Very professional company. excellent salesman, good price, great value, helped me with permitting, time from start to finish was considerably faster than other bidders, installation was quick and professional with no problems. System has worked fine since day 1, exceeded design output.

Company installed panels without having secured financing. Hard hit our credit report 8 times resulting in lowered score. Didn't keep promises made.
We had spoken with All American Solar, LLC 1060 E. Industrial Dr. Suite A Orange City, FL 32763 386-218-6930 after seeing the interview with ***. We agreed to have panels and a solar panel hot water heater installed. I had signed off on the loan paperwork, which was a personal loan, on 06/12/2019. They cashed our $100 deposit check. They installed the panels on 06/18/2019 in the morning and left. They never installed the hot water heater. The next day I received a call stating that the financing fell through and that they needed to find another lender.

We were upset to find out they'd installed the panels without the financing 100% confirmed, and told them they could take the panels back. They said they couldn't because it was under permit from the county. We later found out from the county that this was not true.

We tried to work them. Due to a recent fraud/ID theft on my credit reports, I had issued a fraud alert on all credit bureaus, and I had made it clear to American Solar they could only run my credit once. I came to find out they ran my credit eight times, which lowered my score and forced me to file a police report (available upon request).

Then we received a call from All American stating they've found yet another lender, however, due to the damage their previous hard hits have caused my credit score, we may not qualify for that company until my credit report had been repaired. We told them we needed a fixed rate payment loan due to the fact that, as we are on Social Security Disability, we don't make enough to pay taxes, which would've resulted in a refund for the panels. We made this clear during our first meeting.

The solar panels,***.SLA-M 300 Wp, have been performing very badly, producing outputs ranging from 12wh to 139wh during a single time period (grid outputs available upon request).

We were promised by All American that our electric bills would be zero. In fact, we were told we could expect a refund from the electric company in the new year because of excess power. Our electric bills with the panels have been, for a 1700 Sq. Ft. house, $123.79 for September, $112.62 for October, $132.41 for November, $59.51 for December and January $95.95. Now, add our monthly payments of $289.01 for the loan and we are looking at a $400.00+ per month expense, running us in the red, something people on a fixed income can't afford. When we questioned it, we are being told we need a full year of bills for comparison. We find that ridiculous. At this rate, we will need to cut out medications to cover our monthly bills.

We are not sure what, if any, recourse we have, but all we can say at this point is shame on ***,***, All American Solar and the Revdex.com for saying they are something that they are not, and taking advantage of seniors in this manner.

Comparisons 2018 vs 2019 (original bills available upon request)

Desired Outcome

Panels fixed to provide energy as promised by company resulting in zero electric bill. Compensation for past electric bills since panels were installed. Installation of solar water heater as promised when we signed the contract but never delivered, at no additional charge. Compensation for damaging our credit by doing 7 unauthorized hard hits to our credit report in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Section 621(a)(2), $2500. per offense for a total of $17,500.

To whom this may concern:

With regards to the financing, all customers sign a credit application and it specifically states that whatever inquiries are needed to secure financing is what the homeowner signs off on, so they are aware of this process when trying to secure financing for their project.

financing terms were signed off and approved for by the homeowner regarding the interest rate and term before we moved forward. With regards to the tax credit, that is strictly a credit to reduce the tax liability using the Federal IRS 5695 form at the end of the year. If the homeowner doesn't have a tax burden then they wouldn't be eligible to utilize the credit for their financial benefit.

Promising a zero bill is never the case as all utility companies have a customer charge, gross tax fees, and other charges that can accumulate based on other services that are on the bill that a customer could be utilizing. There is a credit issued from the solar production monthly to reduce or eliminate the kilowatt demand on the property. We have to provide a calculation of performance based off the electric bills provided and submit to the finance companies for approval to ensure that we as a contractor are properly sizing the system for the homeowners property.

