This moving company is NOT great for military movesHad all paperwork in a completely different customerDid not work well with us to try to fix itThey were aware of issue the day of move then told us the next day that they couldn't help because they/we were too far into the transaction

I am rejecting this response because: this company lied to me and didn't provide service it was suppose too, then lied and said truck was down which is the only reason they could keep my money, I called and got no where, then called back and talked to president and got no where, and I want this matter to be handled! It is not fair for a comoany that couldn't do what they said to keep my money, then act like it is ok to do so Regards, [redacted]

We hired them with the understanding our furniture would be held on the truck for storage until delivery which was days from pickup.We moved miles from Bluffton and was expecting them yo show up for delivery around noon
Well they showed up at 4PM and we noticed a lot of the boxes were crushedOnly to find out they removed all of our goods and then repacked the truck
Numerous calls to Nick went unanswered and we have yet to receive a claim form for damages
I would not recommend this mover under any circumstances!!!

I am rejecting this response because:they seem to be missing the pointit is their policy that is wrong/unfair ie ;the piece of furniture they dropped bringing it into the house costs more $to repair than what they offered for the entire loss Their negligence and disregard for the huge loss they created is not OK and to ask me to accept that is fraud
