I am rejecting this response because:This response does nothing to help solve the issue at hand. We have called multiple times trying to get a refund for monies charged for items that were never used. We also submitted a claim to get our damaged items repaired or replaced replaced.  The claim response received does neither of these things, and the settlement amount proposed does not even come close to covering our losses.