Please advise any additional questions that need to be answered so that we can resolve any other concerns. I hope that this brings clarity to the situation at hand and I look forward to hearing from you soon

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
To Whom It May Concern,
First let me say that it was made perfectly clear at the sales meeting that All American Solar can only run my credit report once due to fraudulent activity on my credit and a credit alert being placed on all reporting agencies.
As per Ben A, the panels were installed before they received full financing approval and therefore all work had stopped and new terms were being worked on, and at that point I informed Ben to remove the panels and we will call the sale canceled.
I then received a call from Steve Lorenzo saying that the panels couldn't be removed because they'd already been permitted (which we found out later from the county wasn't true), that they can work things out and that they did not want to go down that road. (I am also including a copy of a text message received by cell phone from Steve right after Revdex.com sent the complaint to All American Solar, along with screen shots from our conversations from the past. As you can see All American Solar seems to be taking a strong-arm approach to my situation.
In further communication from Steve we were told, "You will see a substantial reduction! If your bill was $230 with no meter installed, it will be 0-$20." Also, we were told, "If you want to take up the credit reporting stuff against us that is fine. that will be a separate matter." Note; this and other conversations can be viewed on screen shots from my cell phone uploaded.
While I have received emails from Jorge B of *** Solar the solar panel manufacture and sent in his request for pictures and report and Jonathan T. Round of All American Solar requesting copies of past electric bills. I have not received any reply from them as to what the issue is with the panels.
Regards

We worked customer on numerous occasions to assist in getting the solar solution installed for the customer that they were looking for. The biggest issue that we had was the information the homeowner provided to the bank for the loan was not what could be proved regarding the proof of income. As a result, Mr. received a lower approval amount and to show good faith as a contractor to look out for our customer we took a loss on equipment by installing a larger system then what he was financially approved for. Also, the homeowner stated that we never pulled permit before installation and we have the permit and all paperwork to support that to show we followed all of the country code and permitting requirements to fulfill the installation of Mr. project. Please advise any additional information needed to satisfy the concerns of the Revdex.com and the customer. I look forward to hearing from
You soon.

I am not quite sure exactly what Mr. B is talking about here. I thought we had laid everything out in black and white and with full documentation. Apparently, he needs to consult with his employees to find out what exactly happened.
To recap:
We agreed to have panels and a solar panel hot water heater installed. We gave them all of our correct income information.
We were upset to find out they'd installed the panels without the financing being 100% confirmed and told them they could take the panels back. They said they couldn't because it was under permit from the county. We later found out from the county that this was not true - they could've taken the panels back, but chose not to, and lied to us about it.

We then received a text message from the president of All American solar stating:

Good morning Mr ***, I just noticed a complaint come across with from you and am unsure what is going on, all panels have been producing, you should be getting a large reduction and noticing a huge impact on your bill. Also remember the fact is we only collected $25,000 for your system to take a loss of $21,015. We were trying to work with you the best we could to get you the system you ordered and give it to you taking a loss to satisfy your needs. We could have easily came out and removed the system and called it, but we did everything we could to help you keep the system. Even if that meant giving it to you at cost. As I see it now, there is a balance of $21,015 if you want to go down that road. Otherwise I felt like we bent over backwards multiple times to help you. We are willing to take that as a loss and move foward, until you felt the need to write a foul complaint and
threaten to put our business in jeopardy to do you a favor. Please retract your complaint.
Notice there are discrepancies in his note. He leaves out the information about them installing the system without having secured financing. He also misrepresents the fact that we told him to take the panels back and they refused to do so. He also makes no reference to the fact that the panels are working at less than capacity, resulting in our having to pay an electric bill on top of paying for the panels.
We do not feel ours is a "foul" complaint. We are only stating the facts of the matter. We do not appreciate being called liars, or being told to retract our legitimate complaint.

With regards to Mr. concern of this transaction, I have spoken with my staff and got all of the necessary supporting documentation. Attached is a copy of the signed loan documents for his loan that he got after the Dividend Solar loan was revoked. Mr. had an original approval for his loan on his solar from Dividend Solar finance and then when the underwriters looked at his income that had some additional questions and requested a second look after having the original $65k approval. Mr. provided the tax returns to us to forward to the bank and they declined the loan for high risk due to it not meeting the approval requirements of provable income and the DTI/ Credit score.

We had another approval from another bank which he agreed to the terms and signed the documents for financing. We installed the system and attached is proof of permit. His initial claim that we didn't have a permit is inaccurate as Polk county is same day permits so everything was picked up the day of the install based on the building department requirements and process.

The reason why he didn't get the solar water heater installed is because to satisfy and look out for the customer's best interest we took the steps to give him the system at our cost and didn't take any profit. We actually lost money on this job; however, we were not only trying to assist Mr. in getting his solar, but building a relationship for him to be a local solar advocate in hopes that down the line his experience could help to further grow our creditability and satisfaction of customers we install in the area by using him as a reference. We didn't have any additional monies in the deal to satisfy the water heater. His original system cost was $65k and he got his system for $25k which we lost money on materials and labor with zero profit.

