Good Morning, The customer was refunded through Paypal transaction #(Unique Transaction ID # [redacted] ) Our customer service representative probably thought that the telephone call was finished Hanging up on a customer is absolutely unacceptable and would never take place here Either way I am looking into it internally, as that type of accusation is something that we don't take lightly I personally apologize profusely and will 100% deal with this internally We appreciate your business and hope that all is well on your end Thank you and regards, ALL FACTORY WHEELS

in regards to the issues with your recent transactions

All Factory Wheels advertises products that they do not carryI ordered and paid for a wheel that they not only didn't have in stock, but never carriedI was never told that they didn't carry the wheel and might not be able to find itIf I had known that, I wouldn't have tied up my money with them for a product they couldn't deliver
They took my money and then started sending me order updates:

6/*/15: Order status changed to Awaiting Shipment

6/*/15: A week after I ordered the wheel, I received an email that All Factory Wheels sent me a message and that I had to log into their site to see itWhen I logged in, the message said that they had been unable to locate the wheel that I purchased and asked if I wanted them to cancel my order or keep looking for oneWhen I questioned the fact that their website indicated that they actually carried the wheel & that when I placed the order, it appeared that they actually had it, the response was: "The website is an online catalog only and is not linked to inventory"
I suggested that they should make it clear when you place an order that they don't actually carry the item in question and may not be able to obtain itThe response was "Thank you for being so understanding"
I Googled the wheel today & the first place it came up was on the All Factory Wheels website and they still advertise it as if they actually carry it
I still haven't received a refund and I believe they are engaging in deceptive advertisingIn addition to advertising products they don't carry, their customer service certainly doesn't helpInstead of apologizing for misleading me, I received a flippant response which tells me they are very aware of the fact that their website is misleading & not willing to do anything about itI hope others will read this before they make the mistake I made

Paid for 3-day shipping, wheel finally shipped after five daysSupervisor hung up on meMight seem like a good price, but they are terribleAlso, it doesn't say anything on the site but these are "reconditioned" wheels (might assume so for the price, but it doesn't say so anywhere.) I have received the email saying they sent  money but as of 4:45pm the moneyis still not in my account, it looks like they sent it via [redacted] instead of directly back to my account so I am not sure if itwas done correctly

Review: I ordered a wheel from them and after 2 days I called them to check on the status since that had charged my account, they said it takes 2 to 3 days to ship. Called the next day and said the wheel they were going to ship was damaged and they had to find another one, so I cancelled the order and told I wanted my money returned they told me it would be in there the next day. Two days later I called again and they are saying they had a problem and the money would be back in my account on Monday. I am tired of having to call them for info or to get my money back.Desired Settlement: return the money to my account

Review: All Factory Wheels charged me $886.87 on February **, 2014. On February **, 2014, my wife, [redacted] call the company to cancel the order. She spoke to [redacted]. (he refused to give his last name). She asked [redacted] to cancel the order. He rudely questioned her about the reason for cancelling the order then hung up on her. After an hour, [redacted] checked the website and saw that the order was still active. She called back and the same man, [redacted]. answered the phone. She asked why the order was not yet cancelled. He again was rude and [redacted] told him so. He responded, "I'm SO sorry. Have I offended you? Have I disrespected you?" [redacted] asked how long it would for the charges to be reversed. [redacted] said two days. On Friday, February **, 2014, the charges had not been reversed. I call the company again. Again, [redacted]. answered the phone. He said that the charges would be reversed that day. They were not. On the morning of Monday, March *, 2014, I called All Factory Wheels again. Again, [redacted]. answered the phone. He said that he would need to speak to his accounting department before any refund could be made. This afternoon (Monday, March *, 2014), [redacted] called again to say that we would be filing this complaint as well as a dispute of the charges with our bank if the money was not returned. [redacted]. said, "Do what you have to do."Desired Settlement: reimbursement of $886.87

All Factory Wheels advertises products that they do not carry. I ordered and paid for a wheel that they not only didn't have in stock, but never carried. I was never told that they didn't carry the wheel and might not be able to find it. If I had known that, I wouldn't have tied up my money with them for a product they couldn't deliver.

They took my money and then started sending me order updates:

Review: The customer service I received from this company was the worst I have ever experienced in my entire life.

I made a purchase over the internet for 4 factory wheels (product # 68265) by using my credit card on the 11th of December 2013 today is the [redacted] of January 2014. Shortly after making the purchase and seeing that my credit card was charged for the wheels I received an email that stated the following: (Copied from the email) "My name is [redacted] and I’m from ALL FACTORY WHEELS. Thank you for your recent order. Since we are a web based company, we take preventative measures against potential fraud. Since you have a different billing and shipping address, our company policy is that we require you to fill out a credit card authorization form. The only way around not completing this form is by shipping your order to your billing address. We have stopped processing your order and we will not ship out any merchandise until we have this form completed."

I could not have the items shipped to my address because they do not ship to APO addresses, so I called the company back and told them since I am stationed oversees I could not fax the form in and then I was informed that I could pay via Paypal, which I did. So now I was charged twice for the set of wheels.

I waited awhile to see if they would recognize the mistake and credit back my credit card, but they didn't. Two weeks later I called back again and told them that I was charged twice for the order and haven't received my merchandise, they then advised me that they would look into what happened to the order and refund me the initial credit card charge and email me once they found out what happened.

They did refund the first credit card charge, but they never emailed me about my order, so then I called back again about the order and I was told the same thing, they will look into it and get back to me via email regarding the status of the order, which they didn't yet again.

So a week later (now a month after the initial order) I called back again and was told by [redacted] that the wheels I ordered they could not ship because they found a crack in one of the wheels and could not ship me the order until the entire order was fine. She told me that they would have to try and locate the wheels and try and get them to me about a week later. I waited another two weeks still with no communication from the company about the wheels and never received the merchandise, so I called back yet again and spoke yet again with [redacted] who said she had to see what happened to the wheels and tried ending the conversation with me.

I wasn't pleased at this point and asked to speak to the owner of the company or even a supervisor and she told me that there weren't any available that they were all in a meeting and she didn't know when it would end so I advised I would like my money back and she said it would take three days for the return and then I ended the conversation and hung up.

During the six plus weeks waiting for the wheels to be delivered they remained to have the same exact wheels for sale on their website.Desired Settlement: I would like to stop getting jerked around on the telephone and have the wheels sent to me immediately. If they are not available, they need to take them off of the internet as being available for purchase since they obviously can't fulfill their obligation. I would also like a written apology from the owner of the company for failing to provide adequate customer service. For having an internet based company they should be provide the service customers expect when purchasing from them.
