I told them over the phone, we do not grout over grout, its not the correct way They told me they didn't care it was a quick fix, and they didn't want to spend the money to do the grout work the right way.And the [redacted] would be installing a new bathroom within a yearThat the grout was yellow and wanted it white, is what I did We were only suppose to do grout work, but they also wanted caulk work, I told them get someone else to caulk and I would pay them back Not to fight with them,, But they gave me a bill for $I am willing to give them $To resolve the caseThank you!

We only reglazed customers walls, not the tubHe faxed over receipt saying walls reglaze onlyPlus he paid $we charge at least $for a full bathroom Also when he did send me a picture of the tub, he had a suction cup bath mat in the picture, So even if we did refinish the tub, Which we didn't, he voided the warrantyIt says that on our warranty online and he was given a caresheet If he could provide a receipt showing that we did his tub, I would gladly repair it I am getting tired of people writing bad reviews when they don't get their wayIf you damage your tub yourself or say I did work I didn't, You will not be covered under warranty sorryAt least this customer wasnt nasty like most people get when they don't get their way

Lady called us 15-times before sending over the receipt.Which is the first thing needed under the warranty, Finally we received the receipt which is not

yes the reglazing of the tub was done but charlie will not allow the men to put up the shower doors and the stopper in the tub plus the drain that was removed to due the tub so I am left with finding someone to put up my shower doors and the acccessories that were taken off he is very disrespectful to his customomers using foul language and threating to remove his men from the job I would never recommend him to my worst enemy
he also would not provide me with a receipt cause his receipts have no business heading on them so he can say to customers that its not his company that did the work if something goes wrong

You are a liar Charlie! That mat did not touch the side of the tubI sent you a video and pictures to prove thatYou are a dishonest man and of course you did not show all of the text messages from the beginningI have seen all the complaints from the other people you cheated!
That is why you only want cashYou cannot patch that tub
The sanding was not done right and the sides are rough where you did not smooth the tub and the paint was not done correctly because there are bubbles in the tubAll around where he did a crappy rush job
You sent me a text saying “he will be there tomorrow 12-2” You did not ask when it was convenient for me, knowing that I workYou do not care about your customers you are a horrible person and I would never allow you or your people back into my home to make it worse
I have to hire a reputable company to do the work all over againI learned a valuable lessonThat is to check out everyone first before I hire them

Them seem very friendly on the phone and told me everything would be included in a tub refinist's very deceivingThe technican who came was polite and worked fast but told me that he had to remove my tub caulking because it laid on top of the tubThis made sense but then he said it would be 50$ extra to recaulk the tubI was confused by this because on the phone I was told it would all be included but assumed this was their policyI live in an apartment building and cannot risk a leak into a wall over tub caulkingAfter the job was done, he left a giant mess in my bathroom, taped off everything poorly and everything (sink, toilet) has a film over top
Once the fumes died down I noticed the caulking was done poorly and wont last longer then a year- I called them up and the main guy, Charlie accused me of making a side- deal with his technicianI was furious- then he made me call his technician to have him come out and fix the jobOnce I did this the technician made up several excuses that I was too far away to come and redo the job.- so unprofessional! By the end of it I asked for my 50$ backIts been a month and I am still waiting for that 50$
All in all the tub looks good but everything around it was abused in the processAnd they are scammersDon't waste your money!

As you can see on this receip he charged me $for Tub Tiles ReglazeI asked my wife to request a email quote for a Tub " he charges $for a tub" when we made the deal I asked him how much would you charge me for the entire bathroom, and he ask me for $1,and we made an agreement at $He told you guys that I only pay for the tub, why I pay him $extraI thik this is enough proofI really don't want him to re paint my tub, I will use the $that I'm asking back to buy a new tub since the paint in going to keep coming off and I don't want to jeopardize my baby health

In good faith we are willing to fix the scratch we did not cause. We're rendered a service, not a product that she can return for her money back, we did not cause the scratch.

Hello, All, She claims I ruined her tub, but infact she ruined her tub by using a bathtmat. And the area she is complaining about is a man made scratch, as you can see in her picture not a defect in the refinishing process, I offered to send the same guy back when he has time to fix, her scratch...

for free, but I was not fast enough for her. I am still offering to go back for free, but I will not be giving her one penny back. Please look at the text she wrote ma attached,  I have to deal with and how people act when they don't get their way right away, even when a business does nothing wrong, We get bad reviews because I wont go back fast enough for free for her man made damages.