Sometimes its better to look out for others and find ways to help our community, which is the steps we took in this situation to show how much we valued his business, regardless of him misrepresenting his taxable income.

If there is anything else that you need me to provide to further justify these claims please advise. I look forward to hearing from you soon and having the opportunity to resolve this issue. Thanks so much.

Brandon B

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Regarding Mr. B's reply, I am scratching my head and wondering exactly who and what he is talking about, and if he has even read the previous statements in this complaint.
The original cost quoted me was $46,115.00 not $65K and I have no idea where he is getting his figures (copy of sale receipt uploaded to Revdex.com site previously).
The panels were installed before full and final financial approval was received. No business should install materials without first getting 100% financial approval. And only when confronted with this blunder was the price reduced, and the hot water heater left off the final financing.
I have received inquires about the panels on my roof and have strongly urged people to seriously reconsider, and not to expect the savings from them as advertised.
The way I see it All American Solar has 3 options at this point.
1, Remove the panels and replace the damaged roof.
2, Absorb our financial debit connected with the panel financing.
3, Just accept the fact and let it be known that you victimized an elderly disabled married couple through mismanagement and deception.

We were told our app fee ($100) would be refunded if our loan wasn't approved but they refuse to honor that agreement made by Brandon, owner.
We submitted an application for a full solar system on our mobile home. Brandon came out, did a cost estimate and told us he was sure we'd qualify, even though we have less than perfect credit. The app fee was $100 and I specifically asked if we'd get our app fee refunded if we were not approved and Brandon said we would. Now I can't get my $100 app fee back and Brandon will not return any of my calls and the people in the office simply tell me I have to deal directly with Brandon. The customer service in this regard is terrible and they are taking money from people who they know won't get approved, then refuse to return the app fee. Sleazy way to get $100!

Desired Outcome

I want a return of my $100 application fee because our loan wasn't approved and before we submitted the app, I explained our credit situation to Brandon, but he said there would be no problems getting approved!

Very professional and high quality work. I love the system! I would highly recommend for anyone considering a solar installation for their home or business!

All American Solar Rocks! I was scammed by another solar company that went bankrupt after a class action suit against them. I tried numerous solar companies to enable monitoring for mys system, none would touch it as they did not do the installation.

I called All American Solar first speaking to Libby in the service Department and later to Steve, one of the owners, and after a conversation, and providing him with details of the equipment I have, he agreed to come out.

He did so with a tech named Cole. They thought they had the parts needed but since my scammed inverter was an old one, it did not have WIFI. What was needed was a line from my inverter going into my garage to a WIFI extender. Cole came out the next week to complete the job. I now have monitoring of how much my system is producing!

It was not an easy task for All American as they do not use the equipment the scammers installed. They needed to contact the customer service department of the manufacturer of my inverter. In spite of the difficulty, they did a great job.

Installing solar panels is a big, expensive decision. To make sure we were getting the best price, we received 7 estimates from different solar companies and conducted significant research on inverter set-up, panel ratings/reviews, warranties, etc. Ultimately, we settled on All American Solar.

The company proved to be attentive and professional throughout the project. Though the system failed county inspection twice (minor inconsistency in the schematics and county-specific requirements), All American Solar was quick to follow up and make the necessary corrections. We ended up with a good system at a good price that will pay for itself in 6 to 9 years (depending on performance). Ben, Steve, John and Christine were exceedingly helpful and responsive throughout the process. We were exceedingly pleased with the process and would recommend the company to anyone (provided that the individual conducted the appropriate research outlined below).

With the above review in mind, it's imperative to shop around and do your own research when purchasing a solar system. There is a wide range of quality when it comes to solar systems, and it's important to establish a baseline when talking to different contractors. The easiest way to compare estimates is to take the number of panels and multiply by the wattage each panel produces (i.e. a system with ten 300W panels will be rated at 3,000kwh). When comparing quotes, we found that different contractors would discount the effectiveness of the system to ensure that we would receive at least the power output that they quoted. While it was considerate to manage our expectations, it made it exceedingly difficult to compare different quotes that we received. It is also vital when dealing with different quotes to understand the difference between wiring the system in series v. parallel (inverter v. micro inverter).

