Their representative was dishonest, deceptive, and basically "just blew smoke." Empty promises, bold face dishonesty-said he would not run my credit card but when I called the Credit Card company he had done so days before. He told me that he did not run it, but he did. They tell you what they think you want to hear to set the deal and it is all DOWN HILL after that. What a huge disappointment...not sure how they stay in business. Totally dissatisfied!!! Glad I cancelled.