But she never answered the phone the next day to let us in. Why would I provide her receipt when she don't have the first receipt from my company to begin with? My website says one service call under warranty, we reglazed her whole tub again , when she only needed a touch up. I will give her .50 cents to put on screw on her drain, and place her shower doors back on track. Where do I mail the check to? And I would not want her best friend calling me let alone her worst enemy.

Review: I called this company when I purchased my house. I needded to paint my entire bathroom since it was pink. In March **, 2013 they painted my entire bathroom including my bathtub. They had a special on the news paper which advertized $300 to paint a bathtub but my walls were pink too, once I gave them the dimentions of my bathroom they told me it will cost $1,000 I told them that it was too much money and he work the quote down to $800. The day they went to my house they did half of the work so I gave them half of the money and they finish it the following day. They gave me a paper with intructions how to maintain the bathtub. Three months after the paint was pealing off I called them and they went to my house and they repaint the bathtub. In Jan ** 2014 I e-mailed them that the paint was pealling off one more time but nobone reply to my email. In April there was a big spot the size of a vehicle tire in the middle of my bathtub. I have a 1 year old baby that takes a bath there in order for my dauther not to eat the paint I had to put a suction mat and this prevent her to eat this paint "according the all Boro Refinishing it had no LED" but I have to protect my baby. Aug **, 2014 I send All Boro Refinishing a email with pics of the bathtub and pics of my baby's legs inside the tub, and I got a reply minutes after. He reply that I added suction cup mat, he also say that I only pay for the walls tiles so he cannot help me. I called him to confirm this and he ask me for $350 to repaint the bathtub that according to him he never painted.Desired Settlement: I really don't want to deal with him I need him to give back $350 for me to buy new bathtub because this is going to keep happening every three months.

I asked my wife to request a email quote for a normal Tub " he charges $350 for a tub" when we made the deal I asked him how much would you charge me for the entire bathroom, and he ask me for $1,000 and we made an agreement at $800. He told you guys that I only pay for the tub, why I pay him $450 extra. I thik this is enough proof. Review: We are a general contracting company that hires subcontractors for specialty work. We hired All Boro refinishing for a grout job.We asked and paid for the company to re-grout a bathroom. They required a payment on site prior to the work being done which was given.What they did, which is not something that is even possible is put new grout right on top of old grout. It starting falling out the next day.They did not clean up after themselves.Grout all over the concrete floor where there was no tile work.They did not sponge down the grout lines. They filled in between the tiles and then just left it. When asked to fix it. [redacted], the [redacted] refused, admitting that he was sorry and knew it was wrong and hadn't felt comfortable doing the work to begin with.He never told me until after we complained that he was uncomfortable with what was being asked of him. He never responded to my emails to return to fix work or to pay for the work of [redacted] who fixed it and cleaned upDesired Settlement: We would like a refund of the $1633.13 we paid him. We have repeatedly asked this and either get voice mail, ignored, or put off.

Review: We had our bath tub re-glazed on 9/**/13,there were 2 scratches on the tub which they came and fixed 6 days ago.This morning my husband noticed the glaze around the drain is raising up. I called the company about it and they said because they made 1 visit already my warranty is up.I have a 2 year warranty. This job was not properly done for the glaze to be raising up and we haven't taken a bath in the tub yet. We even waited twice the time they said before we ran water in it.We haven't installed the shower doors yet either.We would really appreciate your help in resolving this please. We went back to the customers house to repair what they said was peeling around the whole tub, but when we got there their was 2 small scratches only from someone laying new tiles down on the floor, and they scratched the tub with the new tiles. I told them over the phone that this is not covered by the warranty because it was not our fault that someone dropped tiles on the tub. To make them happy I explained to them we will fix it for free, but it voids their warranty, because our warranty covers only one service call or 2 years whichever come first, and it is on our website. I explained to them this would be considered the 1 service call. They said thank you so much and we understand. So Now they want us to come back again. I said no problem but we must charge them a Touch-up fee. They said they were going to call their lawyer, I said I would love to hear from they Lawyer. I would even go back again for free one more time if Revdex.com Will agree this is it as far as free touch-ups. We are in business to make money, If you bought a new car and got into a accident with it , would you expect the dealer to fix it for free?

Review: this company did reglazed my tub they sent a man out to do the job now my tub is chipping in different areas mr charlie told me the receipt is not his the receipts he gives do not have his heading on the receipt so when there is a problem he refuses to correct it he told me the guy that did the tub no longer works for him to call him I did and [redacted] had nothing good to say he told me he has the original receipt and that he did the tub I paid cash 325 dollars on 7-*-12 this should not happen and he is fully responsible he a scam artist please look into this matterDesired Settlement: to give me back my money so I can go elsewhere to have this done again I dont trust him or his employees