When we met the first time to talk about, I told him I had knowledge of assistance of the Government of Florida, for the panels. The vendor Mr. gave us numbers with Government discount cost that would make the 16,500 total 4,950. Time when by and I get a letter including the amount of the 4,950. Because, I was not eligible for the discount because I do not file taxes. Something, in which I told Mr. early, because we are retired seniors for several years and so we let him know from the very beginning. The light bills are still coming in High.

If an amicable or satisfactory solution can't be reach. We will not continue to pay the amount owed. And they can come and take the panels. Don't have more money to pay $4,950 and they put interests to the $1,400.00 debt, which was what I thought I owed. When I call them in October 13, 2018 to ask for the balance in which they told me it was $6, 400. I explained what had happened and nothing was done.

Desired Outcome

Pick up solar panels & cancel contract

We have attempted on multiple occasions to get in touch with the homeowner; however we have been unsuccessful in receiving a returned call. We don't have any records of complaints through our service or quality assurance department regarding this*** relying concern. Please contact us at your earliest convenience to ensure the proper steps are taken to resolve the homeowners concerns on this issue.

All American Solar, you have contacted us several times and they always say that we have to pay and they have not made any fair settlement. If you record the conversations as they say they know what we mean if we have talked with you. If they want, they can contact Revdex.com and they let us know their decision in the matter. You can take the panels when they want because we really have not had the rebate in the light they offered, apart from the 5,000 dollars that was supposed to be a credit for the state of Florida.

You can go to your accountant to resolve any questions or concerns on your tax liability to resolve your credit issues and contract cannot be cancelled, feel free to call if you have any other questions. We can remove panels but you'd stall be paying for equipment you own

under sold solar panels for my needs
Purchased on 7/17 energy efficient pool pump, solar hot water heater system, and 18 electric solar panels to meet my consumption. After installation, had them out several times looking to as to why my electric bills were so high! After over a full year on 10/18 had them come back out to look at my last 12 month usage. After paying them $23,500 was informed I needed an additional 8 more solar panels for $6,800 to eliminate my consummation from the electric company.

Desired Outcome

Want to know how could they underestimated my usage so much, and install 8 more solar panels.

All American Solar Response • Oct 17, 2018

In regards to Mr. original purchase, the size of the system was based on the current avg kWh usage for the last fiscal year that you were consuming for your household. As a previous employee of ***, you were persistent in the fact that you knew how much solar you needed based on previous quotes. When I was present with the sales rep Jack that had sold the system with you, I had recommended oversizing the system; however, you mentioned that you wanted to stay at a certain price point and that you were confident in the size even though I recommended more panels. I even mentioned using the variable speed pool pump to further assist in savings which you didn't want to begin with. As an owner and focusing on the satisfaction of our customers, I take it very seriously to make sure that we size systems to satisfy our homeowners. I do not have control of your usage habits increasing as the solar is based off the average of your kWh from the previous year. Also, I don't have control of a homeowners budget. As a cash buyer you had a cutoff so I had to stay within the budget you wanted that we agreed. I also, mentioned that many of our customers expand their systems year after year until they reach their energy goals. We focus on a relationship long term with our customers to make sure we can aid in exceeding their expectations. If you ever need anything let me know and we are more than happy to assist in helping you find the best solutions to fit your budget. If you need anything else let me know so we can help you resolve this issue.

