Review: I was given a quote for a car transport for $975.00. I gave the company a $175 deposit. Upon delivery of the car, I paid $1450 for the vehicle. The company refused to answer any emails or phone calls. They would not work with the delivery company on what was owed. They are scam artists.Desired Settlement: I want a credit of $175. I feel as if the delivery amount was way over the quote with no explanation.

this customer was gave a transport credit of $175. we have proof this car was picked up 2 days late and delivery on time to a ferry at exact time. the reason for more money cause on pick up the driver had to meet her 100 miles out of the way cause she wasn't ready we reported her to the authorities cause all she does is threaten the company etc. and gave the authority all the email and recorded calls we spoke with her 2 a day everyday and 2 a day everyday on email and can prove it all [redacted] should leave all the good things we did like go out of our way have the driver wait for 5 hours at a ferry so you can make the trip and you are complaining about $175. my driver lost 3000 waiting for your ferry boat and had to take money off other delivery's cause he was late cause of her

I have not received the $175 credit. I have no idea about any ferry. We waited for both pickup and delivery. The quote was $975 and I ended up paying $1475 upon delivery. How did the driver lose $3000?? I have his threatening emails as well. The company was unresponsive and unhelpful. Never again!!

Review: I went through All Country Auto Transport (ACAT) to ship my 1973 Ford F-350 from California to Vermont. ACAT quoted me a price of $1,250. Of that cost $175 would go to ACAT as a brokerage fee and the rest would go to the driver. I received a call from the driver and I asked him to be confirm how much I owed them to ship the truck and the driver said $1,500. I contacted ACAT and received the run around, but ultimately the cost went up $425. This was not the agreed amount so I cancelled the movement. I asked for a refund and in writing was told I was "high" but ACAT said they would refund the money but have not.

I just received a call from Chase credit card and All Country Auto Transport said they will not refund the monies.Desired Settlement: I request refund of $175 due to All Country Auto Transport not fulfilling the request and conducting proper driver cost research. I lost faith, trust and confidence after the negative e-mail I received and sought movement through a better company.

you first have to tell the truth no one said your high second the price went up cause you wanted to move your house in the car SO THE DRIVER CHARGED YOU then you tried to cancel but we know the driver and they DID TRANSPORT THE TRUCK you try to get a free trip and then you charged back the service we would credit you back like we do with every customer that cancels but your car was moved so we will fight that and we have the proof and pictures

Review: I spoke to [redacted] on 6/*/14 gave a $ 200.00 deposit for the pick up of my car to ship from ** to **. I advise [redacted] I would need my car on July *, 2014 after 3pm. [redacted] advise the car would be picked up on 6/**/2014 as it'll take 4 days to get to ** if any changes he would call me. I received a email from [redacted] a week later advising he may need to pick up the car either on June [redacted] or [redacted]. I responded that's fine as long as the car is delivered in ** on July [redacted] after 3pm. Per [redacted] he'll call me later. I called [redacted] a few days later as I had not heard back from him, the phone automatically goes to v/m and you never receive a call back. I sent [redacted] a email on June [redacted] wtih my new email address but received no acknowledgement. I emailed [redacted] on June [redacted] advising I would like a update on the pick up of my car. I've been calling your company to no avail can I get you or anyone else on the phone. To please call me on my phone. I never received a call or a response to my email. I finally got a hold of [redacted] and advise him of my concerns as I looked up his company on the Revdex.com and all the complaints are not making me feel good. [redacted] advise it's ok and he discussed a complain with me he also asked me to look his company up on TransportTracking.com. [redacted] said my car will be picked up on June [redacted] and I would get a call on June [redacted] with time he had to speak to the driver. I received no call back on June [redacted] I called numerous times and I finally got a hold of [redacted]. I asked about my pick up and he advise my car will be picked up on June **, 2014 between 12pm - 4pm but I will receive a call from the driver between 9am - 12pm. I verified my pick up address and contact phone #. [redacted] had all the incorrect information and asked me to hold as there is another folder on [redacted]'s desk and [redacted] was out of the office. I gave [redacted] all the correct information the correct pick up address and my cell #. I was advise all was set and the driver would call me. On June [redacted] I recieved no call I called [redacted] several times straight to his voice mail. I also sent a email but no response. I called [redacted] again at 2pm as I had not heard from him or the driver and now it's 2 hours in to the pick up and 2 hours left for the pick up. I went down to [redacted]'s [redacted] office and when I got there the was no company. I called [redacted] 30 times between 230pm - 4pm I never received a call back, I never received a response to my email. I advise [redacted] he better give me back my deposit as he did not pick up my car, he cause me stress and now I have to find another company to pick my car up and ship which means I will not have my car on July [redacted]. As of today June **, 2014 I never received a call from [redacted] or his company, I never received a email and I never received a apology. I called my credit card company and put in a dispute to get my money back. I have forwarded all of this information to my attorney including phone recored, and emails just in case [redacted] decides to fight my chargeback. This company is horrible.Desired Settlement: I want my money back and I want it back ASAP.

