 I was quoted 69 dollars FOR A 5 x 8 RUG that we discussed over the phone (YES the size WAS discussed) and charged 79 plus tax (overcharged in the room) . It came to 86.00.If you have the phone cal recorded we can hear this. I also asked if tax was included in the 69 and they said yes. If this call was recorded as they say, this will be evident.Refunds ARE possible when the owner arrives back from VACATION at the end of the month, as told to me by ONE of the many phone operators. NO manager was available to speak with at any time after the cleaning for advice.

Customer [redacted] called to get her carpets cleaned. When the technician gets to the jobs site of any of our customers he must get a signature from the customer allowing him to begin the work as well as the price agreed upon. If the customer has stains that are excessive or unusual, basically...

anything that would take more effort and time to remove, then that is an additional charge of which was stated to her over the phone. She had agreed to all services and signed a second signature indicating that she was satisfied upon completion. If there are any issues within 7 days of the cleaning we do send the technician back for a free redo.

TThis isnt true they offered to come back out and charge me an additional fee of $180 in top of the $120 that I paid.  I sent them pictures the very next day spoke with the manager that was very rude shes the person that tried to cost me extra fees to come back out. I called them for maybe two weeks after catpet was mutilated by their cleaning unacceptable the manager also threatened if I was to give her a bad review she's not going to help me meaning charging me extra additional money to come back out and fixed up with a messed up I sent them the same pictures I email them the manager told me she saw them so I don't understand now why they're saying that they didn't see pictures I complained the very next day now I know that this is being covered up because that's not true I sent pictures and I complained the very next day and I think I have that in my initial complaint

The company DID NOT REMOVE 85% of the stains as stated on the receipt. I called the company back to complain in two days not the next week. The pictures that my boyfriend took of the "cleaned rug" were taken the day after the "cleaning". I sent them to [redacted] because I disputed the $175 charge on my [redacted] charge. I did not want them walking on the new rug that I purchased upstairs on their way down to the basement. That is why I didn't want them to "re-clean" the  basement rug. I just decided to replace it. When I called them on the phone to ask their mailing address, they refused to give it to me. They wouldn't give me their address. I needed their address to lodge a complaint against them. What kind of company won't give you their mailing address? These people are scam artists, and they are taking advantage of senior citizens such as my boyfriend and me. I am going to report them to the senior citizen protection group next!!

 Show me on the receipt you didn't leave that I was specifically told that steam cleaning wold not clean my carpets. In addition, also show me where I signed something acknowledging that fact and furthermore said to continue to clean my carpet but it will not Help. If you can produce this as you say I will not respond anymore and drop this case. If you can't produce this signed agreement as you state, REFUND MY MONEY OR COME BACK AND ACTUALLY CLEAN THE CARPETS!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. Just to clarify one thing. Neither one of their technicians mentioned anything about stains. There is no sense in me me fighting over $240, but rest assured I will spread the word as to what a terrible job they did. As far as the the missing ring, I never accused. I said there was no way to prove. Their back ground check is probably like their work.

There is no signed receipt stating that steam cleaning would not clean your carpets as you were not present and secondly that professional suggestion from our technician was verbally provided to you before we started the service. And as I mentioned before, regardless of how many times we come to clean that carpet with steam cleaning it would not work. You will have to upgrade to better services in order to get the stains out, we do not provide refunds for services performed as per client approval.

Steam cleaning machine pumps hot water and steam through the carpet and extracts it, with it extracting most dirt and debris. The carpet afterwards doesn't stay hot or steamy, it will just be damp until it dries out. Hence you did not see any steam as you were not present when the carpet was being cleaned. The water the technician wrongfully dumped in the parking lot was what was extracted from your carpet. We are willing to offer you the service you require for upto 40 percent off regular prices but we cannot offer refunds as we provided the service that was promised.

 First off, they can't even get my address correct, and I did not call the next day, there were no pictures, and my fiancé was the one who signed their "receipt".  He did not even see the carpets once the "work" was completed because their "technician" told him to not walk on them for two-three hours.  There were no pictures taken of a before and after.  I was on my way home from work when the supposed work was being done, which was 20 minutes, I got there when the person was leaving and never got to discuss with the person of the work that he claims he did.  As soon as I saw the carpets, I immediately called, and was told that they would come out the next day and repeat the cleaning.  Obviously, they did not, and gave me a whole lot of grief about it, and the fact  that this "technician", came in my house and named his own price, and cash only, is absolute nonsense, I was quoted a price according to what I wanted done, I would've never agreed to haggling over the price of getting my carpets cleaned, especially for the ridiculous price of $300!!!!!!

I want to know exactly what was done to the carpets. You stated they were steam cleaned so why was there no steam or heat and was there really extraction done?  I was not told they would look worse after the supposed cleaning. Why did no one return my emails or the representative who stated a supervisor would call me did not call. Why would you dump the cleaning water in the parking lot?  Why do you say you are [redacted] when you are not. I would like the return of the $97 as the carpets look worse than before you started.  [redacted]

Upon inspection of carpets the customer was advised by our onsite technician that steam cleaning would not suffice in getting the carpet cleaned and was offered an upgrade to deep cleaning services which will resolve the issue. The customer refused the upgrade and advised the technician to proceed...

with steam cleaning regardless of the fact that it wouldn't help. The steam cleaning service was done as per the customer's instructions. The customer complained to us afterwards and was advised that a redo with an upgraded service would be needed if she wanted the carpets cleaned which the customer refused again.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:Th I was present when the technician was finishing up the job and doing the last few strokes   There was NO steam visible and if the dirt was extracted I should not have been able to remove surface dirt  I have photos of the paper towels loaded with dirt after the carpets were cleaned  I did share them but would be happy to show you again Your company is extremely unprofessional and is not local as made to believe on your website  I will be certain to let others know to avoid you at all costs  I am still requesting a refund that a reputable company would be happy to do if their customer was dissatisfied  [redacted]

Good Afternoon,  We offered [redacted] a complimentary re-do of the services originally provided. Our technician traveled to the premises and [redacted] [redacted] refused to have the services done by our technician. We believe we have provided the best service we can provide and we even offered a complimentary service.  Area ManagerMichelle

Our technician upon inspection of the carpets informed the customer that our steam cleaning service for which he was quoted for would be insufficient for the kind of stains the carpet had and it would require an upgrade to a deep cleaning service for an added cost. The customer refused the upgraded...

and advised the technician to proceed with basic cleaning. The technician performed the service to the best of his ability and the stains were not removed as per his original assessment. We performed the service as per instructions of the customer and a refund would be unfair at this point. We would be happy to come and reclean the stains but it would require deep cleaning and the customer will have to pay for the additional services.