Thanks again,

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Interested in trying to help the environment by going green with elect solar panels. I had several estimates on a solar system. All American was the only one that suggested along with the elect solar panels, installing solar hot water heater, and a variable speed pool pump. In addition my location for the solar panels, back west side of the house. It was ideal where it would get full, sun no trees were need to be trimmed or removed. After giving them my history of past 12 months of KWH usage, A/C & water heater size, pool pump, and square footage of the house. I relied on their expertease of what was needed. I did question several times to B about how few less panels I was getting compared to other solar companies and going from a current 3/4 hp pool motor to a 3 hp variable motor. B menhion that the water heater was the 2nd biggest usage and in addition using a more efficient pool pump motor, he assured me that they'll make it right if there was an issue. At no time was their mechionded about a certain price point. I didn't haggle over price and inform him I was paying up front in cash. The installer showed up and immediately wanted to install the panels on the east shady side of the house, stating it would make his job much easier! Called B and he had them install it where it was originally discussed, on the west side. There was no preflight test of the system, after it was installed. 10 days later I called about my concerns of very little to no generation. Steve came out and found that the wires in the breaker box wasn't correctly landed. After several months I asked them to come back out to make sure the system was operating correctly. Around 2/18 got a call from the manufacturer about the system wasn't wire correctly. They couldn't see my usage and again all American sent out someone to correct it. First week in April asked again for someone to double check to see if my system was working correctly. Again I was told it was operating correctly. Tech put me on the phone with B, I informed him of my concerns. He went on to say I probably was using the heat & a/c too much, one of my appliances had gone bad, or my electric meter was bad. I informed him I had worked as a meterman testing meters for the electric company & PSC, also handle high bill complaints, nothing else was said. After 12 months of this solar system operating, again contacted All American to have them come out to show me what I needed to get my electric bill down to zero. On 10/18 same tech came out, I showed him how to read my electric bills, he added them up, took pictures and agreed I was in need of 8 more additional electric solar panels. It was Thursday and someone would contact me next week either Tuesday or Wednesday about this. That day an hour later I get a call from Steve. Hoping they would make things right, I was thinking they would come out and install 8 more panels. Instead he called and mentioned since I was a value customer he was only going to charge me $800 per panel! As of right now this solar system is only covering 55% of my usage and I've been on vacation an additional 2 weeks, along with having a rainy summer of this year 2018. I've been in contact with another customer of All American Fel San Dom @ 318-294-0224 he's basically having the same issues as me. The solar system is not handling his consumption. I purchased this system from All American in good faith and was hoping it would had meet my consumption.

All American Solar Response • Oct 18, 2018

Your situation is not different like another customer first off. Secondly mr Santo D has nothing to do with your system nor should you be using that as leverage. He bought his house and had little consumption when he purchased his system and his situation is irrelevant to resolving yours. Also, no one would give away free equipment that is absurd. Our systems our modular and I told you from the day I met you we could expand system upon customer needs and wants and budget. As for your consideration of habits and budget your specifically tried to haggle price to stay at a certain price point so I offered other energy efficient products to add to the overall efficiency of your system. We always help our customers as previously mentioned to reach net zero if that is of interest and are willing to assist. You have to be willing to cooperate and figure out what you want to do to remedy your situation but free equipment isn't part of that equation. Please advise on when you are available for Steve and I to install remaining panels and we can assist in getting your production higher by taking these steps together.

Brandon B

Subject: Re: Revdex.com Complaint Case# *** (Ref*)better system to inform/protect the consumer

As far as my complaint with All American solar. I have nothing more to add, other than I'm willing to take an affidavit or lie detection test. After paying $23,500 for a system that only covers half of my electric bill I don't ever see breaking even in my life time. Their needs to be a better system to help inform/protect the consumer in buying solar panels. Would like to talk to someone a agency or congressman about this. Thank you

Solar Panels are not producing energy as we were told before the sale. Company is poor on returning phone calls. Hard to schedule appropriate times.
We (*** and ***) ordered solar panels, solar water heater, variable pool pump, and attic fans from All American Solar on July 31, 2017. The company completed a home study and we bought the recommended amount of equipment that they said would bring our electric bills to $0 and also have credit with the electric company. It was installed October 19, 2017. When we asked about the panels on the west side of the house, we questioned them about the efficiency of putting most of the panels on that side (because of not enough room on south side) in addition to the trees that would shade them and were told that the panels would still work efficiently. For the first several months the solar panels were producing electicity around 2000-3000 Kwh (we were not ruling air-conditioning or heat). Kwh production has decreased since April with one month only producing 90kwh for the month. We have asked the company to check the installation, which they say is ok, but our electric bills keep going up.
The first several months, we were unable to monitor the solar panels on the company's online system. We call multiple times and technicians responded, said it was fixed, but we were still unable to view anything. The situation was not fixed until August, 9--10 months after installation. We were also told that the money we had spent on our electric bills would be able to pay for the loans on the equipment since our bills would be $0.
We call and leave messages with the company, but rarely receive replies and if they do, we have had to wait several days.
The past several months, our electric bills have kept going up and this month is $212 which is almost a monthly electric bill without solar.
We have contacted the electric company to see if the issue was the meter, but they report the meter is working. ***
30 Solar Panals size system 8.7, Solarworld, SW280 Busbar-5 mono black, panel type 29
The solar equipment cost $32,750. We financed the project through0. Micro inverter Enphase IQ6t.
80 gal solar tank. Pentair variable speed pool pump. 2 solar attic fans 24 watt, Envoy IQ monitoring system. Sales rep - Brandon B.

