All My Sons was willing to work to minimize the cost to Mr. [redacted], but he requested the most expensive option for the extra truck delivery and verbally committed to paying the extra amount, already discounted for the second truck.  We would have sought less expensive options had Mr. [redacted] not committed to the extra $2300.  This is not coercion.Please ask Mr. [redacted] to send a copy of his next best estimate from a competitor and we will see if we can match his other estimate on a per-pound basis.
