All Comfort Services, Inc

We have been customers of All Comfort Services for many years. We have always been satisfied with their services. We recently had a new air conditioner installed by employees Billy and Brandon. They were friendly, and did a good job. I have recommended this company to several people.

John M. completed the fall service on my furnace and air filter system. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and all of my questions were answered by John who obviously understands the functioning of the various furnace components and was able to advise me on what to plan for for next year's service. I've been a customer of All Comfort for over 25 years and have never been disappointed in their service technicians.

*** was professional and polite. Spotted some problems we had with our fuse boxes on a routine inspection and fixed them with no charge.

Always great service. being a part of the Comfort Club is a real $ saver in the long run. They check your furnace/AC twice a year and plumbing and electric once a year. No service charge, no extra charge for emergency service. Change filters, etc. Very happy with their service and Comfort Club.

I had a number of questions written down for *** and he answered them all in a clear, concise and easy to understand manner. Never did he talk down to me, but rather directly eye-to-eye displaying a sincere carrying of our needs.

*** was polite on the phone (urgent Sunday HVAC call) and tried to help me troubleshoot without a visit. Ended up needing him to come out anyway - he showed up quickly and had the issue diagnosed and fixed within 30 minutes. Transparent about pricing from the initial phone call. Very satisfied with *** service and would enjoy working with him again.

Billy T went the extra mile to make sure I understood the system. As well, he helped me move a new ping pong table into the home. The kids were thrilled as we otherwise had to wait for help.

Jim V did a very thorough job checking my furnace and air conditioner, even washing off the air conditioner. He was very professional and pleasant to talk to.

Matt C was very personable and, more importantly, patient with me when I overslept on the day he was scheduled to repair my furnace. He was in and out within ten to fifteen minutes, and the furnace has worked like a charm ever since. Exceptional service, would highly recommend.

All employees I dealt with at All Comfort Services were very professional and helpful. They called ahead of time letting me know the timeline of when I could expect someone to be at my home for various services...the initial tech to troubleshoot, the consultant for my new furnace, and the service technicians who installed it. They were on time and finished sooner than expected.

Our furnace had stopped working overnight. I called All Comfort early this morning and a technician *** was dispatched and here within 30 minutes. *** was able to diagnose the problem and had the required part delivered and installed promptly. He was very efficient, professional and personable. It was a pleasure to work with him and the All Comfort Services company.

Billy did an excellent job. He was very knowledgeable about the furnace, answered all my questions, and let me know what my options were. I was very satisfied with the service I received and would definitely work with All Comfort Services again.

I would rate All Comfort Services 5 stars. I hired them to replace my heater/air conditioning unit however, in order to get to the unit they had to remove the water heater. The water heater needed to be drained before moving it. It was drained on top of what look like cement about a foot away from the drain hole. In theory the water would flow into the drain. It turned out that the water was not drained over cement, it was actually drained over a porous material that acted like a sponge. No one knew that this was a porous material. Needless to say dozens of gallons of water creeped to my downstairs neighbor and garage. It was a hot mess. Immediately Kendall the president of All Comfort Services came to my condo. Kendall talked to me, staff and looked at the situation. He got on the phone right away and had Certi-Dry (A professional company that deals with water damage) come to the condo. Before I knew it there were 10 people working diligently on cleaning up the water damage, replacing the heater/air conditioning unit and putting back the water heater. All Comfort Services took the blame and paid for everything. From my past experiences usually businesses don't want to take responsibility for their actions and put the blame back on the customer. It's nice to know that there's honest companies out there that truly have good business practices. It was nice to work with the president of all comfort services. It made me feel that my situation was important. I would highly recommend All Comfort Services because they are honest, staff are friendly, and if a mistake is made they will fix it ASAP. It is hard to come across companies like this anymore. From here on out. I will always use All Comfort Services.

Friendly, efficient, clean, and thorough---everything I could hope for. I now have a working door bell and other issues were eliminated.
