A corner molding/wall of the townhouse I am renting was damaged by a delivery worker. I sent two emails with photos and still no repair.
I sent two emails to Brandon Pollard explaining to him what happened. One email included photographs of the damage.
A delivery worker was pushing a dolly from inside the townhouse back to the truck. A piece of tape was stuck to his left foot and he was trying to remove it by stepping on the tape with his right foot. As he was doing that, he hit a corner where two walls meet in the kitchen area, making a hole. My wife was walking behind the worker and saw what happened. He said he would report the damage to get it fixed. We moved in around the end of May.
I waited a few weeks, then I called and spoke to *** on the phone. He gave me his email address and asked me to send him the pictures. He said he had a repairman in the area of Lake ***, and he could fix the damage. I sent the email with the pictures on June 21, 2017 at 11:55 AM. On June 21, 2017 at 1235 PM, Mr. Pollard emailed me back and said he received the photographs was sending them to his repairman.
I did not hear anything from the repairman or Mr. On July 27, 2017 at 1040 AM, I sent another email to Mr. saying I have not heard anything from the repairman.
September 22, 2017 at 12:36 PM, I sent another email to Mr. saying I still have not heard anything from the repairman. On September 22, 2017 at 12:56 PM, I received a reply from Mr. saying he will follow up on the matter urgently.
Here we are in January 2018, and I still have not heard anything from the repairman or Mr. I do not know where the problem is at. Is it the repairman, or Mr. All I want is the damage fixed. I am renting the townhouse and it can not be damaged. I need this damaged fixed urgently.

My sincerest apologies this has not been completed, have you received any estimates for repair? I would like to get this resolved for you quickly, by getting a monetary resolution to you.
First, I was surprise that they scheduled moves on Sunday. Its was also pouring rain and the movers acted like it was a sunny day. They treated my procession with respect and care. They assisted with placement of furniture that was greatly appreciated. Although they did asked for a tip, I felt it was worth it for they did a great job..
