Took a day off from work to have plumbing work done by All Comfort Services. Less than four hours before their anticipated work arrival, the business called and said that "due to an unanticipated number of clients calling with water heaters needing replacement today", they would not be able to come as scheduled and wanted to reschedule for another day. This sounded false. I explained I work > 60 hours a week and had taken off to be home for this service. The representative then became rude on the phone and made a sarcastic comment about not having more availability until next week. I told her I would need to find another business, and she did not offer any apology at that point or at any point.

I called All Comfort Services, Inc. at 10:30 PM on 11/28/15, to report no heat coming from my furnace. I was directed to John M., Service Pro, who called and said he'd be there between midnight and 2:00 AM. He arrived at 1:30 AM and proceeded with his diagnostic check and found a faulty venter motor on my 16-year-old Bryant Furnace. He explained the problem carefully and suggested I contact Warren Heating (company who installed the furnace and do regular seasonal maintenance) and have them do a thorough check of the motor. Unless Warren Heating establishes a 24/7 emergency service, I'll always use All Comfort Services for any and all furnace/air conditioner problems in the future. Thank you for your prompt service.

I really appreciate honesty and good customer care. in future I would like when people come do a estimation. they need to open the vent and check if the vent need to be clean.

*** and *** installed our new furnace and air conditioner on Friday, August 9th. Both were extremely efficient, knowledgable and courteous. In addition to removing the old appliances, they removed all vestiges of the new appliances, i.e., boxes, wrapping, etc. After installation, the place was cleaned up. They also explained the new installation such that my wife and I understood. We were pleased with the service.

Furnace preventive maintenance. All Comfort called ahead the day before as a reminder, and the day of to let me know who was on the way. Serviceman answered my questions and described the service and what he checked. I am pleased with the equipment, installation, service and personnel from All Comfort.

Service was exceptional. My central air conditioner and water heater were installed in less than 4 hours. Very professional service. I will stay with All Comfort for all of my service needs.

John was extremely helpful when my furnace gave out in the middle of winter. I'd just gotten home from work at midnight, noticed the problem, and John was over just a while later and fixed things up without issue. John was very fast, professional, and thorough, and I would request him again in an instant.

*** Was thorough with the repair to our furnace and explained what he was doing. After he left, we noticed the air in the house was not cooling. We called air comfort back and let them know what the trouble was. *** came back that evening on his own time to correct a mistake he had made the first time around.