He is incorrect... my pick up was for Thursday June [redacted] I also have all emails and call logs. I never received a call or email stating my car will be pick up on June [redacted]. I received a email on [redacted] on 7/*/2014 that I just read today as I did not have cable service until today.

I received my car on Friday, July *, 2014 by the [redacted] driver. I did not know this driver was assigned by All Country as I had hired another company. Once the driver arrived I handed him my cash for $1,250.00 but the driver advise the amount due was $1,55.00 I told him this is incorrect but he should me his invoice and that's when I saw [redacted] was hired by All Country.

So I never go a call from [redacted] or anyone else at All Country saying they were picking up my car on 6/**/14, I did not get a email until 7/*/14 which [redacted] was well aware this was the day I was leaving the stated. I was overcharged $ 300.00 which I was advise on the original agreement there would be no extra charges, I had to rent a car for $ 225.00 as my car was not delivered as originally discussed and [redacted] knew I needed it on 7/*/14.

I spent a extra $ 525.00 that I should have not need to do. So is All Country going to reimbursement me.

I would like to also see the date/time on these emails and calls per response says they made to me. I also never said I called on Saturday or Sunday after the [redacted] of June and I can reassure you I never received any call or email as there was no contact.

I have my car for a extra 300.00 which is horrible again this is a HORRIBLE company... a bunch of scammers!!

we called and emailed a number of times and told you the pick up ran 2-3 days late and we are sorry for that but we told you and have email and call log proof as well everyone has email to there phones also. so you got the emails we are scammers cause the driver ran late we offer a credit for you

Review: Was originally told I would be charged 750, 150 deposit to them and 600 for the truck driver, for transporting my husband's truck from ** to **. When the truck driver came to pick up the truck he was asking for 800 which was not what the company told me. Called them and let them know what was going on. They told me that they would reimburse me the 150 for the inconvenience. Had to contact them a couple of times and they would always say that they had already sent the check to me. After a while they stopped answering my phone calls and emails and when I left messages I never received a call back. SCAM!!!! Never again.Desired Settlement: I would still like that 150 they offered me. I still have all the emails exchanged for proof.

Review: I called to have a vehicle transported and 10 minutes after realizing this company is a sham, I requested my credit card charges be reimbursed since I would be going with a different carrier. They will not refund my credit card and, according to another carrier, will not remove their posting for the shipment of my car so it will be very difficult for the other company to get my car shipped. My fear is that they are continuing to shop for a driver for my car so they can continue to collect additional fees or keep my car until paid.Desired Settlement: Refund my credit card ASAP and remove the posting from dispatch ASAP. I have another carrier who is doing everything they can to help and they have been very much involved in keeping me posted with what All Country is doing.

