On August 16, 2018, I had the inside of my car detailed at All-In-One Auto DetailingI had this service done because I am disabled and am not able to do it myselfWhen I went to pay, I was told that the credit card processing machine had been down for two weeks and would only accept cashI was required to go to a restaurant down the street in order to use their ATM and get cashThis was awkward for me and the staff at the restaurant, and hard for me to get to because I had to quickly cross a very busy streetOnce I got to my car, I was not satisfied with the work - there were muddy handprints on the doors and seats, and a greasy spray residue on most of the interiorI pointed it out to the staff, and they just attempted to wipe off one handprint on the car doorWhen I got home, I checked the trunk to see that all of my Weather Tek car mats were piled up, with some sort of slippery solution in themI also found gum on one mat that was not there beforeI was forced to try to wipe each done down, which caused stress on my back, forcing me to stay in bed the rest of the dayThe next day, while getting out of my car, I slipped on the residue and hurt my hipMy car was never cleaned to my satisfaction, and ended up being dangerous to my conditionThe business has not responded to communication from my lawyer, and I am being forced to file with small claims court

On July 31st I took my VW Beetle to All in Auto Detailing to be detailedMy wife dropped the car off and picked it upThis is her experience: "hen I arrived, JJ went over the vehicle and told me what would be done and how much it would cost: $for detailing and $for bumper sticker removal and $for a future detailing jobThis was agreed uponWhen I picked up the vehicle JJ said I needed to pay in cash, which I did, unfortunately paying $extra for a future cleaningHe did not go over the vehicle with me when I picked it up, but I had never had a service like this done so I didn't think anything of itWhen I got in I noticed the seats were all sticky and speckledHe said this was the leather protector and it would dry and be good in hoursThen I noticed dirty smudges and spots on the dashHe had a worker come over and wipe it down, with a dirty ragAt this point I didn't want them touching the car any more so I leftWhen [redacted] got home I showed her the

This business charged me $(paid in cash) to fix a one inch crack in my front bumper The crack was covered but still apparent, and the paint job was smudged and smeary I went back twice to have it fixed and each time it got worse I now have a ft messed up paint job with a still obvious crack My receipt lists a money back guarantee of satisfaction I contact them twice and showed up once to get it and they said they would mail it but they never did

I had scheduled an appointment with Top Gun Auto Detailing Business Owner (*** @ ###-###-#### When we first spoke, I told him that I had a gift certificate that I had purchased from a benefit two years prior I asked if this was going to be an issue and the business owners response was "no, we will take of you" He told me there would only be a $up charge for a medium size SUV I agreed and we scheduled my service (a $value) for June 10th at his Shakopee Location (which I was unable to find on the Revdex.com website) After I dropped my vehicle off, I was told it would take two hours The employee said that there would be a $charge for the SUV I said the owner and I agreed on $ Shortly after I left, I received a phone call from an employee questioning my gift certificate He had sent it to the business owner and the employee told me the charge would $because the gift certificate was over a year old I asked to speak with the business owner After reminding the bu

If I could give zero stars I wouldI apologize for how long this review is, but if anyone is considering bringing their vehicle into All-in-Auto Detailing, it's worth the read!
On 7/6/2018, I bought a Groupon for the Admiral Package from All-in-Auto DetailingOver the next few weeks, I attempted to call All-in-Auto Detailing a few times in order to schedule my appointmentHowever, no one answered and the voicemail box was always full so on 8/6/I decided to wato the shop in order to schedule my appointmentThe shop was dingy and the owner, JJ, seemed quite strange, but I scheduled an appointment for detailing and auto body work anywaysWhen I got home that day, I shared my entire strange experience with my roommate who decided to check-out the google reviews-they were terribleWhen I went back into the shop for my scheduled appointment on Wednesday (8/8/18) at 8:30AM, I told JJ that I had read his google reviews and that they were very concerning to meJJ had an answer for everythistated that he could understand why I wouldn't want to have my auto body work done there, but that if I didn't end up liking the work he did, I wouldn't have to pay for itI fell for it!
I received a voicemail from JJ on 8/8/at 3:30PM stating that my vehicle was all ready to go, he had the scrapes "completely damn near out of there", and my total would be $However, when my roommate and I came to pick up my vehicle around 4PM, it looked nowhere near doneIt looked as though someone had taken white-out to the side of my vehicle and the hood chips weren't even touchedI asked JJ why he had said that the car was done when it hadn't even been wet-sanded or buffedHe stated that the paint wasn't dry yet so I would need to come back later so he could wet-sand and buff the sideI told him that I wasn't going to take the vehicle before it was done so I would leave it there until noon the next dayOn 8/9/18, I called JJ to give him a heaan hour before coming in around noonWhen I arrived, JJ was nowhere to be found, but his employee was standing outside of the garageMy car looked worse than it did in the first placeWhen I refused to pay for an unfinished vehicle, the employee stormed off and found JJ who claimed he had been talking on the phone to his sick fatherJJ then began yelling at my roommate and I stating that the vehicle looked "great", "wonderful", "perfect", and he had spent more time on my vehicle than any otherAt this point, I was running late for work and needed to leave, but JJ wouldn't let me take my vehicle without paying for the work he did, so I told JJ that I would return tomorrowOn 8/10/18, my boyfriend and I showed up to All-in-Auto Detailing around 930AM, fully intending on calling the policeJJ was in the driveway so my boyfriend approached him and asked him how my vehicle was coming alostill looked the same as it did the day priorJJ stated that he was just going to wet-sand and buff it quickly and it would be doneJJ completed this-now it looked even worse than it did before the wet-sand and buff! When we expressed our concerns, JJ began yelling at us again stating "I knew this was going to be a bh-fest!", "I wish this thing would have never come in!", and "You either pay for the vehicle or you leave it here!"He then went into the garage and refused to come talk to us again so another one of his employees, Jason, had to be the messenger boyJason was surprisingly kind to us (despite the treatment that we were receiving from JJ) and after going back and forth between JJ and I a few times, was able to talk him down to $(Cash only)I figured that, even though the work was not even close to worth $150, I would chalk this up to a learning experienceHowever, after pulling into my parking lot at work, I looked behind me to ensure that I had pulled into the parking space straightUpon doing so, I noticed that my back seats were spotted with grease stainsOn top of that, the black leather was considerably faded due to whatever product they had used to clean my seats withNow, with all of the damage that All-in-Auto Detailing caused to both the interior and exterior of my vehicle, I have no choice, but to pursue a law-suit

