I wish I had checked this business out here before I booked them for my move, which was schedule Sunday June 3, 2018. Around noon on Sunday the "son's" still had not shown up. Upon calling them a man got on the phone, Bobby Operations Manager, and said he had sent an email and called on Friday to let me know they wouldn't be able to do the Sunday pickup and he had refunded my money. It should post back on card in 3-5 days. I did not have a missed call or an e-mail from him on Friday. It appears he did email me on the 2nd, but who knows what time that was. I told him I appreciated the refund but how was I going to get my stuff moved. He said he couldn't get anyone out to me until Thursday. Needless to say I was upset. Either way this was putting my move off for another week. So now I am paying rent at two places. He was not trying to work me in sooner or anything. He was acting like this was all my fault because "he couldn't get ahold of me". I was having them do it on a Sunday because of the lower rate. I just don't think he wanted to work Sunday. They shouldn't offer this as an option if the drivers can just cancel when they please, leaving the customer stuck. I do not see how you all stay in business with this kind of customer service. That gentleman is ridiculous and very unprofessional. He ended the conversation by saying "no he wasn't coming out to do the move and he was ending this call" and he hung up on me. I had also asked to speak to the manager. He stated I was talking to the manager. I said then let me speak to whoever is over you. He said he was it, it ended with him. I did not want to pick any stars but you have to pick one to submit review

I had a small move scheduled and was promised a crew would arrive between 8-9 am. I was called before that time and told that crew was not available and would have to wait until aotjer crew finished their job that day. After waiting 8 hrs the other crew showed up. They were efficient and helpful, but agreed my job should have been done first. This was a classic example of MGMT not properly communicating with their crews, and causing me to lose a whole day during a critical time. MGMT needs to consider how they would feel about their performance if THEY had been the customer for my job. Thanks.

I hired All My Sons Moving to move an antique piano on 2/10/18. The Movers did not strap the piano in the truck and it fell over and destroyed it.
I hired All My Sons Moving to move an antique piano on 2/10/18. I was assured a team of professional movers would move my piano. Unfortunately, the individuals that moved my piano failed to take the most basic precautions to secure the piano in the moving truck while in transport. The piano fell over during transport breaking the keys and plate. The piano is destroyed. I filed a claim and requested the following: (1) full reimbursement for the cost of service ($534.25) (2) $500 as compensation for the piano and (3) that the company haul the piano to the dump for me for free so that I didn't have to spend more money to have it moved. The Claims department sent an offer of $490. They said that is all they are required to pay because the contract says .60 per pound. There is also an arbitration agreement that requires arbitration in Texas. I would really like to speak to someone in management in the Knoxville office, but no one will speak to me.

Desired Outcome

I request the following: (1) full reimbursement for the cost of service ($534.25) (2) $500 as compensation for the piano and (3) that the company haul the piano to the dump for me for free so that I didn't have to spend more money to have it moved.

The company finally agreed to refund the money I paid for the service and compensate me for the damaged item last Friday. Revdex.com, thank you for helping me resolve this issue. But for informing the company that I had filed a complaint, I am not sure the company would have agreed to refund my money.
