I am rejecting this response because:  The response is inaccurate and another attempt to stall.  If they wanted to settle they would simply send a check for the amount they claim they would pay.   It seems that this matter will have to go into litigation in order to receive payment for the damages All My Sons caused during a move from one location to another on Hilton Head Island.  Litigation does not make any sense when a check in the amount of $450 would resolve the matter.   Fortunately, I will not have to hire an attorney .

We sent out a settlement offer that I am advised they altered and sent back committing mail fraud.

We originally offered $120 plus a customer satisfaction discount of $738 totaling  $858, as we deemed the damage/loss  more than normal.  We will still offer the original offer plus a customer satisfaction of $500 for a total of $620.  We will no longer work with these individuals.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! Find someone else to move you. I paid AMS over $11,000 to store and move my things. There was well over $2000,00 in damages. I jumped through all the hoops to submit a claim to the main office in Tx. They kicked it right back to [redacted] in Bluffton...what a joke! His first offer was $100.00, His second offer was $200.00. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, THE OWNER/MANAGER IS A CROOK! & he treats his employees like garbage.

I am rejecting this response because: During the move there were two issues.  When the movers picked up the furniture a** [redacted], they damaged the wall.  They did a good job at repairing the wall.  After loading up the truck, they damaged the truck and could not open the doors of the truck.  I was informed that my furniture would not be delivered until the next day.  Because of their problem, I could not get my furniture and had nothing to sleep on.  The "discount" was to offset the stay in a [redacted]n for the night.  THEN, the next day the furniture was delivered to the new location at [redacted]l.  I asked the movers to be careful and not to scratch the wood floors.  With no protection placed on the floors they PUSHED the heavy furniture across the floors, leaving noticeable scratches in the wood.  When I called it to the attention to the office, I kept getting promises that someone who repair it.  At this writing and after many phone calls the issues remains still open.

This customer moved with us in September of February of 2017. A claim was processed and a settlement was sent to the customer in May 2017, we have not heard from the customer. The claim has been closed.

I am rejecting this response because: I don't know how many times I have to go through this.  I was never given any paperwork for my government rights and regulations for any delivery or disputes or even damages.  I am only allowed to submit 4 photos.  There are plenty more.  [redacted] never replied to ANY emails or returned any phone calls. I get two calls the day of to get the pickup location and drop off location. Had [redacted] read the emails, he would have known both and exactly how to place my items in storage.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]. I have researched this company exhaustively and realized hundreds of customers had similar experiences. Shame on me for relying on a few friends' recommendations. They were the exceptions. Had I looked on Revdex.com and on-line, I would have known never to use AMS. I am accepting the $2000 to help offset the expenses of repairs and hauling away the damaged property. Costly and time consuming lesson learned.

I wish I could tell you about the people they hire or how they handled our furniture or something that could give you more details but I can't. They failed to show up for 8 hrs.

What exactly is Mr. [redacted] looking for.  Based on what we were aware of upon delivery we offered substantially more than our liability and also advised if after the fact the TV...

stand had an issue to Please call us back and we would deal with it.  We have not received a call for anything else or asking for a claims form. 
Based on the coverage Mr. [redacted] took, his payout would have been $180.63 on the high end, we deducted $400 from his bill to settle there and now and to not have him deal with the claims procedure.

font-family: Georgia;">I am rejecting this response because: this company lied to me and didn't provide service it was suppose too, then lied and said truck was down which is the only reason they could keep my money, I called and got no where, then called back and talked to president and got no where, and I want this matter to be handled! It is not fair for a comoany that couldn't do what they said to keep my money, then act like it is ok to do so.

This moving company is NOT great for military moves. Had all paperwork in a completely different customer. Did not work well with us to try to fix it. They were aware of issue the day of move then told us the next day that they couldn't help because they/we were too far into the transaction.