There was no signed agreement. A transaction was made over the phone and 10 min later I requested they cancel the order to ship my car. I received the following email after a phone and email conversation. Also, there was NO signed electronic or verbal agreement.

that's what 5 bad reviews out of 1000s of customers go to transport rankings and look there 5star Like I told you 5 times already we issue you a credit back and it takes 3-5 days now I hope you can understand that IT WILL BE 3-5 DAYS FOR THE CREDIT that is 3 emails and 2 verbal times I told you about your credit. As far as you leaving a bad review, what are you going to say that we issued you a credit cause you " said you flying" but your listed with another company. I was advised from another shipping company yesterday that All Transport had finally removed their posting from dispatch for the shipment of my car. I don't understand how a company who works in such a manner is still in business. I guess its people like me that don't do enough research prior and when they see the low rate, they are moved to engage. As for being a [redacted], that couldn't be further from the truth but if thats their opinion so be it.

Review: At the end of May I contracted the company to transport my vehicle from [redacted] to [redacted]. I was told the price would be a $150.00 broker fee and $1000.00 when the car was delivered to California. I have confirmed of the conversation via email correspondence. The Customer service began to diminish and I could no longer reach [redacted] (the [redacted]) or anyone on the phone. The driver called me and told me the cost is $1450 and if I did not pay it, he would with hold my vehicle. I emailed [redacted] on June ** and explained the situation. He emailed me back that day saying he would fix it and get back to me. I called him, no response. The car was delivered a few blocks away, covered in scratches and dents (all minor scratches were already documented, I have the receipt of this) The driver tried wiping on some kind of scratch filler on the areas and it did not work. The driver called an office and the person claimed they overlooked those new scratches. Then they claimed they would take the car and repair it. Finally the driver decided he would take $400.00 off the price to cover the numerous scratches and dents, (I have receipt of this). The transaction went very sour, and I have not heard from [redacted]. I reached out to him previous to the driver arriving and still- 3 days later heard nothing.Desired Settlement: I am seeking a full refund due to breaking the agreed price, never returning my call, and now my car is damaged (the dent located on the hood cannot be popped out, I had my car buffed and waxed but the deeper scratches remain).

As previously stated, the agreed upon price to be paid upon delivery was $1000.00. please see email document previously attached. The carrier claimed if I did not pay the $1450.00 my car would be put it storage. The dispatch company was no longer reachable or returning my calls. Please see the document attached I received from the carrier who delivered my vehicle. The price is 1450.00 with a deduction of $400.00 for damage which occurred in transit (see document). Although I'm sure the damage is more than $400.00 I am seeking to be whole again. The Price should have been $1000.00 with a $400.00 deduction, and so I should have paid $600 rather than the 1050. I am owed $450.00. As I've told the company the I have not heard from the carrier who delivered my vehicle and no insurance claim has been filed to my knowledge.

My last personal correspondence with All Country was an email I sent on June [redacted] with pictures and all the documentation, I received no response via email.

If the Revdex.com requires all the emails, and any other documentation I can certainly provide it.

Review: I have been dealing with this company since April . I wanted my car transported from louisnana to California . They asked for 150 deposit. They never came and picked up my car when they told me they would. I have then 3 weeks they never returned my call or emails. I told them to cancel my transaction and I want my 150$ deposit back. They said okay . It's not going to 3 months and I haven't received my refund. I kept along kept calling thy keep saying call back tomorrow call back next week. I don't know what to do anymore. My next move is to take legal action . This is not right what they are doing .Desired Settlement: I would like them to just refund my money back please.

I never Recieved my money back . I spoke to [redacted] who said they mailed a check but it got returned because the address was wrong. I was told to wait 3-5 days and that was a month ago . Still haven't RECIEVED it . I need to see confirmation saying that it got out in my account or from the post office. I don't believe you people. I have kept every email and document you have sent me. This is the last time I'm going to be nice. It's been 3 months and I haven't RECIEVED my deposit back. My next step is to get a lawyer and sue you. It not right what you are doing . You took my money and I didn't use your services and now I deserve my deposit back.
