we've had no complaints. Our return policy is also clearly posted on the site. The dress was just delivered on Friday so I'm not sure why the customer hasn't contacted us. She may return it to the address on the package for a refund less shipping cost.

Buyer has been refunded less shipping cost.

The dress was returned as undeliverable and the buyer has been refunded via PayPal. An email has been sent also.
