We spoke with [redacted] and discussed everything that was mentioned in her complaint Bryant will be refunding the amount of $1,to [redacted] bank at the customers request Additionally we apologized that she had a less than expetional experience Please let us know if you have any further questions Thank you

After reviewing *** ** *** complaint and file, we do not feel that the dealership has done anything wrongWe have discovered that the customer did not have the Title of the Vehicle at the time of the appraisalIf *** ** *** had the Title to the vehicle there would be no waiting time for
the pay-off of the financed amount or the amount due to the customerThe Customer was fully aware that they did not have a title to the vehicleThe Customer is also fully aware that the amount which they will be receiving will be less the pay-off amount of their car loanAtlantic Nissan cannot legally complete transactions of this nature without vehicle TitlesAfter Atlantic Nissan receives the Title to this vehicle and completes the pay-off of the financing, then the customer will receive the amounts dueIt should be noted that in the complaint, the customer indicated that vehicle model was an “Altima,” however our records indicate the vehicle model is a “Rogue.”

After reviewing the Customer’s Complaint and file, we have concluded that the Dealership has not done anything wrongBy the Customer’s own admission, the dealership has completed the repairs to the transmission at no cost the customerDuring the time his vehicle was being repaired, the dealership
supplied the customer with a loaner carAfter the repairs performed to the customer’s car and we have found no other safety or mechanical problems with the vehicleThe customer has already stated that he was not approved by Nissan Finance department to trahis current vehicle for a new oneWithout approval from the Nissan Finance department we cannot approve any new dealsAt this time, the dealership does not feel that they have done anything wrong and is not in the position to offer the customer any type of settlementRobert JT** Legal Assistant Atlantic Nissan Superstore
