We can schedule your appointment from 2pm-5pm on Tuesday May Our technician did contact your father but he did not answer the phoneI think it is in everyones best interest to have your father at your home at 2pm on Tuesday ready for the technician so we do not have to worry about missed phone calls because we cannot wait for an hour or more for someone to be there for an appointment as we have many customers to serviceAre you willing to have him there at 2pm on Tuesday May so your repaired can be completed?

I apologize for any inconvenience we have caused youI am not trying to agree or disagree with how you feel everything has happened so far, I am just trying to offer you a solution that meets your need of after 2pmSo please let us know if you want a 10-2pm time frame or the 2pm-5pm timeframe Tell us why here

The customer had an appointment scheduled from 10am to 2pm. She called stating her appointment was between 10am and 12pm. When she was told that it was between 10am-2pm she became very hostile on the phone said many unpleasant words including that she could not wait for the technician and hung up... the telephone . At that point we told the technician she cancelled her appointment. She then called later to find out when the technician was coming although he had moved on to his next jobs and was no longer in her area. We then contacted her insurance company and ask them to find a another service provider for her who could better satisfy her time frame for an appointment.

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I did tell the owner that we placed cardboard on the floor in order to prevent damage and we did tell him that we moved it out prior to the techs coming I also stated that the tech turned the fridge at an angle in order to repair the fridge There is a large chip in the floor that was NOT there prior to the techs repairing the fridge I don't know if this happened when they angled the fridge or when they slid the fridge back, but the fridge did not remain in the position that we had originally slid it out to I even told [redacted] that I tried to color in the deep grooves that were caused during this repair but when I noticed the large chip, it was too much for me to cover As far as being incompetent, one of the techs stared at the microwave for a long time trying to figure out where the light bulb went I had to tell him that they needed to remove the microwave first One of the techs did most of the repairs and the other tech looked clueless the entire time My BIGGEST complaint is that the owner, ***, was pleasant when he first came out and then when he finally returned my calls after about a month, he verbally attacked both me and my husband calling us liars We are not lying about the damage done to our home I think if someone would read all of the negative reviews regarding this kind of poor treatment and service by this company, it would be obvious that this is a pattern for this company I wish I had researched this company prior to AHS sending them to my house Regards, [redacted] ***

As we have stated several times, your insurance company buys your partsWe have asked you to contact them but for some reason you keep discussing this with usYou need to contact them with this concernIt is not up to us to give you money that belongs to your insurance company

if there was already a hairline crack when we purchased the home how is that our fault? For it to POP while its on how would that even happen? I've did my research and I'm not the only one this has happened to while it's ONI couldn't impact my own stove and then pay someone $just to tell me it was impactedI agree with the other people that have bad reviews about your business, you are only still in business because warranty companies hire you and there's no wonder thereI only wish I had seen all those negative reviews before I allowed them to send someone so unprofessional to my house

As for Mrs ***'s complaint, she states that the techs were incompetentI feel that this is unfair and unsubstantiated due to the fact that the repairs were effectiveAs for the scratches, Mrs *** failed to reveill that she and/or her husband pulled the refrigerator from the wallNow there
was plenty of room in its new position for the tech to complete the repairHe did not have to move the refrigerator at allShe stated that her and her husband rolled the refrigerator onto a piece of cardboardOne of the scratches is located directly under the spot where the cardboard would beSo unless the tech lifted the refer, then place the refer back down, slid it sideways, then lifted the refer, and then put the cardboard back underneath it, there is no way we could have created the scratchAnd once again, the refrigerator was already pulled out with plenty of room for the rear to be doneIn addition, I did take photos and it can be seen where the floor has had multiple scratches in the past that have been doctored up. As for the stove topThe microwave is located directly aboveThe knobs for the stove top are located at the front top on the stoveSo if someone is leaning over the stovetop to work, it is very likely that they might rub against the knob and turn one onThis is what happened and the items caught fire along with the techThe tech promptly cleaned up the area but sadly could not fix the burnt itemsAll Brands will gladly reimburse for the burnt itemsAs for the glass top, there is no damage whatsoever to the glass as it is designed to withstand temps over degreesAs far as scratches, the fabric that was burned turned into a ash and was easily wiped awayAgain I have photos to substantiate thisAny scratches that are visible are even on all burners and are clearly visible in a swirl patternAnyone that has ever used a scraper would know that you would only go back and forthYou can let us the cost of the mattress protector and hand towel that was burnt

You spoke to the owner on FridayThere is nobody else for you to speak with other than him and he stated he spoke to you Friday and the technician came to your home but there was no answer

We scheduled the customer with the owner for the repairs to be completed on Monday March from 1pm-5pm and they can discuss the concerns at that time

You have an appointment scheduled tomorrow, Tuesday June from 8am-12pm and we have tried to call you twice this morning but cannot leave a voicemailIf you need us, please call us at ###-###-####

We apologize the technician did not see the exhaust fan on your work order but am happy he was able to repair the exhaust fanWe did report to your insurance company, *** *** *** ***, our professional opinion of the crack on your stovetopIt is our professional opinion
that it did not occur by wear and tear and there was some type of impact to the stovetop causing the crackWe also sent the photos the technician took to your insurance company so they could verify the damage to the stovetop as wellBoth *** *** *** *** and All Brands Appliance Service agree that the damage did not occur by wear and tear so your claim was denied by *** *** *** ***. Your insurance company requires you to pay your deductible to the service provider they send to your home regardless of the outcome of your claim so we will not be refunding your $

We advised you to contact your insurance company because we are contracted through them to service your applianceWe offered you another appointment which you accepted then you called back and cancelledThe lady on the phone was not rude to you she simply tried to explain that
the technician could not come back to your home because he had already left the area to proceed to his next jobsHe called you and texted you with no response and we do not drive to the home without confirmation that someone is there

Her insurance company requires the failure to be present at the time of service. There was no failure present when the technician was there. Therefore nothing to repair. We notified her insurance company that she wanted to be reimbursed for the part she chose to purchase because the insurance...

company pays for all parts. We advised her to contact her insurance company to get reimbursed. We offered to come back and check her refrigerator the next day but they stated they could not make themselves available so they chose to repair it themselves and therefore need to contact their insurance company for reimbursement.

The stovetop is made to be heat resistant but not impact resistant. It's just like a window, it does not break on its own. Sending another technician to your home will not change our opinion of how yours broke. You can contact your insurance company and follow their second opinion process.