Desired Outcome

We would like the system to be brought up to standards that we were promised when we signed the contract. We want our electric bill at or near $0 as was stated so we can pay our loan. Either this system needs to work the way they said that it would or AAS need to pay off our loans. Right now we are paying MORE for our electricity between the power company and the loans than we were before our solar panels were installed.

The system that we installed on the Miller residence is performing exactly the way that it was Designed. When looking at the brief information pertaining to the electrical production from the system on the array versus the bills that the homeowners are stating, the homeowners are consuming more power then they were previously. We have attempted to communicate with the homeowners pertain to the concerns of that had on their system, however they have been difficult to book appointments with. The other week myself and Steve my business partner both went out to the job site and the homeowner had to get called into court as he is an officer for the local county and was unavailable. He also made it difficult for us to assist considering the fact that he did not want us to monitor his system via the Internet for security reasons. As a result we did not have access ifor the system online like all of our other customers. We are more than happy to assist the homeowner is having a solution for their problems and giving them advice on how many more paneld they will need to remedy the situation, however if they are unwilling to be available cooperate with us it makes it difficult for us to help. Please let us know what we can do to help.

This issue is not resolved. As stated before, we were assured that our electric bills were going to be near $0. Now the owner is saying we need to buy more panels after we bought all the recommended supplies? How would our usage magically to need go up and we now need MORE panels from AAS (we now have 30) on a 22,000 sq ft house? Our air is always at 80 degrees during the hot weather and we do not run it during the cooler weather months. We also bought everything recommended to get our bills "close to $0"Per our bills, the solar panels are generating only 1/2 of what we need. They used our electric bills to design what we needed to have our electric bills "near $0"
On September 14, Karl J-Quality Assurance Representative- met with us at our house to discuss our complaints. Brad at Infaze (sp?) was called and expanded our voltage production to smooth out a little bit of evergy every day. He also updated our software. He also said that the array was not configured correctly and that the stran are not running through production. They should be at 9, but are only at 6. Karl told us he would talk to Branden and call us back. We have not received any communication from anyone at All American Solar. We have attempted to call Karl with the phone number on the card he gave us on September 28.
As far as communicating with us and "difficult to book appointments with" the company was very rigid in what they wanted instead of workling with both our schedules so that both of us could be at the meeting. As far as getting called to court, there is no choice in that and we did try to reschedule. All American Solar was supposed to do was check the system, which they didn't, even though our adult son was home. We tried to call to reschedule, but they wouldn't return our phone calls, hence our report to the Revdex.com. As far as monitoring they system, the monitoring system did not work until July (Installed in October) even after several phone calls to fix it. According to Infaze, though we had contacted AAS to come and reset it. In July a technician had come to the house and informed us that the system had been installed incorrectly and he fixed it, which is why Infaze was able to access our system. There was never any mention or concern because of security. We chose to turn off our wifi at night. They tried to say that turning the wifi off caused the system not to be able to read the panels. However, after the problem was fixed, we had several power outages (including September 14) and the system was able to connect on its own.
If they are more than happy to help us, it would be a great start to answer our phone calls and bring our system up to what we were supposed to be sold. We have been more that patient and accommodating to this company.

We have attempted on multiple occasion to schedule a meeting with you to go over bills and usage to see where the issue is. Your unwillingness to keep an appointment had made it difficult for us to help you resolve the issue of your concern. Also, the modem being off means you can access you my enlighten through Enphase. If you tel us when to book appointment, we can come out and figure out how many more panels you need to reach net zero.

The credit memo was sent to you via email I'm error. We were consolidating the month and it forwarded from quick books by accident. You received communication stating it was an error and to disregard from my book keeper. As for savings or other concerns if you contact office and request appointment to go over bills and data we are always open to put on schedule but you must book appointment as we are extremely busy and always want to get to each customer in the quickest possible manner. Also, wires aren't crossed as we run solar through junction box into a separate combiner box. None of our connections can impact nor do they have anything to do with your A/C. We are more than happy to help but are not responsible for equipment we have not installed. Our systems are completely separate. Please advise next steps to resolve outstanding issues and concerns

