I too am revokung the 100.00 offer and my final settlement will be 75.00 as I am giving way over the statute of 60 cents per pound! Mr. [redacted] said alcohol was missing from bottles, however, no disrespect to Mr. [redacted] as a customer courtesy With no other facts than Mr. [redacted]s word that Alcohol was missing from the bottles! I find it odd that he remembers exactly what was in the bottles! I believe I gave him more than a fare offer! He did not follow up on the other 25.00 ! So we will stay firm on the 75.00 again it is not the money it is the principal! My liability is 60 cents per pound ie if the bottles total weight was 6 lbs he would be entitled to 3.60 cents!! thanks [redacted]All My Sons!!!

To whom it may Concern: Final offer 150.00 as a customer courtesy. The fuel sur charged was agreed when the customer booked the job. We also went over all the charges at confirmation. She also initialed 7 signed all the paperwork prior to starting the job. Moving is a hard job and it is expensive but we took care of her belongings! not refund $$$ for the whole job. That does not make logical sense as crew only charged for what they did and the time they were there, also we sent a crew out to finish the job! Please let me knowm if there is anything else we can do!

flat 100.00 I told Mr. [redacted] to let the claims dept know that I agreed to give flat 100.00 Mr. [redacted] called me while I was traveling out of the office, there is no reason to call me. He must go thru the claims dept. Then they will call me! Mr. [redacted] is not following the claims dept protocol that is set by governing agencies. He is trying to circunvent the system! All he has to do is call the claims dept tell them [redacted] approved the 100.00 then they will call me to verify then they will send him the final settlement form! This has to be done the correct way to clise the claim out! We are talking about 25.00 dollar difference! Does Mr. [redacted] really think All My Sons would argue over 25.00 Even though he is well over valuation! Mr [redacted] is trying to get full coverage without paying the premimum for full coverage! service (PACK - LOAD - UNLOAD & UNPACK) we resolved the issue immediately in the morning the ex-husband called in         to Management explaining the request and we drove the additional boxes out to the customer, there was no delay as the Movers were packing and prepping and we delivered the additional boxes by 11:15am4. Full Service move doesn't mean 1 price move - full service takes more time as less than 1/2% of customers request this service to unpack for a local move.I believe Ms. [redacted] is confused on pricing for that service as her ex-husband scheduled the move.5. Movers do mention tips would be greatly appreciated but not mandatory - I do not like this practice and I had a conversation with my lead driver and All My sons Apologizes for that issue.6. Ms. [redacted] was concerned with the bill so the movers were expediting the move, but to there defense and you can't provide full service quality if your concerned about the bill - this was a non-binding phone estimate and not a binding estimate!7. At no point during the move or the quality control call dis Ms. [redacted] ever display dissatisfaction with the quality of the move.8. I personally spoke with Ms. [redacted] and tried to explain the difference in the services! She got upset as she was hitting me point after point without letting me respond to each complaint. So we both got frustrate. 9. We have the customer do a walk thru at end of job prior to collecting so if the customer pays the bill and we leave the job is completed.10. Ms. [redacted] claims we charged more for a women ???, But her ex-husband scheduled the move???11. At no time in my multiple phone calls with the customer did she ever talk about damages??? But now with the Revdex.com letter there is damages??? We [redacted] address the damages as the customer needs to call our claims dept to submit the claim per regulatory procedure with the governing agencies! Please call [redacted] to submit claim and we [redacted] be happy to address the claim. 12. We have sent the original  digital copy to the customer. Responding to Customers response: 1. [redacted] called because he likes to start early usually by 8:30am however we alays tell our customers at confirmation 8-10 window. As we can't guarantee an exact time!2. There was definitely a dis-connect between our sales rep and our dispatch office, however, we corrected that with no delay to the job. Again you can't get a full service move at a minimum price! 3. Again it was just a mis-communication on our part but was resolved immediately! 4. She is definitely confused on pricing as her ex-husband stated to [redacted] our driver that he wanted full service and cost was not an issue as long as we provided the service!5. We have already discussed the tip issue in previous response and I apologized for that. I said it was ok for them to make one statement about tipping as many people do not know that moving is a tipping industry. However, If it affected my customer than I apologize and I do an investigation with my driver and make sure it was not done in an improper manner. 6. We have emailed her multiple times

the truck and protected drive time to get to the job to start and back to the shop when were done, it's a great protection for our customer as if we hit traffic or accident and or weather conditions the customer has a capped fee unlike other movers that charge portal to portal so if they do incur any delays for these two drive portions the customer is liable. So our absolute minimum is 2+1=3 x 169.00= 507.00 plus we discounted the ful surcharge to 6% to 30.42 and she used 15.00 for a mattress bag as she did not have it properly wrapped to move safely. Making her total 552.42Yes Mrs. [redacted] was correct we were running behind due to previous customers earlier in the day making last min additional stops that they decided to do last min. For the inconvenience we discounted the fuel 6% for a savings of  30.42 In addition Mrs. [redacted] was told that a crew scheduled the 2nd half of the day is normally a 12 to 4:00pm window, however the crew would call 1 hr prior to arrival. We also tried to accommodate her by if she didn't want to wait, we could move her first thing the next morning. She insisted that she had to be out on Sat. We told her she will get moved but that there was a delay!As a customer courtesy we will recommend a 100.00 discount as a sign of good faith. Not that we have to as we have quoted and signed state documentation on the official Bill of laden the exacr charges we told her at time of booking. She even paid the trip fee of 169.00 on June 4 that was deducted from the total that was her deposit. If she decides to accept oour office please respond and we will make sure she gets her 100.00courtesy refund! What is baffling to our office is that we never got a call when she was filling out the electronic paperwork on the tablet that clearly explains the exact charges prior to starting the job, but we never heard any issue until now??? Please let us know how to proceed> I truly feel that Mrs. [redacted] did not understand the explanation of minimum. This is standard in the industry. Ours is one of the lowest 3 hr min most companies in [redacted] are 4 hr minimums, and they all charge either portal to portal and a truck fee or protected travel time that includes the truck like we do!Thank You[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: it is outrageous for this company to think that I am going to allow them to charge me $129 an hour to move and have them disappear with my personal property for 45 minutes!  It is also outrages to be charged $100 for fuel to go 1/4 of a mile.  Again I am saying $129 X 5 hrs is $545.00  All my Sons worked was 4 hrs and 15 minutes which comes to $548-$50 deposit= $398.  I am not paying for fuel and I am not paying for an hour's work when they disappeared for 45 minutes!  I didn't even tell you of the items they broke.   A crystal bowel. crystal glasses (3) scratched a 70 in plasma tv screen plus lost the 18 glass to my coffee table!  I want the amount I was over charged the outrageous amount charged for fuel and $75 for the glass table top!  I will go to the media with this if this is not resolved.  They never ever discuss the fuel charge with me,  My sister and brother in law told me they discussed it with them saying that they had to charge me $100 to go 1/4 of a mile but this was not told to me ever!!!!!!!
