I am dissatisfied because the company fails to address the cause for the problem and does not provide specific corrective actions.  In addition, the business has failed to reach out to communicate with me at any time during the process.

We will discuss this with Brian, this is very out of character and I have never received a complaint about him before, thank you for bringing this to our attention and it will be addressed

I paid the company $646.92 which resulted in more than slight damage to my furniture. I have provided pictures of the damage. I believe that it is unbelievable that All My Son's would ask me to dismiss the fact that my furniture was damaged after receiving full payment. If All My Son's is unwilling to resolve this issue I will be happy to file a lawsuit. Once again I have attached photos for review.

Again, we are very sorry we did not provide services to the shipper. The deposit has been refunded. We offer our sincerest apologies. Unforeseen circumstances prevented us from moving the shipper. Any corrective action that was taken will not be revealed to the public as that is against any business practice. However, we can assure you that we never want to not provide services to anyone in the community.

Good afternoon, correct we have a moving contract with [redacted]l, we were in communication with our customer starting at 8am advising the time we would arrive at the origin address to complete the moving services. [redacted] knew and understood our arrival time. A member of management personally went...

on site to the move and apologized for the late arrival, everyone was in good spirits and the movers were loading her goods onto the truck. We discounted this move down the absolute smallest amount we could charge. There were no damages reported and the move was completed successfully.

We have sent a settlement agreement based on our binding agreement of $0.60 per pound per article - Valuation: 300lbs. X .60 = $180.00. However, this company has told me twice they would send me a claims packet via email. I was promised to have it by the end of the day Friday July 1st. Today is Tuesday, July 5th and I still do not have a claims packet. I have also checked the spam/junk folder, it is not in there. If they could send this packet ASAP, this could be behind us all. Until then, I will continue calling every single day.
