The company owner Brandon B made two inquires into my credit file without my authorization.
Met with Brandon B one of the owners of All American Solar on and around 10/16/2017. Must say I was very impressed with his sales pitch and was considering going with his company after our initial meeting. After the meeting Brandon tried to close the deal but, I told him that I had one more company to look at and interview before making a decision. The other company made a better offer and with LG panels that is rated just as high as the Solar World panels that Brandon had quoted. Still wanting to give him a chance I sent him a text asking if he could get the LG panels and what would be the quote for the same size system so that I can compare apple to apples. After not hearing from him (Brandon) for a couple of days I decided to go with the other company. I was approved for financing and signed a contract. After a couple of days I received a call from Brandon at which time I told him that I had gone with the other company and that I was approved for installation. He proceeded to explained how disappointed that he was that I hasn't given him a chance to earn my business. I proceeded to informed him of the system that the other company was quoting and offered that if he could do better that I would offer him the contract instead. At this point I authorized him to run my credit score once to try and find the better deal. Upon running my credit he proceeded to call and tell me that my credit score was lower then it was. At which point I advised him that wasn't my credit score and sent him a picture of the contract with my credit score on it from the other company. When he seen the name of the finance company he told me that he also worked with that company and all it took was for me to back out of the deal with the other company then he could have everything meaning the approval, rates, and terms moved over to his company. He also told me that it would take two weeks to have the process completed putting the time around 11/11/17. Again still impressed with him and his company I backed out of the deal with that other company to give him the business. After a week went by I called Brandon to gets updates on how the process was moving along. Brandon in that phone call told me that his contacts at the finance company was working on it but, the company was going through some changes and that it would be the Monday after 11/11/17 before everything was complete. This call happen on and around 11/4/17. Wanting to find out more what was going on I called the finance company and asked if they had a working relationship with All American Solar. I was told by the contact from the finance company that they didn't. I then kelp in contact with Brandon knowing this thinking that he was setting up his company with this new contact. After waiting past 11/13 which was a Monday I again called Brandon who advised he was still working with the company. At this point I decided to wait until the end of the week before making my decision. on 11/16 I called Brandon who at this time informed me that it may be best that I go with the other company. it was until later while looking at my email that I had gotten two credit alerts that two inquires was made on my report. I texted Brandon to ask if he was running my credit at which he replied no. After calling the company that made the inquires I was told that it was All American Solar who had requested it. I proceeded to call Brandon to try and have these unauthorized inquires removed. After talking to him on two occasion he stopped all communication.

Had the opportunity to meet with Mr. *** and his wife *** in Plant City, regarding solar for their home. They had me out to give another quote after reaching out to us a year previous. After sitting down and coming up with a solar solution, I followed up after the weekend as *** had requested LG panels instead of the Solar World panels that I originally recommended, which was fine. When I called, *** mentioned that he was going with another solar outfit ***. After speaking to him on the phone I was able to convince *** that we could provide the same equipment and more at a better price. He then provided me information to complete a purchase order and a credit application over the phone. Once we got the approval we were going to schedule appointment at his residence to get loan document signatures and process necessary paperwork for the interconnection for his solar meter for his utility company. Upon my finance manager sending his application through our finance portal with our lenders, we were unable to get a approval at the terms of the 20 year loan with the 3.99% rate and the 18 month deferral on his Federal Tax Credit which he mentioned he had from the other solar outfit. He mentioned his score was in the 700's and not knowing the finance lender he had an approval from I mentioned we couldn't get him approved from the lenders we had with those terms. We had secondary approvals that would make his term shorter and payment higher, but this was not appetizing to ***. He mentioned *** as the lender *** got him approved through. I took the necessary steps to get set up with that finance lender to transfer the loan and explained the process takes two weeks. He then at that point agreed to work through process as he like myself, our company and the price of the equipment. Unfortunately, the lender due to the end of the year coming up and some changes internally, they reached out to me and said they couldn't get us set up until the beginning of January. I called *** and explained the situation and offered him the alternative terms. He didn't want those terms and unwilling to wait, I said to *** if your not willing to work with the options we have or postpone until were set up after the holiday season then you would have to go with ***. That is definitely not what I want, but he left now choice as he wasn't willing to wait anxious for his tax credit. The lenders run credit to get approval and it goes through a portal online. At that point we wait for the responses to see which underwriter will sign off on taking the loan. There are a variety of credit models, and three bureaus, debt to income ratio, slow pays, and delinquencies the lenders look at on these unsecure loans. There is no way to remove an inquiry when your seeking an approval. He mentioned not to run his credit countless times, and the portal sends them to lenders in the network for his service area. There is no way to prevent inquiries unless *** wanted to pay cash or use his own home equity line of credit which was not an option. Please let me know what steps we need to take to resolve this issue for ***. We have all the financial information that he provided including SSN, income, residence, place of employment, and other necessary information that he provided so we could seek an approval to assist *** with his solar project for his home in Plant City. They are a reliable team. They really take care of their customers. They came right out to reinstall a panel for us. They always answer the phone. Steve came out twice to make sure the system was properly functional. The customer service is off the charts!!

Having Solar is great. I've had a great experience so far and am really happy with my whole system.

They were very professional.. They paid attention to detail. Also, they were willing to take the time to answer question and making sure the answer was understood. I had another salesman try to sell me a string inverter system for less but I elected to go with AAS solar modular system which was safer and more efficient.

Great products, great service! Brandon owes big me for giving great reviews, but I don't mind. He is a good guy. He and Steve took care of me when we were shopping around. Showed me the shop, walked me through the products. It was all satisfying, and the price was right. When there was an issue they got right out and took care of it. Thanks All American Solar!

They were very professional.. They were always able to ask questions, installed a good product, and were available anytime they was an issue. We lost panel during the hurricane to a patio brick and they came right out and replaced it for us!

Number one, the men that did the installation were so professional and so methodical. Whenever there is a question or issue it gets answered. And the system worked! We were able to save the food in our fridge we had power when others had nothing and it was just awesome.
