Our son took his vehicle to this location for detailing Had gift certificate During which an upsell was made and our son agreed to it There was a dispute about the actual work involved and confusion over the upsell During this time Joe Krause, owner, became irate, verbally abusive to our son's baffled responses Our son called us and we witnessed Krause's shouting and accusations over an open cell line Krause refused attempts to mitigate situation, or discuss with us Hung up on us as we attempted to clarify Accused our son of refusing to pay for service rendered Krause blocked son's vehicle with his SUV to force payment - in cash only - before allowing son to leave premises Payment was made in cash We notified business via email of our intent to make a statement to Revdex.com, and requested apology and refund, owner refused

This is a horrible business! I used to work there and they are very unprofessional, unorganized, and disloyalI have seen them cut corners on jobs and I was requested to do the same! We had many unhappy customers on a weekly basisThe products they use are very cheap and things they say are included in packages are notAnd when I finally decided to leave because they were behind on paying me for a week and a half they decided not to give me my last pay check! In all a very bad business

Purchased a Groupon for their Platinum Detail Service This includes a full complete exterior and interior cleaning and motor cleaning Spoke with a gentlemen on the phone, said I was selling he gives me a story how he has been doing this for over years and for an extra $he can wet sand it and get all the scratches out I said ok do it Dropped my car off at the Shakopee location on a Sunday night and picked it up late Monday afternoon Gave the guy a check for $for the wet sand extra service Driving home, I could not see out the windows with the sunlight b/c they were so dirty Get home and look the car over All the scratches were still there Call the same number and speak with the same guy who I find out is Joe? I bought a group about a month ago and all of a sudden it was redeemed I was panicked as I thougth I did something wrong I called the merchant many times left messages and got full vmessagesFinally got a hold of JJ and he told me that they accidently redeemed it, but they would make good on the groupon I brought my car in and he called me and tried to upsell me on wash and wax and repair a dent in the car I told him not at this visit, but I would consider it later Middle of day got a call that my car was ready, but they lost my key or gave to another customer I remained calm and was trying togive them a break as small business, so I said that I would pick up with other key and they were trying to track down my key When I got there at end of day, no one was there and none of my car mats were in the car and it looked like a light vacuming had been done that was it Trunk, back seat was dirty So now I am losing my patience and I call them and no answer full voice mail Finally got a hold of someone the next morning and I was venting about my frustation to him lost key, nor car mats and poor detailing jliterally blew up at me and said he doesn't have time to listen to this and started yelling and hung up on me...I was just shocked I finally got a call from a women later in the day that they got my key, but I needed to come and get it right away, well I am at work and so she aggreed I could come at When I got there the place was just a pit and lots of guys cleaning cars with cigs hanigng out of their mouths two women in office smoking and holding babies I actually felt lucky to get out of there with only having spent $on a groupon I would NEVER recommend this business and I am shocked that they would NOT care about customers They acted put upon that I was questiong when I would get my key, where were my missing car mats and that I dared complain about the quality of the terrible work! Lesson learned never by groupon until I read reveiws on company!

They chose not to respond to me & I had the vehicle repaired,after waiting weeks for them to respond,at a cost of $Nor do they take any responsibility for the damage they didI have had issues with this business in the past & they have always failed to take any action to make things rightTheir work has always been poorThey should also pay me $for the cost of the hand washes that I purchased from Groupon, that I will not use, as I will never go back to that business again

This business is a scamThis guy advertise in different locations close by and does not deliver on his detailing servicesHe did not clean my floor mats, they are as filthy as before I came inHe did paint touch up on top of peeling paint and the paint does not match my carThey used a power washer in the inside of my truck not a carpet cleanerThey have not removed the scratch on my car as promised eitherWhen I questioned he raised he voice at meIt is not in any way a legitimate business and he advertise on different site with different addressesThe whole thing is a scamMy car is not any better then I brought it in and it was to take hours and after hours he told me another minIt took all together hours to this is less then desirable less then professional job and my car is soaked and not clean and scratch free with paint that does not match my carAnyone could have done a better with just a can of spray paint witch is what he used

