.65 dollars.Desired Settlement: I would like a total refund to my debit card account for the amount of 279.65.

[redacted], signed up for an AllAboutTheBabyClub.com trial membership and was informed that after 14 days if she did not call to cancel her membership would continue for her son, [redacted] and her, for $39.95 per month. This was a 30 minute long call. She agreed to the terms and conditions and gave her credit card number as well as expir date and last 3 digits on the back of her card.

We're sorry that she is no longer satisfied with her membership or she is not using it We can refund the charges from Feb - May, that is as far back as our merchant account will allow.

So that is $39.95 X 4. She should see these refunds in the next day or two depending on her credit card banks policies.

Review: I have never registered with this company. I did not even know they existed. I receive multiple calls on a daily basis, and I have asked them repeatedly to stop contacting me. Today, one of the callers actually told me that they would not stop calling me. After doing some internet research, I learned that they have done this, along with other unethical things, to many people.Desired Settlement: I would like them to disclose how they got my information, and I would like them to remove my information from their records and cease all contact.

Review: Charge showed up on my bank account. I have never heard of or had any dealings with this company. When I tried to contact the store I was given voicemail with no returned call.Desired Settlement: For this company to explain these charges to me refund my money and have a negative rating. I am now worried that other people have access to my credit card.

Review: When I signed up for the "free" products, there was a small charge of $4.95. I was aware of a following charge that would occur of $39.95 to continue the service, but wasn't aware of the time frame of 14 days to cancel. When I saw the charge appear on our credit card statement on March **when I went to pay my bill, I contacted the company to cancel and to remove the 2nd charge that processed Feb **realizing I did not receive any of the products, samples or coupons that they offered. When I contacted the company, the representative told me that I had 14 days to cancel and that is when the charge appeared. They told me they would not refund anything, but said they would cancel my "subscription" immediately. I still to this day have not received anything from this company that was promised from their add.Desired Settlement: I am willing to allow the charge of $4.95, but I do not agree to the outrageous $39.95 charge after that when no product was sent. My desired outcome is to have the $39.95 credited back to my card. I am also filing a dispute with my credit card company as well.

When I had called the company to ask about my membership, which I had called to cancel two weeks prior the woman I spoke with said there was no record of me calling so it was not canceled. I told her then I did not want the membership and to cancel it. I also still have yet to receive anything from the company as far as promotional items, or even a notice of cancellation. I would still like the final payment of $39.95 from Feb ** refunded.

Review: First, I was solicited even though my phone number is registered on the National DNC list. I did allow the person on the phone to give me their pitch, which included a trial for $4.95. I was told I would get an email confirmation and I could cancel within 14 days. I was charged the $4.95, but I never did receive an email. I tried to find a contact number on their website, but there was not one to be found. I [redacted] the company and found a few phone numbers that were all disconnected. I had no way to contact them to cancel. So to sum it up, They took my money, provided no goods or services, and gave me no way to prevent them from taking more of my money.Desired Settlement: A cancellation of whatever goods or services they have signed me up for(I do not know what they are because they haven't provided anything to date) and a full refund of the total money they have taken from me, $44.90.

Review: I signed up for an introductory offer from All about the Baby and shortly thereafter cancelled my membership as to not incur any further charges. Shortly thereafter, I received my first charge on my credit card for a service I never received. When I called again, they mentioned that they would resend my introductory package for coupons and offers for new born babies and also "re-cancel" my subscription. I later found out through my bank, that they continued to charge my account even though I cancelled my subscription twice. THIS IS A FRAUD. THIS BUSINESS CANNOT BE TRUSTED. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY ACCOUNT INFORMATION.Desired Settlement: I have been fraudulently charged $39.95 for the last two years, the company refuses to cancel my account and I've received no service, products or information from this company.

I did not authorize them to charge me without sending me any products, emails or any of the info on any offer they made in the phone call soliciting for many companies at one time. Review: I have the same complaint as several others involving ALL ABOUT THE BABY..I have been noticing that I am getting charged $39.95 monthly and not receiving anything from this.. I subscribed about a year ago for my little boy which is turning 2. I love my child just as much as the next dad/mother so I subscribed noticing that I haven't received anything and still being charged the monthly fee I unsubscribed several months ago and yet I am still being charged. a young man just starting his life cant afford to just throw away money like this with nothing in returned.. it has left my bank account negative several months in a row.. this needs to be resolved quick..I have made an attempt several times to simply request my name off of this charging list..still nothing has happened. please help me and my familyDesired Settlement: I want my name off of the billing list and a refund for the past 6 months of $239.70 if the refund can not be resolved I at lease want to stop being charged..SIMPLE

Review: I recently became aware that allaboutthebaby.com has been taking money out of my debit account without my consent or knowledge. I've never signed up nor had knowledge or contact with this online company. The charges started in July of 2013 for $4.95, August for $39.95, September for $39.95, October for $39.95, November for $39.95 and December for $39.95. The total amount of debit account withdrawal is $164.75 that I did not autherize nor donate.Desired Settlement: I would like a total refund credited to my debit account for the amount of $164.75.

Review: I had signed up for this but then I checked it out on line so I canceled the next day realizing this was for baby's I don't have infants when I called today because I have been charged sense July they said I never canceled which was a lie, but they conveniently said they never got it. She said you signed up for this we will only refund you $39.95 I told her no that they owe me more and when I told her I was going to report them to Revdex.com she just told me we have you recorded ordering our product I told her I have no baby's this would not benefit me at all so why would I keep it and I canceled the next day as I explained to the other lady I signed up because I thought it was for children also and I looked on internet it wasn't she just told me have a nice day and hung up. Review: Well last week I've been getting calls for all about the baby. I don't know how they got my number or my card information. They told me they gonna be sending some baby stuff to my house that it's free no charge only the shipping but I never agree to buying it. But when I got paid they took $4.95 out without my knowledge and than two days later took $17 out and than took $49 out. I'm overdraft and can't Afford another one.. If they take it out again this Friday I'm a be really mad. Review: I agreed to subscribe to All About The Baby for A one time Fee Of 4.95 weeks ago. They keep calling to sell things. I stopped answering the phone. At one am this morning they pulled forty dollars and change off my visa card. Totally unortherized. Caller alert on my phone woke me up. I immediately went and unsubscribed from the site. Could not find a complaint dept. I did not use any offers of there's at all. Nothing worth using. This company is a scam.Desired Settlement: That this Company stops using false business tatics to con people into giving your credit card info for a one time 4.95 payment then weeks later hit my card for over forty in the middle of the night. Had caller alert not been on my phone I might not of realized they had just done this.
