Customer [redacted] called to get her carpets cleanedWhen the technician gets to the jobs site of any of our customers he must get a signature from the customer allowing him to begin the work as well as the price agreed uponIf the customer has stains that are excessive or unusual, basically anything that would take more effort and time to remove, then that is an additional charge of which was stated to her over the phoneShe had agreed to all services and signed a second signature indicating that she was satisfied upon completionIf there are any issues within days of the cleaning we do send the technician back for a free redo

I am not asking for a refund, I am asking for the money paid for products not applied to my carpetI paid approximately $130.00, in advance of sanitizing, deodorizing and disinfecting I did not receivePaying for a service not preformed is fraudulent and I would like to have my money back. The invoice does not state that if a consumer is defrauded of money it cannot be recovered. I was unable to substract that amount from the total because I was told to sign the invoice before the work begunAt that point I had no other recourse but to importune Revdex.com’s assistance.Again, I am not asking for a refund, I am asking for the money I paid for products that were not applied to my carpet. The technician can attest to the fact that when my husband got water for him to use in his machine, he asked him where were the sanitizing,deodorizing and disinfectant products, the technician just ignored him, we did not press the issue because we knew if indeed these products were used the carpet would be stench free. Guess what? I have carpet stench so help me God.

I have already reported the facts of what happened when the "technician" came to my house, combative and disrespectful, and he refused to do the job that I had already verbally agreed to via your customer service, and on one of my replies through here. I need to be reimbursed the full amount of the job that was not done in the first place, and the "complimentary" job that never took place due to refusal of YOUR so called technician. You obviously don't care about customer satisfaction or this would have been resolved not only in a timely manner, but to satisfy, me, the customer, I certainly did not ask for too much, just to have my carpets cleaned to the best of your abilities at the price I was quoted by a knowledgable, respectful technician. Please stop responding with lies hoping that I will just give up, do wha't right!

I am sorry you are not satisfied with our service despite our best attemptsOur technician inspected your carpets the first time and advised you that the stains would not be removed with basic cleaning but yet you decided to proceed with basic cleaning which ended up your stains not being removed
You complained to us afterwards about not being happy and we sent out our second technician to take care of the problem and upon inspections he too advised you that basic cleaning would not take care of your carpets, yet again you refused and we performed the cleaning for you absolutely free of chargeWe have gone above and beyond to make you satisfied and even if we send out our technician again a third time, the stains you have would not be removed as they require extra treatment which you refuse to pay forWe care deeply about our customers regardless of where they are and try our best to have them satisfiedAs for the price, we cleaned rooms and area rugs for you, the cost of which came out to and yet we gave you a percent discount making it At this point for the amount of work we have done for you as well as advising you not once but twice that the cleaning your are asking for would not take care of the problem, its unfair for us and our technician not to be paidLastly you are accusing our technician of stealing which is totally uncalled for and we consider this as defaming our good reputation, if you have proof please take the matter up with the local authorities and we would happily comply with their directive, if not, I would kindly advise you to take this statement of as we are a legitimate business and we run background checks on all our employees before hiring and accusing us or any of our employees for stealing would constitute defamation in which case we would have to pursue legal action

On July ***, 2016, we were contacted by *** *** for carpet cleaning services at her property located at ** *** *** *** *** ** ***The customer was provided information regarding our cleaning services and given a quote for the basic professional steam cleaning servicesAs our agents are
not on site and able to as the condition of the carpet, the customers are informed that once the technicians arrive on site, they will assess the condition of the carpet, make any necessary recommendations and also describe any additional services we provideIt it up to the customer to make the ultimate decision on which service they proceed with*** *** with a shampoo serviceShe signed the invoice and the credit card payment acknowledging the services. The technician proceeded with the serviceThe following day we received a call that the services were unsatisfactoryHowever, upon review of the pictures taken after the services, it was determined that the service was satisfactory and the customer received the services they requested. The customer understood there are no refunds available as stated in our invoice.We request at this time, that this claim gets dismissed as we have provided the necessary services

We asked for customer to send us pictures of the carpet at the time of complaintWe did send a technician back out for a free redo and the customer's carpets were redone at no chargeShe did not comply with us in regards to sending us pictures back in July when the job was originally doneShe is now complaining months later stating she is not satisfied and wants a refundWe cannot help her months later not knowing what her carpets could have gone through in the past monthsThe additional charge were for tough stains that did not come with the steam cleaningShe did sign the receipt that states she was satisfied after the cleaning of the job

