Ms [redacted] , We are sorry that you feel that you’ve had a bad experience with our company The truth is, however, this transaction also left a bad taste in our mouth, as well We very much regret that it has come to this public exchange of differences on the Revdex.com website, because we’ve worked hard to create a long list of satisfied customers, and we take our relationships seriously In this case, because of your needs to have repairs made before your closing date, the All Craft Exteriors team went out of its way to deliver a superior product in a short time frame A look at the communications record will bear this out January 5, 2017: Mr [redacted] called us asking for an estimate for the gutter job Knowing you were in a hurry, we rearranged our schedule and expedited the estimate process, setting a meeting within an hour and a half of your husband’s call Two days later, on January 7, Mr [redacted] emailed Donna and asked that your job be placed on our schedule Again, knowing that time was of the essence for you, we placed this job in motion, even before we went through the formality of having you sign a contract We acted on your email in good faith This is probably where, if we made a mistake, it happened We should have insisted on a signed contract Instead, we gave you the benefit of the doubt Again, this is an exception to our procedure Our crews are usually scheduled between three and five weeks out, we rearranged things to accommodate your hurried scheduleThe materials needed to complete your job required painting before installation Once material is painted, we cannot return it for refund to our suppliers It was only AFTER we had had bought and painted the materials (again, acting according to an expedited schedule to meet your needs) that we received Mr [redacted] ’s email of 1/11/informing us that you had decided to go “another route.” In an attempt to reach a compromise, Donna offered a $discount on your job, which we felt more than fair, since, up until now, we had acted according to the sense of urgency you and your husband had communicated Your next complaint is that we did not install a downspout in your requested location This is true, we did not As you mentioned, there had been a downspout in that location previously, and, as you noted that downspout fell down because it was not correctly sited by the previous installer The All Craft Exteriors crew not only prides themselves on performing top-quality work, but we stand behind that claim with a warranty on our labor(This, by the way, is in addition to any manufacturer’s warranty of the product.) Because of this, we will not, ever, knowingly install a piece of equipment incorrectly Because you were selling the house, and the new buyers would have to live with the work (and would have the right to hold us to the quality of our labor), we felt it very appropriate to call them and get their opinionBecause we did not choose to proceed with an incorrect instillation of the downspout, we further refunded you an additional $dollarsThe final invoice for this job was emailed to you on January 13, This would have meant that you had plenty of time to have had it in before your scheduled closing Following the submission of this invoice, we received no further communication from you We tried to contact you on the following occasions: · January 23, 2017: Donna emailed Mr [redacted] · Between January and February 8, 2017: Two emails were sent to Ms [redacted] · February 13, 2017: Voice mail left with Mr [redacted] · February 13, 2017: Having received no response to our numerous attempts, Donna contacted the listing agent to see if she could provide updated contact information· February 15, 2017: Donna again reached out to the listing agent because we had not received a response· February 16, 2017: Brent emailed Mr [redacted] , informing him that we planned to send your file to a collections agency if we had not received a response by the close of business on the following day· February 21, 2017: Having STILL not heard anything; we made a further attempt to reach you via a personal message on Mr [redacted] s Facebook page The message said: ““Hi ***, Brent with All Craft Exteriors hereYour realtor and us tried multiple times to contact you via phone and email with no successI'm trying Facebook as a last resortYour bill is currently $1,if you contact us today to pay it won't go to collectionsPlease call the office @ ###-###-#### by the end of the day” · February 22, 2017: Days having passed since the invoice date, and days having passed since your closing date, having made many attempts to reach you without any response at all, we decided, rather than sending you to a collections agency (and possibly damaging your credit rating) that we would make one, final, good faith effort to contact you by calling on you at your residenceFrankly, we feel that we have gone out of our way, first, to meet your needs for an expedited construction schedule; and second, to resolve this in as friendly and informal a manner possible We have to admit that we highly resent your use of words like “stalking” and “threatening” In his final meeting with you, Brent did make the mistake of referring to the current Ms [redacted] by the first name of the former Ms [redacted] , for which we sincerely apologizeOtherwise, however, we feel that our staff acted at all times in the helpful, accommodating, and patient way which characterizes the way our business is, and should be, done in a small town, and we completely disagree with your assessment of this situation Sincerely Yours, All Craft Exteriors

All Craft is a great company! They are honest, trustworthy and only interested in helping their customers They provide very prompt, professional service I have had them out to my house on several occasions and each time I have been very impressed with their work and professionalism Today, I had Chad [redacted] out to my home to look at some roofing shingles that his company DID NOT EVEN INSTALL He examined the problem, educated me on what the issue was and repaired the shingles in question to the best of his ability He applied sealant and did not charge me a Penny! This company really cares about it customers and you can count of them to resolve your problem They will not do you wrong They deserve a A+A+A+A+A+ rating If you have a roofing, gutter, soffit issue, do not hesitate to contact All Craft They will treat you like you are their only customer for that day; which you are not Thanks so much Chad

The company was very patient while I was making color choices The workers did a great job! We love our new siding!

Just this past winter, I used AllCraft to replace some of my cedar siding that had a lot of water damage They did an excellent job Now, I am hiring them to replace gutters on the front of my house and adding gutter guards and they are replacing some skylights that were leaking This company does excellent work If you want it done right, contact AllCraft They stand behind their product

We had this company come and install windows for us They were over a month past the estimated date when we choose them because they could come sooner then the other company we were comparing to I had some complaints about the installation and the mess left by the installers and when I called to voice my complaint I was laughed at on the phone and told that the installer that came was hired from another company They did send someone out to look at my complaint about the installation who proceeded to refuse to leave my property without full payment for a job that was not done to my satisfaction We have had several home improvements done in the last few years and this is the most unprofessional group of people I have ever had to deal with

Chad *** was absolutely phenomenal! What a great crew to work with Friendly, punctual, professional, and great at what they do We had a challenging older farm home that was in pretty bad shape Our kitchen was freezing in the winter and you could hear the road traffic all too wellnot anymore We can slow down and enjoy meals with no more fear of the food getting cold too fast And the sidingoh the BEAUTIFUL sidingand wrapped windowsabsolutely AMAZING craftsmanship!
