states in his Complaint that he purchased a defective Ralph Lauren RLX windbreaker. This...
jacket was purchased at a golf shop in
Ireland - not at a Ralph Lauren store or via [redacted]. [redacted] states that he
contacted the Company to inquire about a replacement item for the windbreaker,
but was told that he would have to cut the label off of his windbreaker and
mail it back to the Company in order to receive a replacement jacket. [redacted]
did not feel comfortable cutting the tag out of his jacket in order to receive
the replacement. Please be advised that the Company

Good Morning, Following up on the below, [redacted] was sent the attached email, which included a new return form, on 9/**. In addition, we also sent him a separate email through Newgistics (our returns provider) that included a new return label. We also left him a voicemail on 9/** letting him know to check his email for the form and the new return label. Per the below tracking (note, the order reference number is different than the web order number the customer receives), it shows that a label was created on 9/**/15 @6:02pm. Based on this information, we were under the belief that [redacted] used the return label, since it then shows a new scan by [redacted] on 9/**/15 in Michigan, which is where his billing & shipping address are. If this is incorrect, please let us know so that we can send another tracking label and return form.