On the day of service our technician arrived at the property and after assessing the condition of areas he recommended various options of cleaning in order to ensure better resultsThe customer’s boyfriend was given a price, details of each service and guaranteesHe agreed to the price of deep
cleaning to the cost of $The cost of it was based on the square footage and the condition of the carpet. When a carpet hasn’t been clean for a long time and are stained customer can’t get to their original stateIt is correct technician gave an 85% guarantee due that few stains were very deep to be complete remove however technician would provide a proper service since deep cleaning has all formulas and it is one of the best servicesThe technician began the service and took an appropriate time to insure the majority of the stains were goneDuring the service the boyfriend was at house supervising itMeanwhile from the amount of $275.00, half of the payment was over the phoneThe transaction went through and the service was paid completely. After the service was done the technician went over again with the customer’s boyfriend to show the complete job and to complete the invoice we providedThe customer noticed the difference and caused of it he signed all our receipts. A week later the customer contacted us to let us know there were few light stains visible and due that she wanted a full refund right away cause of it. Since they were first time customer our manager made an exception on sending a technician for a complementary serviceEven though we charge $as our invoice states, we gave 85% guarantee and was not an immediately call after the carpet dry. We noticed they sent pictures to the bank and as we go through them, there are no dates when they were taken nor if all the pictures were taken beforeAlso our commercial portable machines are set in a mode for each service where it won’t damage a carpet at allIf the customer made the decision on buying a new carpet, it was not because of our servicesTherefore it was the customer personal option that didn’t involve our service. As a company policy we do not do refunds and it is stated in our contract. The customer has already done a charge-back and its now pending

Good Afternoon, On August **, 2016, the customer contacted our firm to make an appointment for carpet cleaning servicesOn the telephone, the customer was provided with the basic steam cleaning prices and was also notified that if the carpets have additional stains or are in high traffic
areas, our technician would advise them if additional treatments would be necessaryWe booked an appointment on September 1stthe technician arrived at the appointed time and after assessing the carpets he recommended a deeper treatmentThe customer agreed to upgrade the service and acknowledged by signing the invoice for the scope of workFurthermore, by signing the invoice they acknowledged that no refund would be available and that no treatment is 100% guaranteed.Once the service was finished, the technician leftA couple of days after the service, we were contacted that the customer was unhappy with the resultsWe explained that there are no refunds available however we offered a complimentary of the serviceThe cost, as noted in our invoice, is $49.00, however in order to satisfy our customer we decided not to charge themAt this time, they declined the and stating they were only interested in a refundAgain we expressed that we don't offer any refunds but would love the opportunity to improve the serviceApproximately a month after the was offered, we received a call from the customer asking for the re-doWe expressed to them that after a month, we do not offer free re-dos as we are not aware of what happened to the carpet within that monthWe offer re-dos only within days of the service. We believe we tried our best to provided the highest level of service and customer service. Thank youAmiArea Manager

When the customer called us they didn't provide he size of the rug, therefore we told the customer is will be a minimum of $for professional steam cleaning Also every agent is train to let the customer know this price is only for the basic steam cleaning and once the technician is there he will recommended additional services and prices will be given onsiterecommendation means its up to the customer to apply them or not regardless the guaranteesTherefor once the technician arrive to the house he went over with the customer and offer different servicesThe technician also gave a guarantee for each serviceAfter the inspection she decided to only go with the steam cleaning knowing there is no guaranteesAfter the service was over the customer provided full payment of $after inspecting the service providedBy making payment she acknowledge the full amount and guaranteesThe company does not provide refunds since we provided a service, the customer was aware of the guarantees with the steam cleaning service

This company clearly is practicing what we know as a bait and switch operationThey lure you in with a lower price than the competitors, then when they show up they what they promise over the phone, a steam cleaned carpet, apparently doesn't include soap or whatever solution is used to actually clean the carpetWhat they did was vacuum my carpet with hot water, no cleaning detergent was ever usedThat's like going to the laundry and them washing your clothes without laundry detergentIt's obvious to any competent consumer that when you ask a legitimate company to clean your carpet you would expect them to use something other than water to complete the jobThis company obviously did not and again, I either want them to clean my carpet like they promised over the phone or refund my money
