Dear [redacted] , I am responding to a complaint received from [redacted] ***After reading the complaint, It seems [redacted] has some confusion on thingsWhen she initially called us for an estimate, she was given one over the phone, which was explained to her it was done by weight because she was moving out of stateShe agreed to the phone estimate, she was always given a price based on weightShe eventually called us back and wanted to reserve the dates for us to perform her moveAs far as arriving too early, we do apologize for that, we do have a note she requested an early arrival whether it was for pickup or delivery I am not sure at this pointWe do not charge her for any waiting time, and we apologize if the men were not pleased at first and certainly did not intend to make her move unpleasant in any way We did not overcharge [redacted] she was charged accordingly to the weight she hadAt this time All My Sons would like to offer her $back to settle this matter with her, I hope this would be acceptable to her Sincerely, [redacted] All My Sons VA, Inc

We are very sorry to hear we did not meet your expectations during the relocation with us, we always strive to be clear and detailed in all our pricing, which is why we provide emails explaining pricing and why we do preparation calls prior to the move explaining what the customer should expectI apologize for any communication issues, these will be addressed with the management teamWe never want a customer to be unsatisfied, please accept a settlement of $ [redacted] to rectify this situation

Had an amazing experience with this company on two separate occasionsToday James L***, Darrick K***, and DaShawn C [redacted] arrived earlier than scheduled to move my Dad from his town home into a 4th floor apartment at a senior living centerThey were all extremely polite, professional, and efficientTook care when protecting and moving his furniture and even rearranged the furniture placement several times in the new apartment to make sure my Dad was happy with the placement since he would be unable to move the heavy furniture around himself if he changed his mind laterThey were a pleasure to work with and made the transition into the senior living center easier for himIt is always great to be treated with genuine care and not just another "customer" to move
