Review: Although I marked "delivery issues, I wish I could have also marked "customer service issues as well. I purchased a whell through this website on Novemer [redacted], and paid an additional $63.00 to have it 3 day delivered to pep boys. Meaning it should have arrived on that it should have arrived that friday, the [redacted]. Come Friday I called to see what the status of my delivery was and was informed that a tracking number hadnt even been made yet for my order. (Thus they had not processed it yet AT ALL.) the girl said she would mark it as urgent for the people to hadnle the following day. So, I call the following day and ask them where my wheel is, I need a car for both school and work and was told this was a reputable site. The guy was very condenscening on the phone and after much debate refused to overnight me my wheel, and agreed to reemburse me the $63.00 for the 3 - day shipping since it was now saturaday. On the second day of my purchase ( the [redacted]) I recieved an email from a man name [redacted] asking for my credit car authorization to be sent through email, and I immediatley informed him that I wanted to change the delivery adress to PEP BOYS ( wsince I dont have a car) and he said that would be know problem at all. I filled out the paper work ( which I can attach below. ) Fast forward....it is now the [redacted] of nov, 10 days after I placed my 3-day delivery order, I kept calling to pep boys asking if it was there, they kept telling me no. I reluctantly called back to all factory wheels, and they told me they delievered it to the WRONG address and that it was a mistake with in the company and that there was nothing they were going to do about it , and then proceeded to hang up on me. After tracking down my wheel I had to take a TAXI with a giant heavy rim to my car all the way to pep boys in order to get it to them, in hops that I may have a car tomorrow. I will NEVER use this site again. There sustomer service was horrible, they were rude, unprofessional, and DID NOT deliver. literally.Desired Settlement: For the HELL that I have gone through, two weeks without a car, being yelled at and hung up on the phone, and having my item being delivered to the wrong address, I would like a FULL refund. When I asked for a partial refund they laughed in my face and hung up on me. I have emails showing that they were fully aware on the [redacted] of where the package was supposed to go, they were fully aware I had paid $63.00 for three day shipping. This is the worst online expereince I have EVER had . Full refund.

The customer placed the order with All Factory Wheels and the wheel was confirmed in stock and in our inventory at the time.

During the final stage of our reconditioning process before shipping out her wheel, the wheel was submerged under water to check for any slow leaks, or hairline cracks that we might not be able to see with the naked eye.

This particular customer's wheel was found to have a hairline crack in it.

So we would never put a customer's safety in jeopardy. We would never ship out damaged, bent or cracked rims.

The customer was informed of this and she stated that she still needed the rim and that she was willing to wait it out. She also stated that she doesn't have the money to go to the dealership and pay MSRP.

With each conversation it was communicated that she can cancel at any time and get a full refund. Some wheels can take days to come in after it scraps out.

So we were proactive and told her up front that it could be a few days. The customer once again declined to cancel for a full refund and stated that she was willing to wait it out.

So fast forward a few days, we get a phone call from the customer again and she stated that she wanted a full refund for her shipping expenses.

That was done immediately without a gripe.

Fast forward again a few days later and now we get something in the mail from the Revdex.com stating that this customer who already got refunded for her shipping fees now also wants to try and extort us for a free rim. What doesn't sound right here?

A UPS label was sent via email to the customer.

This means that there are no additional expenses for our dissatisfied customer and that we are paying for the shipping back to our warehouse.

Once we have the merchandise back in our hands, All Factory Wheels will promptly give the customer a refund in full.

We are not however, going to be extorted so a customer can beat the system and get free merchandise.

Review: On Feburary [redacted], 2015 I placed an online order with this company. Upon delivery of the item, I notice it was not the item I had ordered. I contacted all factory wheels to return the item. In response to my request to return the the wheel, [redacted] (with I have all the email correspondences) Stated that they would ship me the correct wheel once I returned the incorrect one. So I agreed. On March [redacted], 2015 I shipped the wheel back Via [redacted]. On March [redacted], 2015 I contacted this company again. wanting to know what was going on since I had not received a replacement or refund. Once again [redacted] responded, he stated "that the wheel I was needing was no longer in stock. And that I was scheduled for a full refund." I emailed back trying to get more details on my refunded, like when would should I be expecting it and how check/money order/electronic deposit... NO response, I have even called this company and I'm getting no where. I would like to get my $181.xx back.Desired Settlement: Return my money like they said they was going to.

Review: On November * I made a purchase from All factory wheels for the amount of Grand Total: $769.04 USD

I received the merchandise and it was damaged. I send pictures to the company and they issued me a shipping slip.

Product was returned on Monday, 12/**/2013 at 9:35 A.M. and received by Front Desk. Person that signed was [redacted].

Complete tracking information are provided by UPS Tracking : [redacted]

I called the company 3 times and spoke with [redacted] who claimed that she issued a credit on Dec [redacted].

I called Bank Of America on December [redacted] and they confirmed that there is no credit issued to my account.

I need to mention that this person told me a few times that has issued a credit and when I ask what date she always give me wrong dates.Desired Settlement: Issue the credit to my account for $192.26

Review: A refund of my purchase is being withheld for no clear reason. After multiple attemps no one is contacting me and im getting the run around.Desired Settlement: A refund and a inquiry of transactions of other costermers because this seems like a normal practice to keep peoples money.