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Your own technician Carl told me on front of my wife and call your office that the wires were crossed connected in the main breaker box the same breaker for the a/c unit once he fix the problems my Aircondition tech was able to installed the new compressor and reset the breaker we're your wires was connected... another thing I was told by your salesman Derek R that my electric bill was going to be from 0,00 to 35.00 which I been receiving electric bill of duke energy passing from $65.00 to 100.00 and I install a nest thermostat! Tell me what saving I'm I doing when before I have this system I was paying 160.00 a month??? I was told by your salesman that the interest rate was going to be fix at 5.4 for 25 year ! And when I signed the contract I noticed that it was variable and I call him up and ask why is fix and he told me that not to worry that the prime interest wasn't going to go up that it haven't been up in the past 20 years and not to worry! We trusted yous but yous took advantage of us that don't have to much knowledge of the system! Where is the promise of the savings from 0.00 to 35.00 a month even yous replace the water heater to save more energy where is the savings? Yous are givens miss information to me and others! You made that mistake of sending the email of reduce it said very clear $4,055 and you should comply ! My loan number was there and my name very clear yous indicated! If font have a choice I would go to small courts claim and have this system removed I feel I been scam! I have show this bills to others company's of solar system and all said the same mr VELEZ they got you good!!!! Thanks for your time!!!

We made an effort to assist Mr. with understanding the system that he purchased and the monies he was saving. Steve went to his home to assist in going over the electric bills and usage so he could better understand the data of his system. After leaving Mr. was in good spirits and satisfied with the explanations. He is aware he needs more panels and that he didn't buy a large enough system. We are willing to go over additional finance options to provide remaining panels he needs, but Mr. has to want to resolve that by eliminating his bill. If he needs further assistance I am more than happy to help any way that I can

We appreciate your business and the opportunity to serve you with your solar needs. If you ever need anything we're only a phone call away or always feel free to stop by our shop. We hope you enjoy your solar and welcome you to our All American Solar family.

great company and very honest.

Just had All American Solar install our system. They did a terrific job. Installation was fast and easy. No pressure from the sales staff.

We think that All American Solar is a 5 star business. They installed our solar panels and did an excellent job. We are up and running and anxious to eliminate our electric bills. Thanks for the great job. We would definitely recommend this company.

All American has been very professional in their services. They set up our system within aprox. 30 days from the date of the contract which was important to meet a December 31 tax credit deadline. When the system stopped reporting data, they sent an agent to bring the system back on line... but it was continuing to produce electricity so this was only an information issue. At this point, I am only getting about 80% of expected power production... but this may be due to seasonality.

I believe we got all of my problems solved it's going to take a day but I think We got it. the communication between the guy on site and at the main office was excellent and I think this should solve it thank you much t

My project wad rather small in comparison to many of the other reviews. All American Solar treated my project as if it were as important to them as any of their larger project. Their installers, Jeremy and Scott, arrived on time and finished the project in roughly one and a half hours. They asked me to inspect their work and the quality far exceeded my expectations. I have recommended them to a couple of my neighbors and would not hesitate to use them on future projects.

Production issue and reimbursement
Purchase date 4/22/17 for 22,000 finance. I have a production issue since 12/22/2017 call a couple of times, leave messages and have no response. Finally I was able to talk with Steve L (one of the owners) and he gave me an appointment. The date of the appointment was 1/26/2018 and he call me to cancel, he said he will call me later to re-schedule but never did. They installed my water softener and have issues since the installation. Last one was that a water pipe from the softener broke outside on the yard and they scheduled to repair 1/26/2018, water was all over my yard. I had to call a plumber and was fixed 1/13/2018, I talk with Steve and he said that I will be reimbursed but again that didn't happen yet. I call them yesterday 2/1/2018 leave a message to Daniel on customer service and didn't call back. Try to reach someone and nope nothing. Steve then text me when I call him, he said was getting on a flight that he will call me back and no that didn't happen either.
Call today 2/2/2018 and leave another message to Daniel and I receive no call back. I call again and talk with someone in sales that I think was Tina she took my message and that was it, no call back. It's feel like once this company have your business you are by yourself. I'm loosing money right know because I'm paying for a system that doesn't work plus paying for my regular electric bill plus didn't got reimbursed for my plumbing issue. This is frustrating because they keep lying.

Desired Outcome

Product return + refund

I want to close this case because Steve
Lorenz came today to my home to solve the
issues. Thank you for your help.

Brandon came in and rescued me from the mess system I had been sold previously. He sold me better equipment for way less. The installers were in here for 2 days, stripped out my entire old system, disposed of it , and had the new one up in no time. The 1st system took 2 weeks to build. I give them Triple AAA ratings all across the board.
