He is incorrectmy pick up was for Thursday June *** I also have all emails and call logsI never received a call or email stating my car will be pick up on June ***I received a email on *** on 7/*/that I just read today as I did not have cable service until today
I received my car on Friday, July *, by the *** driverI did not know this driver was assigned by All Country as I had hired another companyOnce the driver arrived I handed him my cash for $1,but the driver advise the amount due was $1,I told him this is incorrect but he should me his invoice and that's when I saw *** was hired by All Country
So I never go a call from *** or anyone else at All Country saying they were picking up my car on 6/**/14, I did not get a email until 7/*/which *** was well aware this was the day I was leaving the statedI was overcharged $ which I was advise on the original agreement there would be no extra charges, I had to rent a car for $ as my car was not delivered as originally discussed and *** knew I needed it on 7/*/
I spent a extra $ that I should have not need to doSo is All Country going to reimbursement me
I would like to also see the date/time on these emails and calls per response says they made to meI also never said I called on Saturday or Sunday after the *** of June and I can reassure you I never received any call or email as there was no contact
I have my car for a extra which is horrible again this is a HORRIBLE companya bunch of scammers!!

we did solve it we emailed you times to tell you with the driver calling you over times the carrier took off $for the scratches and the carriers insurance will pay for any dents even thou on a open trailer these things can happen I mean you
went from *** *** to *** *** The carrier even signed the paper work and *** * the owner of car signed off that this was fine so once again $off for the scratches and everything else is being handle thru insurance so what would you like back what can we offer you you are not getting a free transport once again $off the price and the dents will be fixed just like YOU SIGNED AND AGREED ON DELIVERY ALSO we have PROOF OF ALL THE EMAILS AND PAPER WORK THAT *** AGREED TO AND SIGNED

As you see in the complaint that Pat posted we told him a number of times we will give you a transport credit   as far as no agreement far from that   I have this guys personal info  from birthday to credit card info   the only thing I don't have is his social #  so he is a [redacted]  also we record all processing  so we have verbal confirmation and email

this is un true   we spoke with lisa up till Saturday and have all emails to prove it   we are out Sundays and the car was picked up june [redacted] and spoke to you all the time  The only bad thing was that the car was 3 days late for pick up  BUT THE CAR IS ON EXPRESS...

DELIVERY AND WILL BE DELIVERED ON HER DATE SHE WANTED     and I will fight the charge cause we provided service   your going to a lawyer over 200$   come on don't be over excited

There was no signed agreement. A transaction was made over the phone and 10 min later I...

requested they cancel the order to ship my car. I received the following email after a phone and email conversation. Also, there was NO signed electronic or verbal agreement.

that's what 5 bad reviews out of 1000s of customers  go to transport rankings and look there  5star    Like I told you 5 times already   we issue you a credit back and it takes 3-5 days    now I hope you can understand that   IT WILL BE 3-5 DAYS FOR THE CREDIT    that is 3 emails and 2 verbal times I told you about your credit.  As far as you leaving a bad review, what are you going to say that we issued you a credit cause you " said you flying" but your listed with another company.  Good luck and look for your refund in 3-5 days like I have said to you

you first have to tell the truth  no one said your high  second  the price went up cause you wanted to move your house in the car  SO THE DRIVER CHARGED YOU    then you tried to cancel but we know the driver and they DID TRANSPORT THE TRUCK you try to get a free...

trip  and then you charged back the service    we would credit you back like we do with every customer that cancels  but your car was moved so we will fight that and we have the proof and pictures

After reading your last comment, perhaps you have me confused with another customer. I have the email where you said "you are high." I only wanted to ship the truck (no house) and it is now stored in California. I just now saw your Revdex.com rating.

I have not received the $175 credit. I have no idea about any ferry. We waited for both pickup and delivery. The quote was $975 and I ended up paying $1475 upon delivery. How did the driver lose $3000?? I have his threatening emails as well. The company was unresponsive and unhelpful. Never again!!

trip was 1050 on delivery and can prove it   you paid that   the damage is carriers fault and they will pay  that's what you wanted and signed   your transport was the exact price regardless and the damage is covered

you charged it back so the credit of course was reversed   we will fight the charge cause we provided service     but as a 5 star company we will always hold your transport credit of your first payment on file like we told you  even thou you charged back  we will still help you

we called and emailed a number of times and told you   the pick up ran 2-3 days late and we are sorry for that but we told you and have email and call log proof as well     everyone has email to there phones also.  so you got the emails   we are scammers cause the driver ran late   we offer a credit for you

As previously stated, the agreed upon price to be paid upon delivery was $1000.00. please see email document previously attached. The carrier claimed if I did not pay the $1450.00 my car would be put it storage. The dispatch company was no longer reachable or returning my calls. Please see the document attached I received from the carrier who delivered my vehicle. The price is 1450.00 with a deduction of $400.00 for damage which occurred in transit (see document). Although I'm sure the damage is more than $400.00 I am seeking to be whole again. The Price should have been $1000.00 with a $400.00 deduction, and so I should have paid $600 rather than the 1050. I am owed $450.00. As I've told the company the I have not heard from the carrier who delivered my vehicle and no insurance claim has been filed to my knowledge. My last personal correspondence with All Country was an email I sent on June [redacted] with pictures and all the documentation, I received no response via email. If the Revdex.com requires all the emails, and any other documentation I can certainly provide it.

this customer was gave a transport credit of $175.   we have proof this car was picked up 2 days late and delivery on time to a ferry at exact time.   the reason for more money cause on pick up the driver had to meet her 100 miles out of the way cause she wasn't...

ready     we reported her to the authorities cause all she does is threaten the company etc. and gave the authority all the email and recorded calls     we spoke with her 2 a day everyday and 2 a day everyday on email and can prove it all       [redacted] should leave all the good things we did  like go out of our way have the driver wait for 5 hours at a ferry so you can make the trip and you are complaining about $175.   my driver lost 3000 waiting for your ferry boat and had to take money off other delivery's cause he was late cause of her

I never Recieved my money back . I spoke to [redacted] who said they mailed a check but it got returned because the address was wrong. I was told to wait 3-5 days and that was a month ago . Still haven't RECIEVED it . I need to see confirmation saying that it got out in my account or from the post office. I don't believe you people. I have kept every email and document you have sent me. This is the last time I'm going to be nice. It's been 3 months and I haven't RECIEVED my deposit back. My next step is to get a lawyer and sue you. It not right what you are doing . You took my money and I didn't use your services and now I deserve my deposit back.

[Your Answer Here]I had no idea that when a deposit was given that I was entering an agreement. I was advised from another shipping company yesterday that All Transport had finally removed their posting from dispatch for the shipment of my car. I don't understand how a company who works in such a manner is still in business. I guess its people like me that don't do enough research prior and when they see the low rate, they are moved to engage. As for being a [redacted], that couldn't be further from the truth but if thats their opinion so be it.
