All Boro Refinishing

Review: Initially when contacting All Boro Refinishing, I spoke to a gentleman named [redacted], who identified himself as the owner of the company. I have a clawfoot tub that needed to be reglazed. He gave me caprice of $500 and stated that if I paid cash, I would not be charged tax. We set up a date in June of this year to have the tub reglazed. The original technician reglazed the tub and instructed us not to use it for at least 48 hours. He asked me to sign a receipt (no company letterhead) and I paid $500 in cash. When I was able to use the tub I noticed huge, dried drip marks and a few raised pointy areas. In the care instructions, it stated that any imperfections would wear over time and it should be fine. I waited until the middle of July to call the company back because there was one spot that seemed discolored and sharp. [redacted] told me to contact the technician directly (thinking that was odd) and stated that this was a one time job and even though I was given a 2 year warranty, any additional trips to my home would cost me $95. When I called the technician directly, he told me that he no longer worked for the company and he couldn't help me. So I called [redacted] once again and after a few moments of back and forth conversation, he said that he would send his #1 guy out to fix the problem. The technician came to my home and repaired the spot. He tops me not to use the tub for 48 hours. When I was finally able to use it I noticed that it felt sticky and gummy. I call the technician directly and he stated that he would be away for the week and would call me when he returned home. Not hearing from him, I sent him a text and a voicemail. Still not hearing from him, I called [redacted] once again to try to rectify the situation. He proceeded to tell me to contact the technician and to leave him alone. I stated that I thought he was the owner of the company and that he may be able to help. He then hung up on me. I called back, he hung up on me again. After my third attempt, he called me a stalker, cuckoo, a [redacted] and asked me if I was Greek. I never answered or sunk to his level.. I never replied with any derrogatory comments either. At one point in the conversation he stated he was going to call the police and I replied by pleading with him to do so. When that form of harassment did not work, he told me he was going to send his girlfriend over to "take care of me". I still did not fall to his harassment. Finally, after numerous heinous words, he contacted his technician. I am now at the point where the technician will be coming to my home yet again this week.Desired Settlement: Due to the fact that All Boro Refinishing did not honor the agreement and the issue has not been resolved. I at least want my money back so that I may find a reputable company to refinish my tub.

We did a touch up , that she caused the damage. We did not charge her. Now she wants one more touch up. She called me 25 times from different phone numbers. I told her we will be calling the police but she didn't care., I told her this is harassment. She said she will tie up all 3 business lines, until she gets her money back. She had her one touch under warranty.