The owner, Jo Jo, was very helpful in arranging the appointment and selling the service but that is where the positives endI had a vehicle detailed and when I came to pick it up the interior was heavily soiled with dirt on every surfaceThey had oiled everything up to be shiny but nothing was actually cleanI complained about it and three workers started cleaning it but it was still not even close to a clean interiorI could have done a better job myself in about minutesHe also "touched up" spots on the exterior with a paint that does not come close to matching the right colorThe seats and carpets were wet for several days and smelled of dirty water
I had another another vehicle that smelled of smoke and Jo Jo guaranteed he could remove the smellWhen I came to pick it up both me and my brother in law smelled the smoke just as strong as it was originallyI had made the mistake of paying Jo Jo up front and he quickly told me that his accountant would send me a refund on MondayThat was over a month ago now and all I get from Jo Jo are texts about how he forgot to send it and he'll get it out soon and he's too busyI believe that I will never see that refund
The facility is scaryVery poorly lit lot with a run-down buildingThe employees look and act like they are on drugs, smoking cigarettes next to the cars they are cleaningI would absolutely never send a friend to this placeFrom my experience I would call the owner a criminal as he charged me for a service that was never given

I was told hours over the phone when I got there I went over the bumper and the scratches The owner said because of the damage it would be extra to fix it and he walked around stating he could fix a couple of rust spots and some chips I told him I would think about it, I called back and he said for he could do it but it would take an extra day, I agreedAfter multiple visits and no return phone calls my car was still not finished, in fact there was extensive damage to the body There were paint runs on the fromnt back and drivers sideThe headlights were not restored the gloor mats were still muddy the seat wasnt fixedThe drivers side is now two different colors

I first found this business listing through GroupOn, their discounted prices seemed too good to be true and I decided to contact the merchantRight away the owner JJ, talked me away from using GroupOn because of what he had to pay to them
We brought our vehicle to him for a complete detail in an out, their highest level of service, and the work was promised in four daysImmediately the up-selling began trying to convince me to do additional services beyond the advertised serviceAfter four days with little to no communication we were informed that they had found additional problems and would take another dayThen when we arrived to pick up at the agreed time, a new excuse emerged that touch up paint had not arrived on time and would take an additional dayFinally when we called to agree on final pickup, there was a problem once again with workers having call in sick and the owner JJ made more excuses for pushing the service out another few days

I brought my car in to be detailed The man noticed I had a Tail gate damage and lots of hail damage He said he could fix the tail gate damage for 1,dollars and the hail damage and repaint the car for 1, He also would detail my car in and out He said this would take days Brought my car in on Monday 1/08/it was not done by that Friday He kept my car until 10/16/ He told me I would have to bring it back for a buff and shine This man (JJ) had not fixed my car at all the dent had something done to it but was not fixed Brought my car to other car places and they said he has ruined your call you need to have a professional repaint the whole car and the trunk will have to be replaced I informed him I will not be letting him touch my car again and he would receive no more money and I wanted my other money 1,paid back I am also missing a rug and a handle to my trunk

On August 16, 2018, I had the inside of my car detailed at All-In-One Auto DetailingI had this service done because I am disabled and am not able to do it myselfWhen I went to pay, I was told that the credit card processing machine had
been down for two weeks and would only accept cashI was required to go to a restaurant down the street in order to use their ATM and get cashThis was awkward for me and the staff at the restaurant, and hard for me to get to because I had to quickly cross a very busy streetOnce I got to my car, I was not satisfied with the work - there were muddy handprints on the doors and seats, and a greasy spray residue on most of the interiorI pointed it out to the staff, and they just attempted to wipe off one handprint on the car doorWhen I got home, I checked the trunk to see that all of my Weather Tek car mats were piled up, with some sort of slippery solution in themI also found gum on one mat that was not there beforeI was forced to try to wipe each done down, which caused stress on my back, forcing me to stay in bed the rest of the dayThe next day, while getting out of my car, I slipped on the residue and hurt my hipMy car was never cleaned to my satisfaction, and ended up being dangerous to my conditionThe business has not responded to communication from my lawyer, and I am being forced to file with small claims court

This business charged me $(paid in cash) to fix a one inch crack in my front bumper The crack was covered but still apparent, and the paint job was smudged and smeary I went back twice to have it fixed and each time it got worse I now have a ft messed up paint job with a still obvious crack My receipt lists a money back guarantee of satisfaction I contact them twice and showed up once to get it and they said they would mail it but they never did
