Good afternoon, correct we have a moving contract with [redacted] ***l, we were in communication with our customer starting at 8am advising the time we would arrive at the origin address to complete the moving services [redacted] knew and understood our arrival timeA member of management personally went on site to the move and apologized for the late arrival, everyone was in good spirits and the movers were loading her goods onto the truckWe discounted this move down the absolute smallest amount we could chargeThere were no damages reported and the move was completed successfully
