I am dissatisfied because the company fails to address the cause for the problem and does not provide specific corrective actions.  In addition, the business has failed to reach out to communicate with me at any time during the process.

I paid the company $646.92 which resulted in more than slight damage to my furniture. I have provided pictures of the damage. I believe that it is unbelievable that All My Son's would ask me to dismiss the fact that my furniture was damaged after receiving full payment. If All My Son's is unwilling to resolve this issue I will be happy to file a lawsuit. Once again I have attached photos for review.

Good afternoon, correct we have a moving contract with [redacted]l, we were in communication with our customer starting at 8am advising the time we would arrive at the origin address to complete the moving services. However, this company has told me twice they would send me a claims packet via email. I was promised to have it by the end of the day Friday July 1st. Today is Tuesday, July 5th and I still do not have a claims packet. I have also checked the spam/junk folder, it is not in there. If they could send this packet ASAP, this could be behind us all. Until then, I will continue calling every single day.