I purchased a Groupon and made an appointment with the businessI arrived when I said I would to drop off my car earlyI received a call about the business not being able to complete the work and they held my car over nightWhen I called to get more information they never answered the phoneI arrived Friday to get my car and they said they could not complete the work on Friday eitherCome back on Saturday at noon and we will get it doneI arrived at noon and the door was locked and nobody was inside of the garageThe same African American man ( I don't have his name) that called to the manager to tell him I was here for my car on Friday was sitting in a white vehicle and would not get out to assist my appointment

I purchased a voucher from livingsocial.com for a silver interior package at any Top Gun locationAfter making multiple calls to the Minneapolis location with no answer, I finally got in touch with Jojo who appears to be the owner of the business somehowHe scheduled me for June 24th at pm at the Minneapolis locationThe day before my appointment I checked my voucher to make sure I had it ready for the appointment and it was marked redeemedI called Top Gun (again, took multiple calls to answer) and I got Jojo again who said their system redeems the vouchers in error sometimes and that I will be fine to just show up the next daySo the day of my appointment, I left work early and showed up at what was the most run down car wash shop I've ever seenI spoke with a guy there who said I was not on the schedule and there was nothing he could doHe said he would call Jojo and see what they should doIt took the guy multiple calls to get ahold of him and the guy said Jojo didn't put

In spite of several negative reviews and even some issues with Revdex.com, I decided to give Top Gun Auto Detailing a chance I prefer to use small business owners when I can, especially since small businesses can be significantly impacted by just a few negative reviews Their price for a Platinum detail, which included inside and out, was better than anywhere else at $ The owner got me an appointment when I requested it, followed up a couple of times leading up to the appointment, and completed the work in less time than anticipated I’m very happy with the quality of work and with what he was able to clean up on my car He even worked on some areas where the paint was scratched through, filling them in with toupaint, and he polished my headlights so they look brand new! I would gladly recommend Top Gun to others and will use him again for my other vehicles

I had a can of soda explode in my car due to cold temperatures Jo Jo met me at the shop on a Sunday (typically the business is closed) and expressed the only way we could get things taken care of was to put a machine in the car overnight, then on Monday he would be able to get things cleaned up no problem He said he had to drop the headliner, in order to get things cleaned with out mold forming He asked me to not purchase the groupon but that he would give me the price of the groupon After looking over my car on Tuesday, and sending him multiple photos of the work he missed or made worse, he said he would be in touch shortly to get me back in and fix the mistakes He also said he would send me an itemized receipt saying what he did that made the price go from $(the price of the groupon) to $for his services As of a week later, no response from Jo Jo or anyone else from the business After seeking alternatives to get my car fixed, it was determined by another detail

I purchased their GrouponIt said that reservation must me madeI called many times to no answer and a voicemail box that was fullThe link on their page for appointments does not workI later found that they had claimed my Groupon purchase as redeemed without ever getting their services or a response of any kind from them!

I purchased a groupon then I purchased additional body repair servicesWhen my car was returned to me it looked as if it had been repainted with a paint roller & house paintThere was paint on the leather seats and even over the fog headlamps, one fog headlamp was almost completely covered in paintWhen I complained about the car being in worse condition than when I dropped it off for the repair, JoJo, the owner, promised he would do fix all the issues & if I wasn't satisfied he would refund the entire amount I paidDuring this time in which my car was back at Top Gun, JoJo, allowed his foster son to live in my car, as he was homeless at the time & then proceeded to drive my car unbeknownst to meI reported my car stolen and when I recovered it at the impound lot, it was even worse than beforeThey had been smoking in my car and there were cigarette butts and drug paraphernalia left by the thievesThis was a nightmareThis was the most unprofessional business I have
